The Shedding Of The Blood

(Singing) Sing it with me. (Singing) Let's sing another little chorus before we get into the service. (Singing) Sing it one more time with me. (Singing) Has God really made your heart glad? If He has let's lift our hands and let's love Him this morning. (Singing) Just one more time together. (Singing) Can you give Him a hand? Let's give Him a hand. If you love the Lord say amen. All right. You can be seated. I've come here to talk with you a little bit and as usual we're kind of tied up in the throat. Being up kind of pulls a lot out of you. And having so many things on my mind and heart, trying to get things done in different ways and it makes is very difficult but the Brethren have been a real strength to me. They've really help me and I don't have any complaints. I thank the Lord for the way that they work. We didn't nothing like get through with our tasks in trying to get the house ready for different ones that might be coming in to stay there. We just got started too late on it we had so many other things but they did work on it and they got a lot done. And maybe we can get a few more things done. And whether we'll be able to do what I want to or not I don't know, but at least we're trying. You know, I'm the kind of person that I always kind of feel like this; that when you're trying to do a job you should set a goal and you should work together to try to reach that goal. And if you have to say something to one another to spur them on and inspire them say something. You know, if you see they're not really getting up and trying to go on and do it when their committed to it then you should say something. That's the right thing to do. It's like the Bible said. If your brother trespass against you rebuke him. If he repents forgive him. Not because you want to rebuke him. You can live without that. But the thing is he can't live without it. He needs reproof for the sake of his soul. And it's the same way, you know, when you're doing a job you just kind of reprove each other a little bit and say something about it but after that you've done all that you can do you still don't make the goal and you did try to do all you can do there's no need to get upset about it then and say things because there's just no reason for it. You know you've done all you can do and that's all you can do. And that's kind of the way the fellows are. They chide with each other a little bit here and there but when they do all they can do that's all they can do. And considering the time element that's involved then they did all they could do. And they'd done quite a number of things before they started on the parliamentary house. A lot of people their priorities are not right and their evaluations are not right and they really don't have time for God. But there are some people that take time for God. It's like somebody that came in yesterday just about night. And they came in and I was just trying to fellowship. Really I didn't even think anything about it but I just said, Where have you been? And they said, Well, did you need me? You know, folks, when you've got something like that going and people have been there the day before and the day before looking around and in and out, knowing that you need their help, knowing that you need it, and then asking if you need them, knowing that they've spent all day doing whatever they wanted to do, that's kind of hard to understand. Nevertheless, there are some that know that we need help. How many of you know that we've got billions of people in the world and that Jesus said go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to everyone of them? How many of you know that's Bible? Now. I guess when we say that you say, Well, Brother Pike, that's what He meant for you to do. Isn't that what He meant for you to do? to go into the world and preach the gospel to all them people? Well, then what did He mean for you to do? I know I never will forget. I've told this a number of times. I went into to a place, into a man's office. You had to go through the chain to get to him. You know, the officers and I went in there and a little problem had arisen and we had a little talk and he was telling me thus and thus. And when he reared back I looked at him and I said, Let me ask you a question. I said, What do you think you're doing sitting over there behind that desk? And he looked at me kind of strange because he was an executive. I said, What makes you think that you can set over there behind that desk as an executive and these kind of things when the world is dying and going to hell. I said, Didn't God tell us that we're suppose to do something about it? And he just looked at me real strange. And I said, Don't you know you're just as obligated to do it as I am? Because I'm a preached that don't mean that you're without obligation. I said, He's expecting something out of you, too. And you remember, it tore that man up so bad they had to give him a vacation and he couldn't get over it and he finally had to come to me over here for counseling he was tore up so bad. And that's the way I feel. See? You folks, a lot of times you kind of vacation and you feel like, Well, Brother Pike, that's your job to go into all the world. But if that's right and that's Bible and that's the way it's suppose to be then the question arises like this? Why did the Bible say God gave the Word and great was the multitude of them that published it? Where does your part come in and what does the multitude have to do with it? So then, He said go out into the highways and the hedges and compel them to come in that my house might be filled. You're obligation to God is just as great as mine, though you may not feel that way. There's coming a time when you will face God and you will understand what I'm telling you. You know, a lot of people excuse themselves and say, Well, I'm called to make money and I've got to have a home and I've got to have security and I've got to take care of my family. But if that be the answer to it why was it that the apostolic leaders left their families and left their jobs? And why was it Paul said, Can't I lead about a sister or wife, just like anybody else? Why did he leave his way of life? Why did he do that? Why did Jesus? When His mother came to visit with Him they said, The mother and the brethren, they want to visit with you, you're family. He said, Who is my mother? These that do the will of My Father. Who is my family? See? So then, that means that if you are the body of the Lord Jesus Christ what greater calling could you have? Somebody said, Well, being a minister. But see? The body of the Lord Jesus Christ, that's greater than being a minister. The body of the Lord Jesus Christ is greater than any prophet. The Bible said concerning John the Baptist that there was none greater than John. Notwithstanding, he that is least in the kingdom of God, which comes at Calvary, as to the new birth, is greater than John. Which means that he that is least in the kingdom is greater than all the prophets. So then, that's the very body, bone and flesh of the Lord Jesus Christ, which means that you are obligated to go preach or tell the gospel, that is. Or teach people or tell them about the Lord. Somebody says, Well, I'm not capable, Brother Pike. Then that means that the body of the Lord Jesus Christ is insufficient for the cause. Isn't that right? If that be so and you be bone of His bone and flesh of His flesh and you have the mind of Christ then that means that He's insufficient for the cause. So then, we know that he isn't insufficient for the cause. That makes you obligated as to whatever measure of His spirit you have, whatever measure of the member of the body that you are that's your administrate through life, then that is exactly what God is expecting of you. Like the song writer said, If just a cup of water I've placed within your hand, then it's just a cup of water that I'll demand. And whatever your measure is, the Bible said, unto whom much is given much is required. And to whom I've committed much I'll require the more. So then, He isn't going to ask anything of you other that what you can do. And He does expect you to do exactly what you can do. This morning I just want to talk with you a little bit about a few things and I have tried to stay within the book of Revelation for quite a long while now and maybe I've strayed off from it. I say things, it all depends on people, as to the way that they relate to Christ in my heart when I get up here. And the hunger that they have, as to how He feeds, or whether He wades out into the deep water, or whether He just give us something as to the milk of the Word. The Bible said God wants meat in His house. The meat is for the strong, they who have by reasoning exercised their senses to be able to discern between good and evil. And then He said, Feed my lambs, Peter, or that is the milk. When I had the vision, I had the vision of a great huge container. It was so big, so huge it was, and it was filled with a meat, kind of like a porridge, and I had the vision of the container with a big vat of milk that was so huge and then the table all set, and I had to serve it all by myself. And I tried to do it because I didn't have any help. And I spilt a little bit of the milk and it upset the Lord in the vision and He let me know that I couldn't go it by myself. But I didn't know what to do because the table was there and people were coming to it from everywhere and I had to serve it and I couldn't do anything else but try. And He showed me that He wanted me to have brethren. Jesus chose twelve and then He chose seventy. And great is the multitude that He chose to publish the Word. Print it, put it in a book, write it and send it to the churches. Testify of it in every way that you can. Get the Word of God out to bring in the kingdom of God. And you know, we don't understand the kingdom or the kingdom age. I know that we don't as a people because I watch people and I listen at their conversation and we don't know where we're living and we don't know what's going on though we are religious and though we love the Lord, and though we know a lot of things. You know, a lot of times as the Bible says, we don't know some things that we ought to know and though we're so sure with all of our studies and with all of our, you know, we get our concordance and we run things down and we fine line it and we read and we strain our eyes and we stay up at night, we do all kind of things. And sometimes pray and fast and still don't hardly understand nothing. See? it's not just learning and learning and ever learning and never understanding, but the Bible said with wisdom get understanding. And, you know, this is where we crash up because really there's no way that you can understand. There's no way that you can get understanding. That's impossible. You can never do that as a people. It doesn't matter if you go to college. It doesn't matter if you study all your life. It doesn't matter if you experiment. It doesn't matter what you do, you can never have understanding. It is not given unto you to understand as a human being. So the Bible says that their understanding being darkened they're alienated from the life of God and blinded by the ignorance that is within them from their first birth and they shall never see light. They shall never come to light, which is understanding. So then, the only way to have understanding is from God. Other than that you'll always be a natural person, natural minded. You will never have any light. You will never come to understanding. It's impossible. See? The Bible said the wicked shall not understand. The righteous shall understand. And Jesus said to those people that were without, it's not given unto them for this understanding. When the disciples ask the question, why is it that you speak to these people in parables seeing that they understand not what you say? He said, It is given to you to understand but unto them it is not given to them to know the mysteries of God. So then that means you can never learn it. It is impossible. The world always learns. The Bible said they are ever learning. They ever study. They ever go to colleges. They ever go to school. They ever read the Bible. They learn to memorize the Bible. They have Sunday School lessons taught to them all the time. And the Bible said they are ever learning and never, never do they come to the knowledge of the truth saying that eye hath not seen and ear hath not heard, neither hath it entered into the heart of mankind at any time the things that God hath prepared for them that love Him. But He hath revealed them. He hath made it revelation and revealed them to us by His Spirit. Therefore, the Bible said, that we are to contend for the faith that was once delivered unto the saints and ask God for the spirit of revelation. This is what we're supposed to do. So, if I come to you and I just talk to you, that's good. If I tell you about the Bible, that's good. If I preach to you, as we say, a sermon, that is good. I tell you some wonderful things. I tell you about righteousness, that's good. But the thing is unless the Spirit of God revelates to you, you still haven't gotten into the meat of the Word. The Bible said the Spirit of God searcheth out the things of God, yea, the deep things. And this is what we have to do. We have to launch out into the deep and let down the net for a draught. If we don't we don't get anything. Like Peter did, they toiled all night long. The Bible said they had toiled all night long. They had taken nothing, not anything. Not anything. And when they got to shore to where they were sure there was nothing there around the shore line, He ask them, you know, about the fish and they had taken nothing. He said, Cast your net on the right side. And the Bible said, And when they did they caught so many fish until the nets were breaking. They put so many fish in the boat the boat was sinking and it scared them so bad they said that must be the Lord. That has to be the Lord. And they were ready to forsake the boat and everything else. See? And this is the thing we're obligated to, is to get on the right side. Like the Lord said to Paul, Go down to the street called straight, and when you go down to the street called straight then something will happen to you. And when Paul went down to the street called straight the scales fell from his eyes and he was no longer blind. He was no longer blind. He had been learning all his life. He had been studying all his life. Paul was one of the greatest learned men in the world, sitting at the feet of Gamaliel and the great teachers. He had such a reputation that even the elite of that day and the ecclesia of that day said, Paul, you've learned so much you've lost your mind. You've gone crazy. Much learning has made thee mad. See, and yet Paul was as blind as he could be, persecuting the Lord, persecuting the church; didn't know nothing and thought he knew everything. And, finally, when he came to know the Lord he realized that all that he knew was nothing at all. So this is the way it is. We have to remember that Moses was the same way. He was learned in all the ways of the Egyptians. He was taken down there and learned in all the ways of the Egyptians and all those things that he learned that was for a purpose. The purpose wasn't so that he would learn about the Egyptians but the purpose was that he would find favor among the ecclesia and that he would have favor and understanding to go in and out among those people for God had to take him into the wilderness and get every bit of that out of him and turn him around and make a spiritual man out of him and make him spiritual to the extent that all of that was like garbage left behind and then God began to use him mightily. It took God forty years to keep him down there and then forty more years he had to get it out of him out there to convert him and then another forty years before he could have his ministry. So, this is the way that it is with you and with me. We are here to understand the Word of God. We are here to receive revelation. Moses with all of his greatness, with all his power, with all his learning there is no record where he really came in to the revelation of Jesus Christ that was to be given to the church. And John, being back in the time of Moses, as with the four hundred and eighty-three years back there coming from Babylon up, showing that on the side of the Moses side then he, being great and none greater, not even Moses and yet he that is least in the kingdom is greater than John. He that is least in the kingdom is greater than John. So we can see by this that God is doing something in our day that has never been done before. So, rather than taking a Scripture this morning since I've already started talking I'm just going to take this thought. We're speaking principally of the kingdom age. I can kind of feel around a little bit and tell that getting out in the deep water we'll have to get a little further and get a little stronger in the spirit, as to a unified strength here before we can wade in any deep water. But these things are deep to the extent that many people have not, as of yet, discerned the age. You know, when I say this a lot of times this will go over people's heads when it really shouldn't. And that is that we have been waiting for the kingdom age. Everybody is waiting for the kingdom age and they are looking forward to the restoring of the garden, which is the millennium, to bring in the kingdom age. And indeed that is the kingdom age. It will bring in the kingdom age when the Lord Jesus shall sit upon the throne and the twelve shall sit upon the throne with Him. And all of the things that's gone by that has been polluted and perverted, as to the law or the government or whatever it might be, as to the liberties of mankind having been taken away and then placed within a bondage. All of these things, whereas they have become a bondschild by means of the beggarly elements of the world, being a bondschild rules their human senses that makes them dependent upon the belly and the human senses for life, in that that is the only form of life they have. Now, all of this Now as it has been in the past, all of this that's gone by, now we have been in captivity to all of those things so we are waiting for the kingdom age. Whereas, when the millennium comes that curse will be lifted and when the millennium comes then everything will be restored, as to the righteousness of the law and everything will be set in order because the Jewish people are people that have been chosen to have the principles of these things, as to the oracles of God that were given to begin with for the natural side of life, and for the covenant that God made with them concerning the water covenant, which is that of the world which is the life of all vegetation, or their inheritance is that of the earth like Jerusalem, or the fields that produce of the fruit. Or as it was with Adam and Eve when he said, And thy meat shall be of the fruit of the trees, having been taken out of the dust. And so then with this covenant God has made with Israel and Israel will, someday, set up the kingdom. And someday they will do away with the perversion of all this that we have been acquainted with, or subjected to, and He will bring the people, as to our laws of today which is perverted, into the high courts of His judgments. For Solomon said, I looked and in the place of judgment was corruption. And so then, today it's just a boycotting systems that oppresses the church and robs the people. And that's what's causing our youth to be so wild. They're so torn up over the situation they don't know what to do because they are harassed by the policemen playing cops and robbers. But, nevertheless, this is all a money gimmick that they've got so that they can rob the people. It's just another way, as to taxes and whatever it might be, so they can rob the people. But when we think about the kingdom, it's coming. The millennium is coming shortly after the last week of Daniel then it's coming, just seven years there that will be joined to the four hundred and eighty-three years that extended to Calvary, that seven years that was separated to allow two thousand years of church ages to come in. As to why that seven is coming back to the four eighty-three and close that door that's open in heaven and it's going to be an earthly perspective again and the heavenly perspective is going to be gone. But the thing that a lot of times we overlook is that during the time of this four hundred and ninety years that the angel spoke to Daniel about that being four hundred and ninety years determined upon Daniel's people we fail to realize that Daniel's people were the Jews. And we fail to realize that after four hundred and eighty-three years Messiah came to make an end of iniquity. That was part of the prophecy, And Messiah shall come and make an end of iniquity. And Messiah did come. He talked to the woman at the well. They did not recognize the Messiah when He came, but He did come. So then, Messiah will come. But the thing is when He came we failed to realize, that is through the history of the world men failed to realize, that He came as a near kinsman. If you look back in the Old Testament even the things that God had laid out in the symbolics so that we could understand, which we fail to understand without revelation, or the spirit of guidance from Christ, (Begin tape one, side two.) we realize that the Messiah had to come as the near kinsman. See? And this is what they did not understand. They could not picture Messiah coming as a man. They couldn't picture Him coming in poverty and they couldn't picture Him as a baby born in a manger; yet Solomon said, Humble thyself and make sure thy friend. And God coming as a humble way of a poor man, something in a manger, something despised. He came as something rejected in a humility way so He could find out who was His friends and who would be with Him when He didn't have anything, that when we revealed to them His glory that they would be His friends. Those that would be His friends when He revealed to them His glory. That is, the ones that accepted Him in poverty. And so it is that God has done the same thing today. The Bible said the poor have the gospel preached unto them and the poor received Him gladly. The rich has no time for Him for they have their reward. And the Bible said how hardly shall they that have riches inherit the kingdom or enter into the kingdom, and this is a rich world. Like somebody was telling me the other day, said, When I went down into Mexico, said, I realized that we are rich. Those people are so poor. Said, We are rich people. Now. So then, we see that with this God has brought something to us that the world hasn't seen. See? And when He came in this image of humility then He found out who was His friends and He said, Father, now these have seen me in my shame, let them be with me in the day when You reveal my glory, and twelve of them sits with Him on the throne. And so then, when we see this we see that Christ Jesus, as Messiah, come but He came to make an end of iniquity. And the way He made an end of iniquity was simply by being in the form of a near kinsman. That is, being made like unto a human being and we see that from the garden, from the time of the fall, that the blood life, which was the second covenant, leaving the water covenant, the second covenant that was to be made with the Gentiles. We see this going into effect after the first two thousand years to bring in the second two thousand years. And in that the Jews parallel in their fall with the Gentiles then we see a Jewish order and we see the spilling of blood. And we see that blood is continually spilt. And always it had to be some innocent animal. It had to be certain animals. And these kind of animals, even to the ashes of the red heifer, it plays a part in it. I wish we had time a lot of times just to tutor and teach and go and break everything down to show how wonderful it is with the revelational mind of God as God hides Himself within the veil. So then, Jesus rending this veil at Calvary He brought it out. Now we're beholding it as it would be to open faced seeing this glory revealed, as to the transformating of the mind, as from glory to glory and being changed into the loveliness of Almighty God and changed into the very image of Almighty God. Not as to the image of iniquity in which he came but as to the restored image that was lost as in the fall in the garden when Adam, who was made the image of the Son of God in which image you were in before your fall, this image being restored, as to the second man Adam as a quickening spirit and bringing it back to the Shekinah illumination. And not only to the illumination of the blood on the seat of atonement to all people to allow God to look upon them as the body of Christ to the extent of the illumination, but then coming into our heart as an illumination to the very body of Christ Jesus to make us bone of His bone and flesh of His flesh. Which would go into a lot of deep water and a lot of revelation as to bring it down to what we could understand. So we see that sin by one man, just Adam, sin is not here because you have sinned and because I have sinned. Death is not here because you have sinned and I have sinned. Sickness and poverty is not here because you have sinned and I have sinned. See? This is where we get off trail. This is not your condition. This is not you that's to blame for this. So, sin is not in the world because of that. Sin is in the world because one person transgressed the ordinances of God and the Bible teaches that one person was Eve. But because Eve was the flesh of Adam and Adam gave consent to what Eve had done, though he was not in the original transgression he was without the transgression and though Eve was the one that transgressed, yet Adam was the head. He was the mind and when the mind allowed for that then He became the one to blame for the transgression so the Bible doesn't say in Eve all die. It says in Adam all die because the seed comes from the loins of the man and that was his flesh and He made allowance for what she had done and took part in it. And when he did then he sold everything else down the drain. And so then, in Adam all die because he became the woman. He became the woman. When he took on the mind that the woman had gotten from the tree of knowledge then he became the woman. He was no longer masculine, he was feminine. He had taken on the mind of Lucifer and Lucifer had become interwoven with the feminine. And so then, men today running after diplomacies and knowledge and the technology of the world, it's the woman. She's interested in the natural things of the world. And that's why Jesus rebuked Satan saying, Thou savorest the things that be of the flesh, not the things that be of God. You're not savoring the things that be of the Spirit. You're interested in the flesh, Peter. See? And yet He was talking to Satan who had seized Peter because this same Satan later cursed and denied that he ever knew God through the mouth of Peter. And the Lord said, Peter, I've prayed for you that your faith fail not. When though art converted then strengthen the Brethren. So then, we find that this one man Adam, he had become the feminine side of life so in Adam all die. And the Bible says, following the life of Adam, that though these people, even from Adam down to Moses and the coming of the law, the law being that as a revealer of the impurities and the sin that was killing people sent for no other reason than to reveal the impurities and to let us know what was wrong. Even from Adam down to Moses, the Bible said, that death reigned over the people. They still died. They didn't know why they died. See? The Bible said the sentence of death is in the body. Because of sin the body must die. Therefore, the sentence of death was the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. And from Adam down to Moses the Bible said death reigned over the people. From Adam down to Moses and yet the Bible said that those people had not sinned after the similitude of Adam. They had not sinned after the similitude of Adam. It wasn't because they had sinned. It wasn't because they had sinned but because they were of the loins of Adam. Sin is not what you think it is. Sin is not in dos and don'ts. So if you do do that doesn't mean that you're righteous and if you don't do good that doesn't mean that you're bad. It has nothing to do with that. Sin has nothing to do with that. And people get misconstrued and ritualistic and all kind of practices and when they do then they just miss God altogether. That has nothing to do with God. That has nothing to do with life. That has nothing to do with death. So then, when we get right down to it, it means that Satan, who is a fallen angel, who was an angel that was just like any other angel, that appeared to be a great wonderful light, denying God, finding fault, trying to exalt himself above God, the Bible said iniquity came to be and that Satan is the father of a liar. And he was the one that started the thing through rebellion because being the Son of the Morning and being the brightest one among them. He was so bright and had such an attraction in heaven until he decided to make himself an equality with God, to raise himself up above God, saying he would establish his throne within the great mountain of God and that he would be like the Most High God. That fall was in the garden. The way that thing came about was right there when Adam was in the garden and Satan enticed Eve, and when Eve went over to listen. This beast was talking and it enticed Eve and she listened. And perhaps she had never heard anybody talk but Adam, but all of a sudden now something was talking. And kind of like the voice that was projected by the angel into the ass, or the donkey, that Balaam rode when the donkey rebuked the madness of the prophet, all of a sudden she read this communication. Being enticed by this and him showing her the things that he showed then she got caught away in that. And the very thought that enter her mind as she allowed her mind to go to it meant that that was enmity with God's mind because He had said, Thou shalt not eat of the tree of knowledge of good and of evil. So that means that she already had good. She could not get anything but evil. But Satan could have good or evil because he was evil and he reflected good. Though he was a creature of darkness he could reflect the light and appear as an angel of light because of a reflection, the glow. That is to say, he could pick up the mind of God, which was that light and he could still come to you as an angel of light but he is really a power of darkness, which means the intellectual diplomacies of the world or the knowledge of mankind, or to be carnally minded is death, as to the love of natural things and thoughts of natural things. And even though yo can have all the good things of the world God has created for you, you can never be naturally minded. For the Bible said the natural man receiveth not the things of God, neither can he know them for they are spiritually discerned. God is a spirit. He said to the woman at the well, ye worship ye know not what because salvation is of the Jew. So then, when we see this then we realize what Eve had done and we realize what Adam had done. And though Adam was made in the image of God yet that Shekinah image from which he had emanated, which was the great light, the great Christ that one before the world ever was. That image, that light. See? He became the image of that light and he was illuminated with that light like Mary was overshadowed with it, or illuminated with it when she conceived of Christ. See? And this great illumination from which he had emanated, that had created Him, this great light, this great God, this great power, this great Shekinah glory. As long as he was illuminated with it he was in the image of God, but when Eve did what she did and he gave heed to it Eve showed a separation from Adam who was the illuminated one and from the mind and God let it be a natural thing so that we could understand spiritually what took place. Because with Adam and Eve, when Eve strayed away to the tree of knowledge she strayed away from the male, which was Adam, but in all reality flesh is the female and it showed that Adam would listen to her, turn to the tree of knowledge and he was the mind that was illuminated, and that when he turned away the male would be the spirit which was Christ and that Adam would be the body, which is called the Bride. That is, he would be the body that could be the Bride. Well, Satan coming in between when he got in between Adam and Eve he finally got in between the Shekinah light and Adam because that's what it all was for because Eve was Adam's flesh. That's why the Bible said great is the mystery of Godliness. And God's willing to give us an intellectual concept of it knowing that we would be intellectual then he had to do it that way and then later to the true children of God reveal to them the spiritual thing that happened, as to the revelation of the Son of God. Whereas, we still have people that are natural and intellectual and wants to be something in the world so great, as to mastery and command the people and be in admiration. They're still caught in that so great that every thing revelationally that you say they try to fit it together and they try to box it up in their minds, get it in their memory banks so that they can go and tell somebody about this to project their flesh. Which is just nothing but mire and vomit. See, by the time they get through with it. It makes God sick. See? We are suppose to be in Christ, loving the Lord, not caring about the flesh, subduing the flesh, denying the flesh, going after Christ, trying to be like Christ and let this body, that belongs to God with the dispute being over the body this is the purchased possession which is the body. Like David of old said when David prophesied back there, being a prophet, not really knowing what he said when he was praying he said, And God shall not suffer His Holy One to see corruption, nor His soul to remain in hell, saying that my flesh shall rest in hope because it is the purchased possession. And Peter makes this real clear, said, Men and Brethren, let me speak freely to you, the patriot David, he is both buried and with us and his sepulchre is here today. Said, He did fall asleep. That is to say, we say, he did see corruption in his body, but being a prophet he was foretelling of the life of the Lord Jesus that God would not suffer that body to see corruption. Within several days the body sees corruption but he brought it up. And then He would not suffer His soul to remain in hell. Even though he was to go there, the gates of hell could not prevail against Him. And that because of this, the flesh resting in hope, David was also seeing His flesh and he became one with the Lord, saying, Blessed is the man unto whom God will not impute sin. Blessed is the man whose sins are forgiven and iniquities are gone. That is to say, if I send another man in the likeness of Adam, if sin is by Adam then I send one more man, all I need is one man that will bring righteousness. If sin and death is upon all people because of Adam then I just need one man and that one man will bring life and righteousness to all. So then, the days of grace of God, as to Joel's prophecy, I will pour out of my spirit upon all flesh and your sons and daughters shall prophecy. All people have a right to this grace. All people can be religious, shout, speak in tongues and say things and have gifts and all kind of things in the day that we're living in, because God took away the sins, all of the sins of the world. The Bible said Jesus died to take away the sins of the world and as long as that blood dipped vesture of that body is right yonder at the right hand of the Father, then that means He does not see anybody, anybody's wrongs. He's looking through that blood. He's looking through that body and He hath gathered all things into that body. The Bible said at the fullness of time God sent forth His son made of a woman, made under the law, and gathered all things into that body, saying, This is as the waters of Noah to me. That is to say, He didn't just gathered the saints of God into the body of the Lord Jesus Christ. He didn't just gather that which is light into the body of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible said he veiled himself in darkness. Jesus came in the image of iniquity. In iniquity did my mother conceive me. To smite that one image of the first man Adam and to do away with that image of iniquity, the bastard child which had lost the likeness of God in the fall and was no more in His image but born as of a beast and was coming down and all of his children would be beasts, coming on down. And this is, again, I say, why the blood had to be spilt. All the way down they had to spill blood because it was an animal thing. It was an animal thing. People are animals. They've proved that they are animals. Like Jesus said, Go tell that fox. And so then, coming on down He had to spill the blood. He had to pour the blood out of them. And he had to continue to do that in symbolics, in different types animals, especially a lamb, an innocent lamb, to show Adam who was innocent in it because he did not know, until He could bring a human image of a beast. And so then, Jesus came as the human image of the beast. And when He came as the human image then went into the blood of a human being out, as a human being that was perfect, perfect blood, then that would end the blood life. Because the blood life was contaminated because Satan went into it and he took the breath of life captive. And in that he became known as the red dragon, or the generation of vipers who has the poison of asps under their tongues, and being on their belly all of their labor is for their belly because he made them feed off of the dust and put them on their belly because of the evil. So then, when see this generation of vipers. Jesus said, How could you escape the damnation of hell, you are a generation of vipers? So then, that means you've never been born again. You've never accepted God. Though you are religious, though you got all kind of religious things going in the world you're still a generation of vipers. He said, And my tables, which is the church, He said, My tables are filled with vomit. I've spewed you out of my mouth. I would that you were back in the world not knowing anything so I could have mercy on you and the blood would atone for you. You know, at least until you could come to the knowledge of God. Or I would that ye that are come to the knowledge of God would be on fire for God so I could seal you in. But because you know and don't do you are lukewarm and I'll spew you out of my mouth and you are nothing but vomit. See? All of my tables are filled with vomit. So, we could go into to a hundred thousand things this morning, just on and on and on and on. But, nevertheless, trying to bring things around just to make a point here because this goes on tape and it goes in books and goes around the world. When we see this then we know that the iniquity was in the blood. It wasn't your dos and don'ts. It was just one image of iniquity. That image meant that it had lost the nature of Christ. It had lost the image in which it was made and now it was fallen. And the nature of a beast had gotten it and so it was now in the nature of a beast. So he said, Go tell that fox. Now. Speaking of Herod. That means that when that one image of iniquity should come, if he be the perfect man, if he be of another origin, if he be from heaven and not of the earthly perspective, if he be not from the stem then that means that he did not come from the loins of man and he was not of the blood of mankind. He was a new blood cell and that blood cell was to be made spirit, which we would sure love to go into, as to the revelation of it. But, anyway, just taking it that far, there it was to have been spirit but now there was another blood cell and that meant that the same innocent blood that Adam had had returned now as the second man Adam and now the image of iniquity was to be forsaken by God when Jesus cried out, My God, why hast Thou forsaken Me. That's why the Jews had to go out, He was the head of the Jews and the Jews showed Eve and Jesus in His death showed Adam, the first man. And He also showed the serpent that was hung up in the wilderness to make an end of the serpent and that the Christ was bruising the head of the serpent, even the image of iniquity, which was the Jesus part. And he had just walked into glory and appeared as being perfected, saying, tell Herod, that fox, I do cures today; the third day I'll perfected. He'd just walked up on the mountain, was transfigured before James and John and Peter and push those cherubs back as Moses and Elijah that had been those flaming cherubs that were keeping the tree of life from which man was cut off. I say this again to you, if you can conceive of it, or get it. See? It is a middle wall of partition between you and God, that middle wall of partition is the law and the prophets. Because you are condemned, you've done wrong and the sentence of death is there. You can never eat from the tree of life, though those two cherubs are the law and the prophets with the flaming swords. They stand there and you can't get passed it. But when Jesus came as one man to restore what one man had taken away He came to a manger where we had fallen to as a beast. He picked Himself up and He walked every step in perfection until He perfected the body and walked right back into glory, pushed between the cherubs right back to the tree of life just like we see the covering cherubs in the little tabernacle, as to the ark of the covenant and the blood right in there between those covering cherubs. The life in the blood indicates the tree of life. And so then, this blood that was taken in periodically as by the priest, it shows this wonderful thing. Now. Like Brother Parnell's vision where at this place here, there was a tree of life in the front yard and behind this Sacred Desk was something like the ark of the covenant, something that had never been revealed to the world but it was to be revealed. Now. And this camp meeting has to do with this very thing. When we see this then we realize that Jesus walked from the manger until He became perfect and now we are God's workmanship in Christ. We are now perfected forever in Him and by His offering up and now we are perfect at the right hand of God, as His body, and as He is so are we, which means perfect. And as He is so are we, bone of His bone and flesh of His flesh with the royal blood and this wonderful spirit making the royal blood within us, that we don't have the blood of the animals anymore. For, see? I say to you again, as I've said in the past, the Bible said there is no remission of sin without the shedding of blood. Therefore, He shed the blood as a symbolic thing. All the way down through the history of the Jews it wasn't that that blood kept the Jews. It was only in earth symbolic. The Bible said, Moses, make this according to the pattern shown thee in the mount. Which he saw the things of heaven and made it accordingly in the earth to give a thing in the earth, as to symbolics so that we could understand. We could get a revelation from the symbols or the types and the shadows. He that abideth under the shadow of the Almighty shall dwell in the secret places of the Most High. So we see this in the symbolics that he made it in the symbolics and that makes us to realize that there is another tabernacle, for the Bible said, And Moses pitched this tabernacle in the wilderness. But now this tabernacle that I speak of, Paul said, this is a tabernacle in heaven, for ye that are the tabernacle of God ye are not just a tabernacle but ye are a temple. For in heaven it is a temple for when you cross the Jordan Solomon built a temple. That's why we call this little place here a temple. And this meeting has to do with it, coming out of the tent at this particular time as to the tabernacle. So then, as long as you're not born again you are a tabernacle. Peter said, As long as I'm in this tabernacle. It's covered with skins. See? And as long as you're there you're covered with a pillar of fire, like Brother Branham had on his head back there during that time as to the pillar of fire. And then when the head was smitten and all the glass went in it and they split the head open it indicated Calvary and it indicated a different A place of periodics. A different move of God. Not as to a different move, one spirit, many operations. A different operation, as to the first part and then the later part. Which we don't have time to teach when we come to these things because by time we get you into the mind of God to where you can see the present day truth and understand what's going on it's time to close out because some get weary and tired. But, anyway, you've listened real good this morning so I'm going to go on just little bit farther. Now, in this we see a pillar of fire. Brother Branham with great signs and wonders bringing them out of Egypt. Once you've crossed over the Jordan it's the temple. On this side of Jordan from Egypt, through the wilderness, it's a tabernacle. So that means that when you're not born again then you're in the realm of the second covenant, as to the blood, and that means that you are a tabernacle and the blood that's over the head means your blood on the inside. There had to be some blood spilt and we are counted as sheep for the slaughter. All day long we're killed. Or that is, we're emptying out our blood. We're emptying out our blood. We're emptying out our blood. Our blood atones for our sins for there is no remission without the shedding of blood. So, by Calvary we're dead with the Lord Jesus Christ and the blood is running out of our veins. Whereas, someone would say, Well, Brother Pike, I'm not bleeding. But, see? That's not because You don't understand because you're not spiritual. Blood has nothing to do with it. The life is in the blood and the life is what we're talking about and you are suppose to be denying your worldly life. You're not suppose to be going after careers and going after ball games and projecting your intelligence and your ability, and trying to be religiously intelligent and do the things of the world and have money valves and going after passions and having women and men to notice you and all these kind of things. And trying to show your physic and this kind of thing with the adorning of life. You're suppose to be filling your life, giving your life, denying your life. Unless you hate your life for my sake you can't be my disciple. There's only one sentence and that's death. The body must die because of sin. So then, what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, the weakness of my flesh, God sending His Own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, the prophet said He shall make an end of iniquity, and God smote the image of iniquity and that ended iniquity forever. Now. Once it is gone that was the one man that had sinned. God ended it. He did away with it. That was the end. That ended sin. It had nothing to do with you. You and your righteousness has nothing to do with your ritualistic practices. Your sins have nothing to do with your failures and all these other kind of things. That has nothing to do with it. You're just a human being growing like a little ole baby from a little baby into a manhood or womanhood. So then when we see this there is no remission of sin without the shedding of blood and that's why this blood of Aaron, taking it in from the Lamb had to go in between the cherubs. It was the Lord going in between the cherubs in his day, being a new blood cell, a new life, because the life was in the blood and the blood was to be converted to spirit, which is life because life is not blood. Life is spirit. Though blood is the life of all animals, as to the human beings, or human anatomy. But that's not life. Life is in the blood according to the Bible and life is spirit. There is....(Begin tape two, side one.) .....spirit and God is a power of the quickening and of the dead, in that you are dead in trespasses and sins as long as you live. So if you'll give me a little longer and don't press me we won't interfere with the mind of the Lord and I'll say just a few more things and I'll try to let you go. But, anyway, I'm saying that there is no remission without the shedding of blood. Why is there no remission without the shedding of blood? Because the life is in the blood. And the life is in captivity to a perverted form of life which is Lucifer. He went into the blood stream of Adam and took control of the life when the Shekinah light left. And he is in control of our breath of life and your very desire, as to your breath of life, is passions. You want to reproduce. You want passions. You want to eat. You drink. Your labor is for your belly because your belly craves it of you. Your tongue is filled with deceit. The poison of asps under your tongue. Your eyes are filled with destruction and misery. Your feet is swift to shed blood. Your throat is an open sepulchre. All of these things. You're on your belly because God put you on your belly. You eat of the dust. That's all you eat of all your life, is that that comes from the ground. From the dust thou art, to the dust thou shalt return. And so to the dust you went again. Now you are a bondschild under bondage to the beggarly elements of the world because of your human senses. Your human senses desires it of you and fastens you to that because that is your thrill. That is your excitement. That is your life. And unless that life dies you're not spilling your blood. Because the life indicates the blood. The animal is the blood. They do have a soul and the soul goes down. Whereas, your soul is not like the animal soul in the sense of your new birth. That is to say, you leave the soul realm and become a quickening spirit. And blood is changed from blood life, animal life to spirit life. And the second man Adam was made a quickening spirit of whom you are. For you are His body, members in particular. You are His temple. You're now not a living soul but you are a quickening spirit, as to the body, the second man Adam. You're not dead in trespasses and sin for God has quickened you. And you are not unclean anymore. He made you clean by His Word, the spirit and life. And His spirit now dwells in you and that makes royal blood, for the spirit is what creates the blood. And as your spirit has created your blood, as through the fall, and that in the animal sense, now you are created a royal blood and this royal blood will change your body for now is made known to the church the manifold wisdom of God, even to the heavenly places of the Word, or mind or understanding that speaks you into existence or out of existence, or speaks the world into existence. All things emanating from the Word. Which means there is an illumination of glory that is being given off from your thoughts and the eradication of the darkness, as to the cocoon of that thought or of that shell that this glory might transformate your mind and take it from this intellectual death of carnality from the old tree of knowledge of learning and bring it to a revelational thing of faith to transformate your mind, translate your spirit, and then transfigure your body by an act of divine transology. So then, that means that this God that's on the inside of you, if you don't have His spirit you're none of His. You say, But I believe. It has nothing to do with it. You say, But I go to church. That doesn't have nothing to do with it. I give. I pray. I fast. It has nothing to do with it. Wherefore have we fasted and you take no knowledge. Make long prayers. That doesn't have anything to do with it. That's just for a pretense. You must have His spirit. It's not by power. It's not by might. You know, it's not running around having great healing meetings where you lay your hands on them and you scream and spit in their face and push them down. And sure enough occasionally somebody believes and there is an miracle happens. That's not it at all. See? You're not going to do anything. You're nobody. I'm nobody. Who do you think you are? What do I think I am? We're going to lay hands on people and this is going to happen and that's going to happen? It has nothing to do with it. The Bible said it's not by that. It's by my spirit. It's according to the measure of spirit. You know, if I want to get drunk it doesn't depend on me having a jug of water. It doesn't depend on me just drinking a little toddy, as we say. It depends on how much wine I can drink, how much I've got in my jug of the whiskey and how much I can guzzle down as to how drunk I'm going to be. See? And my reaction from that drunkenness is going to be according to the contents and the strength of that. And if I have the spirit of God according to my measure, whatever my measure is, whatever the spirit is, whatever the abundance is, that's all I can give to you. That's all that's going to happen. Isn't going to be anything else. Somebody says, Well, I don't see that. Well, let's look at it. When Peter was there at the temple called beautiful and at the place called Solomon's Porch when the man was cripple and sitting there at the gateway. This man was looking for alms and when Peter and them came by Peter didn't have any alms. He was a poor man. He looked at the man and he said, Look on us. And the man gave heed expecting to receive alms, no doubt. It said receive something. He felt like Peter was going to give him something if it wasn't anything but bread, if it was just a coin or whatever it was. He had his believing turned toward him. He said, Now look on us. Look on our Gold and silver have I none but such as I do have give I thee; in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth walk. Get up and walk. Rise up and walk. And somebody says, Well, and there it was and he jumped up and walked. No, it didn't say that at all. It didn't have to do with that at all. He didn't jump up and walk. There was nothing to that at all. The Bible doesn't even record anything like that. It said Peter picked him up. Peter had faith enough that because of what he had said he was willing to put it to the test and he took the hand of the man and picked him up. And when he picked him up then the Bible said immediately the spirit of God struck them ankle bones and they received strength and then he began to run and rejoice and five thousand people, or there about, gathered immediately and began to stare at Peter. And Peter said, Men, why do you look on us so earnestly as though we had done this by our own power, or by our own holiness? Said, We didn't have nothing to do with it but God has glorified His Son Jesus whom ye took and killed. In releasing a murderer you accepted him in his stead. And said, And now this man that you see is whole by the faith of Him. Him. That is, Jesus Christ and by the faith that the man placed within that name he is made whole. Now. So then, we're getting just a little bit off trail here, as to try to finish the revelational thought but it's still the same thing. See? We're talking about the spirit. The spirit of God. This morning, as a matter-of-fact. It just dawned on me this morning that this may sound a little different to you about the P.A. system here, but I had spoke about this meeting having to do with the spirit and I suppose I'm probably preaching over that mike this morning. Or I say the mike, over this P.A. system because they had to, there were forced because of some things that happened, to get me a new P.A. system and it was strange because I told them that this meeting had to do with Pentecost and the Spirit and what God was to bring out. And this morning, as far as I know, I guess I'm preaching over that which is called the Spirit. If not I will be during this camp meeting. That P.A. system is called the Spirit. Anyway, with this we're getting a little bit off trail because I can tell that I've done talked about as long as I can to you about the revelation. I picked it up a little bit ago and I just kind of strayed off to say a few little things there to confirm some thoughts. But, anyway, trying to just drop in a thought or two here to where we can kind of get this clear. There is a shedding of the blood for the remission of sins. Why is it that there is no remission of sin without the shedding of blood? I want you to remember that one thing now. Remember this one thing. There is no remission. It doesn't matter if you pray. It doesn't matter is you fast. It doesn't matter if you give. It doesn't matter if you belong to the church. It doesn't matter what you do. You can stay up all night long, night after night, praying. It has nothing to do with it. You can study until you memorize the Bible. You can preach all over the world. It has nothing to do with it. There is no remission of sin without the shedding of blood. It's like I told a Rabbi over in Israel when he and I crossed up. You've heard me tell it. We crossed up and he began to tell me all kind of things and especially from the Torah. And I told him, I said, Sir, I said, I perceive you don't know your own Bible. I said, The Bible teaches that even in the Torah there is no remission of sin without the shedding of blood. I said, Now, you explain to me where is the shedding of blood. I said, You don't shed blood anymore in your sacrifices. Whereas, the Bible said back in that time if the ashes of the red heifer could bring sanctification how much more the blood of Christ Jesus. I said, Tell me then where is the shedding of blood. I said, You know what it is? I said, It's the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ that's on the seat of atonement. The atonement is what did it. The blood shedding of animals has never sanctified anybody only in the sense that God had slain the Lamb from the foundation of the world, which was His Son, and placed the blood on the seat of atonement knowing that man was going to fall because all of His works were known unto Him from the beginning that He might take care of them until the day that He could bring a new blood cell and start a new generation and start the beginning of the creation of God, which is not Adam but Jesus Christ is the beginning of the creation of God. And though Adam, before he fell, was the son of God then the second man Adam came and we just got started, as to the sons of God at Calvary. So then, why is there no remission without the shedding of blood? I say it one more time. Because Satan got into the blood life and took that breath of life into captivity and there's no way to get him out. You cannot get him out. There's no good thing in your flesh. That blood is in there and to will is present but how to perform that which is good there is no way you can do it. You can do all the ritualistics you want to. Paul learned that with all of this supposedly righteousness saying, I'm blameless touching the law, yet he never did live right. He never did do right. No Jew ever did live right, never did do right. It never has been that they ever did right. Even Abraham of old was not justified, as to his doings, but the Bible said that he believed God and it was counted unto him for righteousness, even as today it is in us to believe in what God has done through that second man Adam, as to the atonement and thus it is imputed unto us for righteousness, God sanctifying our souls and hearts by faith that the great spirit of the quickening of eternal life might move into these beings and manifest itself through a transformating of mind, as to reveal the contents of this great wonderful light that changes this body. Or that is, these cells into eternal life, or immortality, to bring to light at this time immortality, as to the redemption of the purchased possession which is the body of Jesus at the right hand of the Father. We're just hurrying along, crowding up a lot of things here that needs about ten hours of explaining. But this is the reason the blood must be shed. God will not accept blood life. No blood life will be able to come into the presence of God once the blood is taken off of the seat of atonement. Right now all blood life is allowed to continue on because of the blood, the righteous blood of Jesus on the seat of atonement. But we're almost at the end of the church ages and the carry period of the child, which is the woman's world, as to America, is almost at an end. Their government has gone corrupt now and God is raising up a new thing, even here at Bethlehem. And I know you don't see it. Some say, Well, I see it. No, I know you don't see it but nevertheless, you know, I'm just a little man that's saying a big thing, but it's happening exactly that way. So then, for you that are catching a little glimpse of it now Some come to me as of now and said, Did you know right now, after all these years I've just barely began to see what you're talking about. And somebody says, Well, that's not me. I'm intelligent and I'm brilliant, Brother Pike. But, consequently when I talk to you I never pick up any of that brilliance or that know about of the things of God. But, nevertheless, there are some that's beginning to get their eyes open like little babies and they're beginning to realize. And even then it's hard for them to accept what I'm saying and grasp the fact that this is absolutely thus saith the Lord. So then, in these things that's coming about right now, happening right here at Little Bethlehem, and especially with the fourth of July and having to do with this camp meeting and having to come into the church. I said, I don't think they'll be in the tent this year because when they crossed the Jordan they left the tabernacle and they come into the tent. When the time of Brother Branham, if we had time. If we had a little more interest. You're holding on pretty good. If we'd had a little more interest I want to just convey a few more things, as to the thoughts concerning the William Branham ministry and what that had to do with. So great it was and what it had to do with and what it had to do with at this point of life. Nevertheless, maybe another day, another time. It makes it a little bit hard, whereas, Paul preached all night long and Brother Branham used to preach for hours trying to get the people into the understanding of that hour and that time. I have to hurry mine up, you know, and I don't have time to really do anything because I don't have the interest of the people as to spiritual things. They're interested in coming to Bethlehem. They're interested in listening. They're reverent, but really to have a hunger and thirst for the things of the mysteries of God and to get into these things there is very little hunger. They're stirred. There are some that are getting more stirred about it and more stirred. But the thing is, we have procrastinated so long until we've got complacent to the extent that we've got to come and go and get to the cafes and do our thing and talk and whatever we know about we want to pass it on one to another. But, anyway, this is the thing. There is no remission of sin without the shedding of blood, which means that a person has to die and the blood has to be emptied out. And when Jesus appears after the church ages you'll find the Bible said that His hair and His face is as white as snow. It's like the wool; it's as white as snow. Not only His hair but His face. And if you have ever been an embalmer, ever went to watch the embalmer when he takes the blood out, he pulls the blood out and that face begins to turn a white look. See? Because he hath not blood. He empties his blood out. And the blood went to the right hand of the heavenly Father and He was changed in the spirit and the blood life and the beast age is over. And the serpent is defeated that was on his belly as a generation of vipers. God defeated it through Calvary by smiting the head and that head being, as we brought out the other night. I won't try to get into that because there is so much revelation there that we need to understand and connect it all together. But, anyway, that's where it all happened at Calvary. And when this blood is shed, when it's emptied out, and it was at Calvary, it means from that time the kingdom age has come. From that time the kingdom has come. We didn't get to touch on that at all hardly but that means that it has come. It means a new world has come. It means a new people have come. It means old things have passed away and the end of the world came upon the other people. So, now here we are and the second two thousand years ended, as to that second covenant of the blood life, even as the first two thousand years with that thing of the water life. And now we're ending now another two thousand years, coming to the end of it, which is the last covenant of the angelic, or the spirit life which is made strictly with the church during the kingdom age. And now we're coming down to the close of this age, as to the change, and as the results of the great deluge and the earth was over flowed with water and was swallowed up, as in the first two thousand years the old world passed away. And as to the second, when one body, just one body was swallowed up with blood, that blood dipped vesture that will return in revelation nineteen, it was swallowed up, just one human body in the second covenant, or the physical realm, completely submerge in blood and will return until the valley runs with blood. Then the second world passed away. And now if one is completely submerged in the spirit as to the quickening spirit of Almighty God, which means the spirit of Christ Jesus coming into us which was denoted in the beginning by Paul. And if that continues and if it arises in the end time, as with the revelation of Jesus Christ, that means that that will be the great finale and the great finals of this last church age. And once that spirit is completely submerged, as to the spirit of Christ, then that is it. That will be the change and that will be all of it and that means the babe will be born, as we say, in Bethlehem. As in Bethlehem so as here, so as in Jerusalem, or your place in Jerusalem. Or as when we went down the streets of Dolorosa, prophesying that the time is at hand. And in the fullness of time God sent forth His Son, made under the law and made of a woman that He may gather all things in heaven and in earth into that body. I say again, not just the saints, as to that that indicated the three things that was in that ark as to the walking things that went into the side from the spear as the door opened in the ark but the creeping things that also went through the same door and went down into the bottom of the ark where there was no light. These creatures that could walk went into the middle of the ark where there was a semi-light. And then the next thing was the flying creatures went into the top of the ark which had a window up there and that was the light. So that means that the Gentiles are in a semi-light as a reflection and the devils and demons are in the darkness and the devils and demons have climbed up into the upper lintel, as working in the semi-light. And up in the upper lintel up here there was one that was allowed, even the raven, because Satan is the power of angelic. He is the power of this life and he does go out. And he goes out at Calvary when that thing is open, the window is open and the veil is rent and the church age, or the kingdom age, comes in between the four hundred and eighty-three and the seven that makes up the total ninety upon Daniel's people to bring in the kingdom age. Then this kingdom age of the churches will be dwelling in heaven. That crow we call him, or raven, is out. He's feeding everywhere. He's feeding everywhere but the little dove is still in the ark. He went out and even after ten days, the Bible said, ascended, came back from heaven plucking that tree of life He lives in you today. And these are as the waters of Noah, as to the ark of that body of the Lord Jesus Christ but the raven has been cast out and he is out in the world with his ball games and his movies and his frolics and his eating and his drinking and his passions and his gullible desires of a good time and your intellectual mind of human reasoning, of darkness and death, for he is the angelic ruler of the darkness and intellect is darkness. And to be carnally minded means you don't have the spirit and you are dead though you be ever so religious. So then, if the blood isn't shed that means the life isn't taken out, the perverted life isn't taken out and that means that you don't have room for the new blood, as to the new life. And Jesus straight way told the Jews, You can't put the new wine into the old bottles. And immediately after the flood, if you remember, Noah got drunk which indicated a pentecost. Indicated a pentecost and when that thing points over to the next two thousand years there comes as a pentecost. And so then, they said drunk off of the new wine. Noah had planted himself a vineyard. And God did everything well and so everything is symbolically in order so that we are without excuse. And all of the invisible things of God from the creation of the world are clearly understood by the things which do appear, even to the eternal Godhead so that we are without excuse. The heavens declared his handiwork and the earth's full of the knowledge of God if you will let the Spirit unveil and search out the deep things of God. Well, I pressed you a little bit to hold you just to get this on tape and get it clear so that when it goes into the books people that cannot come and ask questions, overseas and wherever, translates these books that they'll understand at least enough to where God can work with them. Let's stand together. When we come to church_ I love to go eat as much as you do. I enjoy it. Solomon said there is nothing better than to eat, enjoy your labor, but folks, some people are on their belly and they cannot stay in church without thinking about the belly. And the thing that they look forward to on Sunday is not the church but getting a short sermonette so they can go get their way to their belly because their belly craves it of them. Jesus said concerning this that this is a generation of vipers that's been placed on their belly. Nevertheless, we who love the Lord we are feasting off of the body of the Lord Jesus Christ. When they went to give Jesus food they said, He's beside Himself. He won't eat. You need some meat. He said, My meat is to do the will of Him that sent me and to finish His work. So then, ye that are so so set on the belly they know then that ye are the serpent. But ye that have food to eat that others know not of, even over coming and eating of the hidden manna, then ye are the children of God for you do thirst and hunger after God. And as David said, My heart doth pant after Thee, even as the hart (like a dear) panteth after the water brook. I notice that they've got the ceiling pretty well finished up here. I appreciate those that labored with me and got things in order. They had to change it around because they said the lights were interfering with the video work and we had a new addition back here and I was really let down when they didn't finish this back here. We went to a lot of problems to try to get this finish and to bring the acrylic and to get power board but they just kind of walked off and left it and there's nothing I can do about it. But I had some men that stayed with me until twelve o'clock last night and got quite a bit done down at the building, for which I'm very grateful. The Bible said quit like a man and they quit when the job was over, to the extent that they could do it. If we quit before the job is over then we're still little children for that's the way children do. They'll work a little then they'll get discouraged and they'll quit. Nevertheless, I thank God for what good you are doing, whether you be a babe or whether not. And even as in the Word, desire the sincere milk of the Word that you might grow thereby. That's what we need to do, folks. And while we have a little singing here to worship the Lord, remember we're just getting started in the camp meeting and this morning I'm just trying to expound a little bit to you, that if you'll kind of do like the cow does, you know, eat the grass and then later just lay around and chew the cud and these things, will maybe, get into your mind and the Spirit of God will guide you into these truth (?) and then during the camp meeting you'll be on fire trying to search out these great wonderful things toward eternal life. The time is at hand and the Bible said let him that is holy be holy still and let him that is righteous be righteous still. Let him that is unclean let be unclean still and all these kind of things. So we're right there at that great moment. And while we're there at that moment let's be sure. The Bible said examine yourselves. Make sure that Christ is in you lest you find yourself to be reprobate for if you have not His Spirit then you are none of His. So, let's sing this little chorus together. (Singing) Sing that with me, will you? (Singing) Sing it like this now. (Singing) While we sing this the altars are open if you'd like to come. Being the first meeting of camp meeting it might be good if we could just kind of gather around the altar asking the Lord to help us, give us a new dedication and a new start in the Lord. Just ask Him to help us and cause us to be spiritual. Savor the things that be of the spirit and ask God to bless you. You want the redemption of the body. You know that you do and the body is the purchased possession. David said, My body, my flesh shall rest in hope. And you want the redemption of that body. I want the redemption of my body. God wants you to have it. It's the purchased possession. Not a hair of your head will perish. But in that it's been perverted by the mind of Lucifer and he's taken the body, the dispute is over the body and in that he's taken the body he is using it for his world of technology and ruling and reign by the powers of intellect. And as long as we do that we're under the constraint of the ecclesia of the world. But if we can come to the place, beloved friend, to where we realize that we are children of God and we are children that dwell in heaven and that we don't belong to the world and we're not after the world and the things of the world then when we come to this place to realize that then we can have the redemption of this body and this body will be so beautiful and so wonderful, for the Bible said God hath made all things beautiful in His time and it will outshine the brightness of the noonday. And this light of understanding will radiate through you to the extent it will be like the sun shining within your strength. Wisdom maketh a man's face to shine. This is a wonderful transformating glory that is coming through the intellectual that will cause the intellectual to gradually dissipate. (Begin tape two, side two.)....a little bit at a time that he don't destroy you with the brightness of his of coming. That he might transformate you on the inside until He can release this glory into your body and change it into the glory of the Lord for if the brightness of God comes outside of that it will destroy you. If you've not transformated or if you've not given God a chance in your mind and your still naturally minded then you can't receive this light and it will burn you. It will destroy you as the man of perdition and the body that's been defiled. And when this thing comes forth it'll be so bright that the whole earth will vanish away and the heaven will vanish away and everything will vanish away and there will be nothing left. Someone would say, Brother Pike, do you mean to tell me that this revelational knowledge is going to be so great that the great powers of the ecclesia will bow down to it and the great diplomacies of Einstein will be as nothing but children in their diapers? It will be so great that there will not be one thing left in remembrance of all the intellectual abilities that human beings have. As a matter-of-fact, the Bible teaches that the kingdom of the beast, which will be those that did not receive the spirit, that there will be no light. Their kingdom will be filled with darkness as an intellectual ignorance to where they cannot even perfect a bottle of medicine, as I say so often. So then, you are the precious children of God. Ye are the body of the Lord Jesus. Not all of you. There are those in your midst that are not. There are preachers that come to you and laity, and deacons, and all kind of people among you. There are women and there are men, they are not Christians. They do not have the spirit of God. Though they are religious and though they are among you, they're only spots and blemishes in your feast of this wonderful love of God, as we feed off of the feast of charity, as to the body of the Lord Jesus to eat His flesh and to drink His blood. For to have the Spirit the Spirit maketh the blood and you drink His blood. And to eat His body is to be bone of His bone and flesh of His flesh, as to have this Word as spirit and life, it is the bread of life. Jesus said they perished in the wilderness though they had manna from heaven. My Father gave you that manna. Moses didn't give it to you. And He said, I'm the true bread that cometh down from heaven and everyone that eateth Me he shall never die. He that believeth on My words he is passed, already, he is passed from death unto life and shall not come into condemnation for there is therefore no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus. You don't have to worry about the ritualistics. You don't have to worry about trying to live right or not living right. It has nothing to do with it. Faith is imputed unto you for righteousness and you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and believe what He did for you and His Spirit will come into your heart and the works will then be of the Father. Jesus said, It's not I that doeth the works but it's the spirit on the inside of me and he will work the nature of Christ in you and do your works. And He will cause you by constraint of His love to conform to His Word because it is spirit and life and He will give you the mind of Christ and you will just automatically do what your nature calls for. As an animal does what his nature calls for, as a human being does what his nature calls for, so will you as a Christian be Christ like and do what your nature calls for and it will be the beautiful works of the Lord Jesus Christ. Let's just lift our hands and close our eyes here at the beginning of this meeting and let's just worship the Lord for just a few minutes and praise and in song. Examine yourselves. See if you be reprobates or if Christ is within you. If the Christ is within you the results of it will be one thing. You'll have the fruits of the Spirit in your life. If you do not have the fruits of the Spirit then you don't have the Spirit. And if you have not the Spirit then you're none of His. When you have the fruits of the Spirit you won't go whoring after the things of the world and desiring the things of the world. You won't want to sit around and watch the television and the moves and known the ball games and you won't want to be around the opposite sex. And you won't be wanting the things of business and all the powers of the world and the monetary values of the world. You won't be a glutton after the things of the world. You won't keep a television set ringing in your ears all the time and feeding your children off of the garbage of what you call these little comments and all these kind of things that's filled with the devil and foolishness, in that the Bible said foolish thoughts that is sin. God will feed you the fruits of your thoughts and if you'll go through the transformating of this great wonderful thing God wanted to say something this morning and there was an interference about the time He was going to say it concerning this very thing. But when you come to this thing, as to the knowledge He will feed you the fruits of your thoughts for as a man thinking in his heart so he is. And when you feed off of the fruits of your thoughts it will either be the spiritual Word of God, as to thoughts with fruits of the spirit of righteousness, of peace, of meekness, long suffering, and gentleness, patience, and godliness or it will be the desires of the world, as to the gullible desires of your physic, of your form, of your passions, of your eating and drinking, of your buying and selling and your securities of the world and you educational prestige and conceit. So while we have our hands up and our eyes closed we're going to worship God for just a minute and we're going to ask God to undertake. Let's just lift our hands up and let's sing this little chorus together. (Singing) Think about that blood now. Think about that blood. If it was not for that precious blood, the life is in the blood. If there's no blood there is no life. If there is no shedding of blood there is no remission of sin. Are you willing to lay down your life? Peter said, Lord, I'd die for you; why can't I go? He said, Will you die for me, Peter? Verily, verily, I say unto you, before the cock crows you'll deny me thrice. And then Peter cursed and denied that he ever knew the Lord. And the Lord said, Peter, I prayed for you that your faith fail not. It was for sure that his works had already failed but said, When you are strengthened, or converted, go strengthen the brethren. So as you close your eyes and lift your hands up let's sing this little chorus, I will praise Him together. And remember the service tonight and invite somebody back and come tonight and let's come wanting to know the wonderful things of God. If Jesus was here, like in the little boat, He just pushed out from the shore and He taught them. He sat down on the Mount of Beatitudes and he taught them. And He walked with them and He taught them. And if He was here this morning He would do the same thing. He would teach you if you're teachable. If you will allow him to teach you. And, you know, the preacher can preach to you but God Himself is a spirit and when He comes along His mind begins to teach you. He opens your understand and you begin to understand and you do not understand by learning. Ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. You have science, the word meaning knowledge. Paul said, it's falsely so-called. Ever learning and never coming to the knowledge of God, which is the knowledge of the truth. So while your eyes are closed and your hands are lifted up let's sing this little chorus again. Can we? (Singing) If you've never committed to God now is the time to make that great commitment. Paul said, I'm persuaded to believe that God is able to keep that to which I've committed unto Him against that great day. I believe that He will do it. And I believe that as your faith goes up He will sanctify you. You say, But I haven't done so good. Can you believe? If thou canst believe all things are possible to them that believe. Can you believe, Peter? You've denied me. You've cursed. You've gone off, folks, you've done the wrong thing. But I prayed for you that your faith fail not. Think about that. Jesus prayed for you. If Jesus prayed for you how can you fail. Put your faith in God today and say, Lord, I'll never go back to the garbage can of the world again. I'll never go back to that old mind of death again. I'll never go back to the gullible desires of the flesh again. Lift your hands yp and close your eyes and welcome God into your heart this morning and just call on the name of the Lord. It shall come to pass that whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. That doesn't mean you just come by and say, Lord, save me. For the Bible said not everyone that saith Lord, Lord, shall inherit the kingdom of God but he that doeth the will of My Father. And when He said, He that calleth upon the name of the Lord, He meant that they that continually call upon God. And the Bible said concerning Jesus, said, He shall call upon My name from morning until night. This means that you must continually call upon God. All the days of your life calling upon God. And he that endureth until the end the same shall be saved. So while you've got your hands up and your eyes closed we're going to sing this one more time together. (Singing)
