The Word Made Flesh

Brother Taylor says the Lord is here. Where two or three are gathered together in my name I'm in the midst of them and He's here. He's always been here. He said, I'll never leave you nor forsake you. Lo, I am with you until the end of the world. And He's always with us. As Brother Taylor said we're glad to have you here tonight having a good time in the Lord. We were off today. David and I have been talking about the Lord and we had driven over to Pine Crest Lodge to get a little something to eat and I really saw something in it, in us being over at that particular place today. And I mentioned some things to him that I saw and he was mentioning some things to me that he had seen. You know, we're the body of Christ and God is always talking with us. How beautiful it is. How beautiful it is. And we compare notes. We talk with each other, fellowship. A lot of times, I'm saying, you know, that there are things I want to talk about that I don't get to talk about too much here in the sanctuary. Once in awhile I get to bring forth some things that we really like to bring forth, but we always bring forth something from God. God is always giving us something and it's fresh manner from heaven but then there are other things that I would like to bring forth if we had the time and the people had the patience and had the right kind of__ When I say the right kind of spirit, they have the right kind of spirit. They have the right kind of attitudes. They love the Lord. They are interested in God. They've given their lives and times too; many things for God. But still that doesn't suffice as to getting what we refer to as the present day truth. To get the present day truth your spirit has got to relate to the eternal spirit, the great mighty spirit of God and He'll reveal Himself to you. You come to know God. They that come to know God in the later times shall do great exploits. And to come to know God, to really be acquainted with God, you know, it's like I said. Sometimes in our fellowship Brethren just come over to fellowship. Maybe they'll sit down at the parliamentary house there, or different places and start to talk. And they don't have any time limit. They don't have any plans. They are not planning to go anywhere and usually they're not there all that long. But, nevertheless, as far as they're concerned, there all night long. Some of them are restless. Some of them come timely, you know, go to work, get off, go to work, do whatever but some of them don't do that. They're just there. And of course, some of them never comes around. And as a result of that some of them never get anything spiritual. Whereas, the Bible said forsake not the assembling of thy selves together as the manner of some is but exhort each other the more as you see the day approaching. And when you see these things know that it is nigh even at the door. But, nevertheless, what I'm saying is: I see some things that are so wonderful and so awesome and to me so thrilling and today has been no different. And day after day we're see things that we wanted so much to expound but we just drop in just a little bit here and there during our conversations, or during our exhortation. We're glad to have Bobby and Vince here tonight. I heard Brother Taylor say something about that. We're certainly glad to have them here. I haven't talked to them in a good long while but we're certainly glad to see them in service tonight. And I appreciate the offerings. Brother Taylor was taking an offering. I appreciate that. Brother Taylor is trying to be real faithful, Brother Jimmy and some of the others. And today I can report that though it's took many hundreds of thousands of dollars we've not run short of one penny. We've not had to drag things out one time since we've been here. We've not had to worry about it. God has abundantly met every need. And today he's still doing it. And even the building that we're building down here that we started by faith, two stories on it now and it is to go a little farther. And as I said the other day, the ones that does the footage work and the inspectors said that according to their speculations, they gave it, it figures out to be worth a million dollars, or more, just the one because of the way it's built. And yet it's paid for. God is paying for it as it goes and has abundantly met tens of thousands of dollars the last few weeks. And we don't never know where it's coming from. We don't have any way to get it. We don't solicit. We don't peddle. But by a great miraculous means it always comes. We don't have to pull, plead or beg; it always comes. And when you don't have it, even to help us with, whatever you help God sends it from another source and he multiplies the fishes and loaves out of what you get. So all you need to do in your offering is just do what you can and He'll multiply the fishes and the loaves. We had a lot of men that wanted to work this past weekend and they were coming to work, and some of them did come to work. Some was planning to come to work but it rained them out and they didn't get to do much. We'll be finishing up some work. We're fixing to cap off the second story probably Monday. And having some plans for God, God is blessing us. There are a couple more of radio stations in a couple of states, different states that it looks like that we're going on that people want to put this on in the state. And other places of new translations that thrills my heart because many of these places that we get from time to time we don't have any translation there. Though we're in almost every country in the world and their language, still there's a few that you have kind of a breakdown in language. And maybe they have a language here but then they have another language or a subsidiary language or whatever it is but then there comes another country that we don't have and God is still giving them to us. People get a hold of this literature and tracts and then they are just burning like a flame until they can get it translated into their language. So it's just so wonderful, it's so thrilling to me. I still feel like we're not getting the job done nor doing nearly what we should do, that we're barely scratching the surface but He's doing things all the time. But in my heart I'm so hungry to do something for God. Jesus said go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature and I'm just so hungry and I see the need so great until it looks like it's such a little thing with all of our efforts. So you pray that God will send workers into His vineyard and that things will work out right. And it will. Let's sing a little chorus together. I've got a few thoughts on my heart tonight that I'd like to share with you and everything that comes forth is always a benefit. The Bible said it's not the minister speaking but God speaking from within Him, being the temples of the living God whose temples ye are. And the Bible said if you defile the temple God will destroy it. He can't dwell in it. So then, from time to time we feel like saying some things and God says some things to us and they go on tape. Thousands of tapes, and into books, around the different parts of the world and the different translations. I think most of you know that down in Houston they're having a rough time with that fire and the floods. The tribulation period is still moving on in, as we said here quite a long while ago, there would be plenty of war, plenty of floods, disasters, famine. They'd start breaking and coming on in because the church ages was now coming down to a close and that the whole country was beginning to turn into Sodomy. And, as the Bible said, the very day Lot went out of Sodom and Gomorrah the fire and brimstone came. So, Lot being typical of the church it's very evident that at this time of Sodomy__ I said they would legalize and when they do that will be the sign for going. And then Israel coming in, and Jordan, that they'll tie together. After awhile they will come together, as to those nations, even including Egypt, which has already poured into Israel now according to Milad writing us from over there where we bought the place in Israel and it looks like that time is here because they are fixing to sign those agreements, or they are coming close to it. And it has great meaning, and this, of course, is what I mean when I say I would like to say a lot of things here at the Sacred Desk that I don't get to say. This is what I'm speaking of because many things concerning Israel and these different things that we're speaking of as to signing the treaties, or whatever, has great mighty spiritual valve and I'd like to talk about them. I just love to talk about them because they have to do with Little Bethlehem and they have to do with Monroe, Georgia. They have to do with all of the world. What they have to do with you as an individual and I like to know what has to do with me concerning Christ. But, nevertheless, if you don't have time for that then I understand. Everybody has to do their thing in life but those that do, the few here and there, wherever they be scattered, come together, an occasional thing that's said, it will make you happy. It will make you happy and when the others get to where they hunger and thirst they'll be happy, too. And they won't want to do their own thing. They'll want to do God's thing and when Zion comes again__ The Bible said when I bring Zion again they'll see eye to eye, speak the same thing, walk hand in hand and will not break ranks. They won't pierce each other through. Pentecost, one mind and one accord, the Christ came. Let this mind be in you that was also in Christ Jesus. Let God have control of His body. Let's sing this little song together, Brother Taylor. Give me another key. (Singing.) Can you sing that with me? (Singing.) Sing it with me, now. (Singing.) Sing it one more time with me. (Singing.) I wander if David Paul will come down for a few minutes? I feel like the Lord would have him to come down here. (Singing.) Sing it again now. (Singing.) I want you to sing it one more time now. (Singing.) I really appreciate the sweet welcome I always get up here and I appreciate David. I appreciate the others. You know, there is a great falling away , the Bible said. And as I said this morning, I believe it was, the end should not come unless there be a great falling away first that the man of perdition should be revealed. And it is time and he's being revealed. And it is that great falling away. I thought it strange. I thought, My, I usually stand up and they sit down, today I'm sitting down and they're standing up. But, there is a great falling away. Evidently there are some empty places. Of course, there has always been some empty seats but it fills up. Time and time again it fills up. But with a regularity the people who belong to the church come, sometimes they just kind of drift off, you know, and they get more interested in the things of the world and they flesh until they get under condemnation and then they want to come to church. But I was just thinking of the great inspirational moment that we're living in and how that right now there is a great move on and everything is resurrected. Not going away; it's resurrected. Even at Bethlehem there is a great resurrectional thing in the world. There is a great stirring but the great stirring in the world it is where the trumpet is giving an uncertain sound. It's giving an uncertain sound that they cannot prepare themselves for the battle, but it is sounding and they are gathering. And the Bible said to lift up your voice like a trumpet. But I want my voice to give a certain sound so the ones that follow can prepare themselves for the battle. Though it is a little flock that really is going to come from out of the masses of people. But somebody was just telling me yesterday, they were telling me how that they saw the thing just resurrecting around and they were putting it in their own words but they were seeing how that things are really flourishing, or awakening. Folks, before God, you don't really understand how much is flourishing, how much it's awakening. So don't be disturbed. It's like I was telling somebody today and yesterday. It's like a little flower that pops up out of the ground. It's real green, and I'm going to let you sit down. You can sit down anytime you get ready but I appreciate your reverence. Anyway, you see a little green stalk come up out of the ground. Whereas, the Bible says all flesh is like the grass, like the flowers that withereth away when the sun comes up. You know, you see the little green stalk. It comes up and it's beautiful. It's green. The winds begin to blow. The sunlight makes it so beautiful. It looks so graceful and it just moves about, so much alive. It looks so good, you know, it helps to adorn the earth. It's like I was telling them. I said, Little Bethlehem is like a little flower. It's just now ready to show itself. It's just ready to show it's face right now. A little flower comes up and then it unfolds. When it does it's little petals go toward all ends of the earth and then it shows it's self off. And God is just now ready to show Himself off and He's just now ready to show the church off. It's just been hid away, folks. You talk about a hallelujah time. I mean there are things happening in the spirit world like you never dreamed of. Somebody would say, Well, you don't know. Well, why don't you know? If you've ever been there you know. But, someone says, But nobody has ever been there. Paul said, I went there and the things I saw in heaven was not to be compared as to the beggarly elements to these things, or these things to those things in the sense that it was so much greater. So then, it's a hallelujah time and it's a wonderful time. It's a glorious time. Not only for the world. The world is having a jubilee. They're filling up the ball stadiums and even the churches are having a jubilee. I think Billy Graham, as I said this morning, is due to come to Atlanta, Georgia. And I saw in the vision where the masses literally just covered the place and he was lifted up, way up high, as the people turned toward him. Folks, that has a great meaning. That thing over in Israel has a great meaning. The things that are happening at little Bethlehem has a great meaning. I speak of them here sporadically, of the Revelation of Jesus Christ, of a few little things. But, you know, it's like a novel, I said before. It's from point A to point B. I'm standing looking at it from the beginning to the end and I'm seeing the beauty and the glory of it and I'm seeing the detail of it and I'm seeing the picture of it. I'm getting the whole picture and so much of the detail until it's such a beautiful thing. And it really hurts me. It really grieves me. My heart is enlarged to you because I want you to see it. But, nevertheless, everybody, they have to do whatever they have to do and they're given their measure according to whatever. But it's a wonderful time for me. It's a glorious time for me. There are a few little things I'd like to say. Maybe we'll sing one more chorus and then I might mention a few little things. I probably won't get into much but my heart is burning like a flame of fire. You know, I was telling somebody, I believe it was yesterday, I said if God didn't allow the opposition of the things I have in every phase of life, even in the spiritual world, I tell you what. It would be hard to keep me down in this area. Folks, it would be hard to keep me down in this area. Somebody would say, Well, I don't know about that, Brother Pike. You don't look very emotional to me. I tell you the truth from my heart, and I don't lie. It's the truth from my heart. It would be hard to keep me down in this area. You don't know what's going on in my heart. Whereas, the Bible said Jesus rejoiced in the spirit. All right. Let's sing this little chorus. (Singing.) Can you sing it with me? (Singing.) One more time together now. (Singing.) One more time. (Singing.) Let's give Him a hand. Somebody say, Hallelujah! Can you say praise the Lord? Come on, folks. Let me hear you say hallelujah! (Singing.) Hallelujah! I feel the Holy Ghost, don't you? Let's give Him another hand. Hallelujah! Praise God. You can be seated. Maybe there's something special. You know, I say maybe there is something special happening tonight. Folks, there is something special happening. There is something always special happening with God, of course. And tonight something special is happening. I could say a few things here but if I did it would sound real foolish. To some of you, not all of you. God chooses the foolish things to reveal Himself in, the simple things. As a great man of God said one time, Brother Branham, that God reveals Himself in simplicity. But I watched some thing take place, even down to just before we came here. I guess it was around five-thirty, I guess it was, that something took place. And I ask my wife Betty, I said, Betty, do you remember what I was telling you today. And Betty's mind flashed back to it and she remembered. I wouldn't tell her. I wanted to see if she remembered and she remembered. Something is happening and it is so great and so marvelous. So great and so marvelous. Anyway, let's make a reference over here to Saint John in the first chapter. And he tells us here in the first chapter, he said, And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. We beheld the glory as of that of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and full of truth. All right. Now. I want to take just a few minutes. I got a lot of things I'd like to say. A lot of things. You know, there is something about a preacher. I don't know just exactly what it is but somehow he is filled up and looks like he don't never get unfilled. My Daughter said one time, said, Daddy is an inexhaustible supply when it comes to writing songs because we have written so many songs. But God gives us an inexhaustible supply because we are as the deep calls unto the deep at the waterspout of God whose wells ye are, or the waterspouts that ye are. See, God gives us an inexhaustible supply of this wonderful thing since we are His artisan wells. And out of your innermost being flows rivers of living water, wells of salvation, and you draw this water out with joy. And the thing that makes the water come out, being the joy, is not because you try to act joyful. It is not because you have been worldly stimulated with joy. It's not because you play the organ or you sing songs, but this water that I'm talking about, like the little song we sing, Jesus gave her water that was not from the well. I'm talking about this water where Jesus said to the woman at the well. He said, And woman if you had ask of me I would have given you water to drink. It would not have been from this well, He was saying. You would not have had to come here to draw. You would not have had to come here to draw. You would have this water for the Bible said it is a well of water springing up from within you into eternal life. So then, we think about this wonderful water and the world is thirsting for this water. Let everyone come that will. Let those without money come. It doesn't cost anything. God's things are free. You know, everybody puts a price on what they've got. The evangelist have to sell and peddle, do all kind of things, but the Lord remains the same. He just goes right on doing things free and giving things free. Isn't He wonderful? So then, we come here to love Him and to praise Him. And I was thinking. Maybe just a few thoughts here. I know that some get ready to go pretty quick and that's all right. You've got to work. I understand that. And I usually just kind of give you a little sermonette and let you go and then later when we gather together, different ones, it's just continually, every morning, all day long wherever we go, one or two, three or four or five, ten, fifteen constantly followers, constantly group. They never stop. Though they are suppose to be on the job. Though they're suppose to be wherever, somehow God always, they are there. They are there. Just come from seemingly nowhere and they are always there. And even in the foreign countries it works the same way. See? And we've talked to them about the wonderful revelation. Paul said, I would that ye were spiritual. I'd like to see you spiritual, folks. I have one complaint at Bethlehem and that is that there are not enough of you that are spiritual. I would that you were spiritual. God is a spirit. Jesus said to the woman at the well, You worship you know not what. God is a spirit. I spoke a little on this this morning concerning salvation and concerning the foreknowledge of God, as to being the predestinated in Christ. I didn't hardly get to scratch the surface. Just a few little things, exhortation on tape that it might go on the radios, or into the islands or wherever, that people might hear it. I get a wonderful response from those things. But the thing is, see? God is a spirit. He lives inside of you. What does that mean to us, Brother Pike? God is a spirit. You worship you know not what, for God is a spirit and God is seeking people to worship Him in spirit, not inside of the church, as we say, the earthly building. It is not in some formality. It is not through some ritualistic. It is not because of their certain kind of works, or desires, or ambitions, or calling, or talents. (Begin tape one, side two.) But He seeks to make contact with you spirit. And if He doesn't make contact with your spirit then that means that you didn't make it. That means you haven't got it. Oh, you say, But, Brother Pike, I'm a believer. That doesn't have anything to do with it. If you'll go back and check the tape this morning you'll find out we thoroughly brought that out, that little part of it. It doesn't have anything to do with it. Not a thing. You still are not born again. You still don't have eternal life. You still haven't entered in. You still are not those that dwell in heaven. So then, God is a spirit and God is looking for people that are spiritual. And the great overseer of the Gentile Church said, I would that you were spiritual. He was a spiritual man. He'd been a natural religious man, a Pharisee of Pharisees belonging to the Sanhedrin. He was blameless touching the law, all kind of things, and zeal, as to persecuting the church. He was actually killing the church. Killing the people and persecuting Christ. He was a religious man. An outstanding man but he didn't know God. He didn't know God and when God spoke He said, Why persecutest thou Me? And he said, Who art Thou, Lord, that I would persecute Thee? Inasmuch as you've done it unto the least of these you've done it unto Me. And inasmuch as you've neglected these you've neglected Me. So God is a spirit. What can you say, Brother Pike? to the congregation? And I'm going to say this to the audience, as I said this morning, since this goes into all the world, tapes, radio, and printed page and whatever. I say it to where different people can here it everywhere. What do you then say to the audience, Brother Pike? What do you think about the situation? I would that you were spiritual. I would that you were spiritual. You know, I never really could have understood what Paul was saying, I would that you were spiritual, had I not come in contact with the great Spirit and seen the beautiful things in heaven that I saw, as in the vision when the heavens was filled with the wonderful things, and seeing when I moved into the spirit or I moved into heaven, once I moved into heaven, once I moved into the spirit I saw these things everyday, continually, even through the night many nights, many nights there on my face or knees when I didn't doze off to sleep. Sometimes even in my dreams, or night visions when I doze off to sleep. But I see these things and have the fellowship of God and we have a wonderful time in the spirit. And since I saw these things in heaven my whole life has changed, my whole world has changed. And it is continually, all the time. Heaven is filled with beautiful things. Oh, now, someone said, Brother Pike, I don't believe you've been into heaven. Do you really feel that way about it? Oh, yes, somebody says, that's the way I feel about it. Well, I don't say this to disappoint you but I have. Oh, somebody says, Well, prove it to me. Well, let me ask you a question instead of trying to prove to you that I've been there since the Bible says, and that's what we're interested in. God said he that He has sent will speak His Word and will turn the people from their sins. Since the Bible says that we are they that dwell in heaven and to rejoice ye that dwell in heaven and that you're not in the flesh but in the spirit for God has chosen us out of the flesh and hid us with Christ in heaven, or in God whom the heavens have received, as to Christ. Or that is, God is a spirit and He is heaven. There is no heaven but God which is the spirit. And God is the great wonderful everything. And from God emanates everything, from the bird, the fish, whatever. And the Kingdom of God within you is Christ because God does all things through Christ. If you have Christ you have the Kingdom of Heaven. If you don't have Christ you don't have the Kingdom of Heaven. So, what does that mean to us? It means I must be telling you the truth. If I'm a Christian I must have been up into heaven. Have we got anybody else that's been there? If we have say amen. All right. You must believe that I've been there, too. All right. So then, that clears that up. No problem, is there? So when we think about these things, since I saw these wonderful things it has been such a wonderful, wonderful thing. What is it called? The revelation, or the revealing of the invisible world. Where did this come from? The Bible said the revelation of Jesus Christ that God gave unto Brother Pike? No. To Brother Branham? No. Unto Paul? No. Unto John? No. Elijah? Moses? No. But the revelation of Jesus Christ that God gave unto Jesus Christ. So then, it was revealed unto Jesus Christ that He was God. Not in measure but in the fullness for God giveth unto Him the Spirit fully, not by measure. So then, it was revealed unto Him and this great wonderful thing has been passed on to me, passed on to Paul, to Brother Branham and the great men that come in contact with God. It has been passed on to them, even to you that call upon His name that are really the members and body and bone of His flesh. Or bone and flesh of His own body. So then, it is passed on to you. But the thing is, as to what measure has it come to you. What measure? There is thirty-fold, sixth-fold, hundred-fold. He said go on to the full measure of the full stature of the full reward. What measure do you have? What measure? He resurrected from the dead and He gave a measure. He gave faith as a measure unto every man. So then, what measure did He give to you? See? So we have this wonderful revelation of the Son of God. It is revealed to us on the inside and it is revealed through us. It is revealed through us, as to what this great mighty thing is. Now. Let's just say a word or two tonight. I probably won't get to go into some of the things I would have like to have gone into, especially at night people are a little tired. But let's just say these few things. The Word of God was among us. The Word of God was among us. I said this morning if you love the Lord it is that you love the Word. I said, If you have fellowship with God then you have fellowship with the Word. I said, If you're hungering and thirsting after God it's your hunger and thirst after the Word. For if you are not interested in the Word, you're not hungering for the Word, then you're not hungry for God. If you're not fellowshipping the Word, thinking on the Word, mediating in the Word day and night then you're not fellowshipping God; you're fellowshipping your thoughts. If your thoughts are not His thoughts then you're not fellowshipping God. God is the Word. In the beginning was the Word. He is still the Word today; the same to a thousand generations. So then, when we fellowship God and we love God and we walk with God and we bring every thought into subjection to Christ, every thought, casting down imagination and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God then we bring ourselves to be Christ's body. And we bring our mind to be the mind of Christ by letting this mind be in us that was in Christ Jesus. This is a big statement: And the Word was made flesh. And the Word was made flesh. Does anybody doubt that? No. The people that understand don't doubt that but there is a sect of people that doubt that, for the Bible said if you can't confess that God was in that human body you're Antichrist. For he that does not believe that Christ has come in the flesh he is Antichrist. But that was God in the flesh. Not only is that so but it also pertains, or appertains, to what we're doing today. If you can't believe today that there is a living body of Christ in the earth, the temple of the living God, whose temple you are, that you are body and bone of His very body, His very flesh, then that means you are also Antichrist because God is still in the flesh and God is still in the temple and God is still in the body. And it is the Holy Ghost; it is God in you. Even Jesus said, it is not I that doeth the work but God on the inside, My Heavenly Father. And He said, My Father is greater than I. He is greater than I. So, when we think about this then where is this body today? Where is this body? And it was said in the days of Solomon as David gathered mighty, mighty treasures together to build this temple, it was said as to the days of Solomon, And he built the temple of God. And the whole temple was filled with the train of His wonderful presence. Now, the temple being torn down, taken down as to the wonderful things, and of Babylon, there came forth a prophecy. And thus saith the Lord, I will return in the later days, saith God, and I will build up the fallen down house of David. And then when they had their council and they all came together at Pentecost, you read it in the Bible, a fellow he waxed bold and he stood up in the midst of them and he'd gotten a revelation, a revelation of the Lord. And he said, Brethren, he said, this agrees with what the profits have said. I will return, saith God, in the last days and I'll build up the fallen down house of David. Ye are the lively stones. I will bring you back together. I will remember you. As a man spareth his son I will spare you because you spake often of me and when I go to make up My jewels for that beautiful city, that beautiful temple, which is my body, as to the membership, Jesus Christ being the chief cornerstone, He said, I'll remember you. I'll remember you. A great revelation. And here we are in the later days. And Joel said, I will pour out of My Spirit upon all flesh. Let all the earth rejoice for the Lord God reigneth. Let Him be the chief cornerstone. Take the pestilent stone that nobody wanted, make Him the head of the corner as the song we wrote, and He'll make everything right. So everybody is saying I'm the man, I'm the woman. I'm the president. I'm the senator. I'm the entertainer. I'm the one with the right face and the right body. And I'm the man. But, nevertheless, it always goes back to in that day He alone shall be exalted. So then, when we look to Him, when we get over all of our zip and zeal, when we do like the Jews and forget about the zeal that Jesus spoke of where He said the zeal of thine house has eaten Me up. And when we get rid of our personal zeal then God will come into our heart. Christ will be in our heart and then we'll do something for God. Then we'll hear from heaven. Then God will speak through us. So then, the Bible said, And the Word was made flesh. What does that mean to us? And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. And the Bible said in the book of Revelation, And they blasphemed the tabernacle of God and they blasphemed the name of God. See? It was the tabernacle in the wilderness. That is an intellectual wilderness. But there is a mind of God and there is heaven where the temple is. And so then, in this, in this wonderful thing of God we look at it, they blasphemed the tabernacle. The beast blasphemed the tabernacle of God and today that's why they Jim Jones you. That's why they come and rob you, thieves and robbers. That's why they take from you as Jesus said. Are we suppose to give to them? Pay your taxes, Peter, lest we offend them. But are we chargeable or do they take that from strangers? And Peter answered. He said, Then are the children free. That's all right, just wait until the day of the court. One of these days they'll be called in for treason. One of these days they'll be called in for robbery. One of these days they'll be called in. Having done it to the least of these they'll be having done it unto God. But, anyway, we see this great temple in the earth. We see it being restored in a time of peace. And we see this wonderful thing happening and if I had the listeners tonight, if I had time tonight, my! to unravel and to just roll out like a flag unfurled before you the beautiful mind of the Almighty God. Let this mind be in you, that mind that knoweth all things for you have an unction from the Holy One that ye should know all things. Let it be in you. You've got to make that allowance. You've got to have time for it. You've got to surrender the body. For them that He did foreknow he did also predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son. Are you conforming to the image of His Son? Are you being transformed in mind? Are you coming into the wonderful power of these things? Is that what you're doing? Someone would say, But if I'm predestinated I'm predestinated to go to heaven. The Bible says, And He predestinated them in the Word and He has chosen us in the Word, that He should be the first born of the brethren and that we are predestinated in Christ. If you're not walking in holiness and the spirit of holiness and your body is not holy and godly and your fruits are not unto holiness you don't have eternal life. So then, the predestination unto God is in Christ. It's in the Word. So, the Word was made flesh. What does that mean, the Word was made flesh? The flesh and bone of God. That's what it means. Today we're not our own, bought with a price. But what else does that mean? That means that healing was made flesh. Healing was made flesh for the Bible said by His stripes you are healed. That's what the Word says. So healing was made flesh. The Word was made flesh. And sure enough there it was as to the help from God. And then the Word was made flesh. And what does it mean, the Word was made flesh? And the Word brought prosperity for they shall prosper. Whatsoever they do shall prosper and they shall be like a tree that's planted by the rivers of living water and bring forth their fruit in their season and their leaves shall not wither. The Word was made flesh. And the Word was made flesh because the Word said, And I have justified them and I have sanctified them and the Word was made flesh. And the Bible said, And I have chosen them out of the flesh and I've hid them with Christ in God whom the heavens have received. So then, the Word was made flesh. What does that mean? For I have called ye Gods. I have made ye Gods. The Word hath made us Gods. So the Word was made flesh. Are we making the Word flesh. Is all of this the mind of Christ. Is all of these thoughts in us. As a man thinketh within His heart. Where then is all of these benefits that belongs to us. And the Word was made flesh and it unstopped the deaf ears. And the Word was made flesh and it opened the blind eyes. And the Word was made flesh and what did it do? It brought them up out of the grave. And the Word was made flesh and they passed from death unto life. Do you feel like you're never going to die? Do you still believe that you're going to die? The Bible said the Word was made flesh And when you're born of God that you've passed from death unto life. And the Word was made flesh but it said, And he that is born of God cannot sin for God's seed remaineth in Him and he cannot sin. And there is no condemnation in him and because there is no law there is no transgression and where there is no transgression there is no sin and where there is no sin there's no death. And there is no condemnation to them that are in Christ for the Word was made flesh. Why then do we condemn ourself? Happy is he that doeth not condemn himself. Though he might err, though he might stumble, why does he condemn himself? There is nothing to be condemned over. Somebody would say, But when you practice sin you tell me, Brother Pike, that you are not to be under condemnation? When you practice sin you are of the devil. That's the way it is. Somebody says, But, Brother Pike, people sin everyday. That's because they are of the devil. He that is born of God don't sin. He cannot sin. He's born of God. The Word was made flesh and the Word says no sin. The Word, bone of His bone and flesh of His flesh, that body never knew any sin. I don't find any fault in this just man. He was sinless. So what does it mean the Word was made flesh? Justified. The Word said He's been justified. And we've come into the mount wherein the spirit of just men, being justified by faith, hath been made perfect unto the mount of the living God and the pillar and ground of the truth. These men are justified by faith and we've come to the place to where the spirit of just men are made perfect. Or that is because you're justified by faith of the Word Jesus Christ, then He hath perfected forever them that are sanctified, having sanctified them once and for all by the offering up of the body of the Lord Jesus Christ and saying, Paul, turn my people from darkness unto light unto thee faith, which is in me by which they are sanctified. Now that the faith has come where then is the law? It's folded up and laid away. No more law. No more law. I said the other night someone would say, No more law, Brother Pike, you know the Bible said, And the law shall not pass away until every jot and tittle is fulfilled. I'm a Bible scholar; I can prove that. That's good. That's amen, hallelujah, glory to God. But the Bible also says line upon line and precept upon precept and he said the law and the prophets were until John now the kingdom has come. Somebody say hallelujah. So then, the Bible said it is preached. And they preach the kingdom of God and men press their way into it and where is the law? It stopped at John. And it stopped when Jesus came. So then, the law came by Moses by grace, righteousness by Jesus Christ. Fulfilled every jot and tittle. He folded it up. He laid it away. He came to destroy the works of the devil. How did He destroy the works of the devil? For this purpose was the Word made flesh. For this purpose was the Son of God manifested that He might destroy the works of the devil. How did He do it? By doing away with the law for sin gets its strength by the law. And where there is no law there is no transgression. And since sin is the transgression of the law then that means that we can't transgress the law. And that means that we can't sin so there is no condemnation from God to us. Why should I then condemn myself? Somebody say amen. Somebody says, What are you talking about, Brother Pike? I'm talking about they that dwell in heaven. Somebody say hallelujah! Said, Let them rejoice forever more that dwell in heaven. All right. So the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. What is this wonderful Word that was made flesh? And He, the Word, He said, thy brother shall live again, Mary, Martha. And they said, We know Lord that he shall live again in the resurrection. He said, I'm the resurrection. I'm the resurrection. Hallelujah! And the Word was made flesh. And the Word was made flesh. Somebody said, But, Brother Pike, what's that got to do with us, in that He died and the sin one time is gone? in that He liveth He liveth unto God forever. What has that got to do with me? The Bible said, As He is so am I. For He exchanged places with me at Calvary and He took my place in sin and He was bruised for my transgression and the chastisement of my peace, as to the wrath of God upon me because of sin has been done away with. And He that knew no sin was made sin, my sin, that I might be made the righteousness of God in Christ. If then, at Calvary I am dead with Him by Calvary and I'm baptized into His death, having put on Christ Jesus, then it is a new creature and not the old creature. And the body of sin is now destroyed and gone away. Somebody say amen. And now it is not I that liveth, Paul said, but Christ. And I yield my members as those that are alive from the dead. What does that mean? He said, I am the resurrection and the life. Bone of His bone and flesh of His flesh. As He is so am I. He is sitting at the right hand of the Father. Where then am I? Where then am I? My life is hid with Christ in God. There is a new body. I put on a new body. My spirit is translated into heaven, which is His Spirit and He's at the right hand of the Father. Where am I? You'll see me coming in power and glory. As He is so am I. I will make them come and kneel at your feet and know that I have loved you. Somebody say amen! Somebody would say, Brother Pike, my God! what are you talking about? I'm talking about Jesus. That's why we say hallelujah. I don't say hallelujah because I'm good but He's good. I'm not preaching me because I'm something but He's something. I'm rejoicing in Him. I'm praising Him. If I've done the work I don't need to praise Him. But, glory to God, if He done the work I'm going to praise Him. Somebody say hallelujah! I enter into His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. I say glory to God, He's with me. Come on, folks. Hallelujah! We're resurrected from the dead. Do you believe that? Let the world do what they want to at their ball games but I'm telling you I ain't shouting over a pig skin. I'm praising God because there is an artisan well of praise on the inside and the joy of the Lord is my strength and it brings it out. Do you believe that? I said this morning the words have gone to the ends of the earth. Hath not our words gone to the ends of the earth? But that is not what the emphasis was. Who hath believe our report? I say again__ Somebody said, Well, I believe in God. I said my report. Who hath believe our report? Faith cometh by hearing, hearing by the Word. How can you preach lest you be sent? If God sends him he will speak God's word. How can they hear without the preacher? Somebody say hallelujah! I don't need a preacher somebody says. That's because you can't see afar off. All right. So then, what are we talking about? We're praising the Word. He is the Word. So then, the Word was made flesh. Oh, I feel the Holy Ghost, don't you? The Word was made flesh. You go to walking, you say, Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! The Word was made flesh. Ooh, you say. You know, you feel like sprouting wings and flying away. Flying away. Do you believe in the resurrection? Hallelujah! I know he's going to be resurrected, Jesus said, it's already here. It's already here. Hallelujah! Just rejoice, ye that dwell in heaven. Somebody said, We're going to have a translation. That's all right; I hope you do. But rejoice ye that's already in heaven. Somebody say hallelujah! Hallelujah! When He hung there at Calvary He said it's finished. So then, where are we? Peter said, Ye are the people upon whom the ends of the world have come and in the time of the promise, when the promise grew near__ And you know, when we get to this kind of place, of course we'd like to get into the present day. This is the present day truth but we'd like to get into the present day truth, as we say. The Bible said it's a good thing that the heart be anchored in the present day truth and you like to get into the present day truth. Or that is you'd like to get your congregation to look right now. See? It's so glorious. I look back, that's for my admonition, I see all of these allegoric things. How beautiful. But I say, But, what about me, Lord? And He says, Son, get your eyes open. Get your eyes open. And you look and you say, Oh, my God! I see it. I see it. I see it. There it is. Right now it's happening to me. It's happening to my brothers. I see it. And when we get to this place, like I spoke of Brother James Isaac passing on just a few days ago. We had made the statement that it looked like his departure was at hand about, I guess a month or something before then, and the way everything was turning and we said, And I think Willie has gone as far as he will go, the departure at hand. Out went Willie, though just before his death he said, I feel like I ain't but about sixteen years old. But out he went. James. Still going strong. But the thing is, it was a great allegoric thing, and when James saw the calendar flipping over, though I never associated it with James departure at the time. It never even occured to me about that. But he said, You know, it's a strange thing. I saw it stop in '94. And then when James passed away I heard something say, You remember, he said '94. So I realized then it had to do with his departure. But I knew that James departure was at hand but hadn't associated that with the vision he had. But see, folks, God didn't do that just for James' departure. James was a weigh point. He was a great marker in the earth. It was a great thing that was shown. And when the time of the promise grew near, you know? And the Lord said, At the time of life I will return and I will pay Sarah a visit and she'll have a son. But she couldn't have a son. But she did have a son. You know, and that was Isaac. But he was pointing to something. And then the Bible said, And the time of the promise grew near. And there He came, the Lord Jesus. Those under the law having died, without us could not be made perfect and had to rest within the faith of Abraham saying the bosom of Abraham, as to the faith coming from his bosom. But then when He came it was perfect, went down into the heart of the earth and said, (?) of the faith of Abraham. But now that THE faith has come, Paul, turn my people from darkness to light. I came to save Israel from the law, to get them out from the law. Got to be blinded for just a little while until I can get these spiritual Israelites in. You know? But I come to save you from the law and the curse of the law, as cursed is everyone that hangeth upon a tree. (Begin tape two, side one.) So then, I've come and these that are left. And in the book of Revelation, in that fifth seal, and the souls under the altar and that big brazen altar and Calvary is there and they were crying out, How long, O Lord? How long, O lord? And He'd paid them a visit and He went down to the heart of the earth. And He went down to them souls and He said, Just a little while. I've got something for you, He said. You can't get across this Jordan and there's no conquering of death yet unless you put on this garment. And He took it and He said, Put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, you know. And you that don't want to go by the way of the grave, said, we'll just dip you down in the water and we'll bury you and that will take care of it. And we'll stop this casket business. Sounds rough on the casket folks, don't it? On the funeral home. That's the way He put it. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! He waded through the flames of hell so that your soul wouldn't have to do there for the Bible said God suffered not His soul to remain in hell, but it went there so yours wouldn't have to go there. His body went to the grave so your body wouldn't have to go there. That's right. And it stirred into paradise. Oh, I tell you it's so wonderful if we just had time to talk about it. But, the thing that's so beautiful is, that is happening today. There is something that is of a present day truth. I would that you were spiritual. Paul said, I've got a lot of things to say. The spirit's got many things to say unto us but we're dull of hearing; slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have said. So then, here we are. Folks, why don't we believe? See? Why is it we don't believe? Here we are slow of heart to believe. We've just got so many things to do. Why don't we believe? So then, Jesus said, I am the resurrection and I am the light. Okay. So I'm keeping you too long. All right. I'll let you go; just hold on. We'll let you go. Somebody said, Well, you've done said it. Well, at six o'clock in the morning you can still say that but we'll still have something to say. It took Paul all night long. They even had a resurrection. We might even have a resurrection. Who knows? There's one thing about it. Wherever God is there is a resurrection. Somebody would say, Well, Brother Pike, I don't see anybody resurrected. That's because you're blind. If the blind lead the blind they all fall into the ditch. The Bible said they that live in trespasses and sin are dead while they live and the Word of God is perfect converting the soul and wherever the Word comes there is a resurrection. Somebody say hallelujah! Somebody said, Well, Brother Pike, do you mean to tell me you believe God is here? The Bible said where to or three are gathered together in My name. Has anybody come in His name? Then He said, I'm in the midst of you. Have you seen Him tonight? Let's give Him another hand. Somebody said, Where does He live? In His house. In His house. Enter into My gates with thanksgiving. You can't get into the spirit except you praise your way in. You know, faith translated in. I'm going to say these few little things and we're going to try to close because there's a lot of things we'd like to say. First of all, even as in the discussion of David and I today and of some things that we've said to you in the past, there is within you the Christ. There is within you the throne. For if there be a Christ, and there is a Christ, and if He does live in His temple then are ye His temple? And if there is a throne, or if there is a Kingdom then all things are His Kingdom for all things emanate from Him. But Christ is the fullness of all things. And He was first born and formed and every thing emanated from Him. So, when it comes to the throne, he that overcometh shall set down in the throne with me, which means the ruling place. And of course we'd have to get into some present day truth there that we won't try to say anything about. But the thing is, the throne is in the temple. The throne is in the temple. If there is a throne then it's in the temple. For New Jerusalem is that temple and that's the lively stone. And that temple is your body and Christ is in you. And the Kingdom of God is within you. For the Kingdom of God cometh not by observation but it's within a person. Now, if it's on the inside there is a king inside. And if your innermost being is a spiritual being, Paul said that__ He spoke of this being the inner man as to the will of God, wanting to do good but the outer man would not perform it. But Christ killed it at Calvary, as to the outer man. Paul said, then am I free from this body of sin and death and there's a wretched man. And then Peter said, As long as I'm in this tabernacle. See? And John said, Beloved, now is He in the tabernacle. Now are ye the sons of God. Not day after tomorrow but now you are the sons of God. Or if I am a son of God, born as a son of God, that's Him. That's Him. That's Him. For the minute that He's born He's caught up to the throne. Where is the throne? In the heart. Where is this King? In the heart. Where is the temple? Take a good look. I will make all the world come and kneel before you and know that I have loved you. And I will praise you in a good thing. And they glorified God within me. Oh, somebody says, Brother Pike, what do you mean? I mean what He said. And the Word was made flesh. And what was the Word doing? He said to you, The Word? Say what you will. Ask what you will. Believe what you will. As you thing in your heart so you are. I'll feed you the thoughts of your heart. Let this mind, or these thoughts be in you. What is that? To believe the Word. What must I do in believing the Word? The Word says say what you will. I can say what the Word says and I believe the Word, faith by the hearing of the Word, and then it will happen. That's what the Word said. Say what you will. Oh, somebody said, Brother Pike, if that's so the people could just go around saying anything. They do go around saying anything. Don't they? Say, well, why don't it happen? Because He didn't say, say anything. Them that are born of God will say what God wants said. They'll have His desire. They're not going to say anything. They're not going to go around saying wild things, foolish things, the lust of the flesh. If they have the love of the world in them, as to the desire of the things of the world they don't even have the right to say it. They're in the gaul of bitterness, the bond of iniquity. They're heart is not right with God, they don't get anything. But he that is born of God he'll ask for the right thing. He'll say the right thing. He'll think the right thought. And the love of God will constrain him because he can't sin. He can't sin. Well, somebody said, Well, Brother Pike, I don't think__ I'm going to try not to. That's great. That's great. But I've got a better way. Paul said I show you a more excelling way. And that is, be born again. Somebody say amen. So then, the Word was made flesh. And what was the Word? The Word was say what you will. Say what you will. Are you willing for the Word to be made flesh in you? Are you willing to say what you will? Somebody said, But, Brother Pike, I believe. I believe. Well, I wish we had time to get into more. I wish we had time to get into more about your believing and what the problem is. Will God give it to you? Whatever you say. Whatever you say. Say what you will. Say what you will. Somebody said, But, if I say it and it don't come to pass, then what? Then you didn't do what the Word said. But when the Word is made flesh__ How is that then, Brother Pike, that the Word is made flesh? He said say what you will. And somebody said, Well, I believe that. But he said, Say what you will and don't doubt in your heart. That's the part that you leave off. To be of a doubtful mind. Don't doubt in your heart in your heart. Don't doubt in your heart. Folks, you're never going to stop this thing up here. This thing is out of control in the head. It ain't got good sense. The five human senses. The devil's got control of the world and he feeds it with poison all the time and causes a continual warfare. And Paul said on the inside there is something that wills to do good. I see another law in my members warring against the law of my mind, bringing this inner man into captivity. Or that is, there is to of me. I do that that I would not do. And that that I hate that's what I do. And that that I want to do that's what I don't do. And he's guilty of the good and the both. So then, what is that? That's the reason I was trying to say something the other night. Take a little time. It takes a little time to be holy. It takes a little time to understand. So, the Word was made flesh. What does that mean? Ye are Gods. I'm going to say this. Maybe I shouldn't press in to say this because there is so much to be said but I'm going to say this anyway. Ye are Gods. Ye are Gods. But why do you keep dying? Why do you keep dying for ye are Gods. You are Gods. That is, you are made to be Gods. Why then do you die? Though you be Gods ye shall die as men. Why do you die like a man? Somebody says, But, Brother Pike, it is appointed unto man once to die and after that the judgment. I accept that because that's the Word but then I say again. Are you then a man? Are you then a man? If ye be a man then why did He say ye are Gods? Why did He say ye are God's? Why did He say ye are Gods if ye be a man? Born of the first man Adam ye are a man. Born of the second man Adam the Bible says we are quickening spirits. Adam was to be God but he failed but yet he was made God as a covering. He became that as the body of Lucifer, as to the worm and the beast, and in Adam all die. But the second man Adam was made a quickening spirit and in Christ all lived. And as we've born the image of the earthy, as from to dust to dust, now we bear the image of the heavenly as to the resurrected and in him we all are made alive. So then, when we say you are Gods, why do you die? Where does death come from? I say this again, and I have to hurry because the sparks are done beginning to run out. You have a short span for really listening to spiritual things and I don't want to get to chiding with you because I have to preach and change the trend of my attitude. So then, what am I saying? You are Gods. Death came by man, not by God. It's not God's doings. Eve lusted. Adam's flesh lusted and transgressed. Thou shalt not eat thereof. And sin, as to transgression is in the world because of lust. And she lusted and so death and sickness has come. But in that it came by man life also came by one man, even Adam the second man who was made God. God. He finally made Adam God. The first man Adam is a God but he became the God of this world and he showed the feminine gender of the weakness when the Shekinah withdrew and God said you cover with a covering but not of me, as to the prophet, because the Shekinah covering was gone and it's been a woman's world ever since. So you are in the feminine gender. As we said this morning the serpent seed did get over by a woman but not through this filthy minded generation of preachers and people that keep trying to bring it down to passions and wallow in the mire and lap their vomit knowing that they are stupid in their filth. Somebody say amen. It went over by the woman all right. It went over by the flesh and it showed up in what would have been the seed of Noah. It showed up in what was to be the seed of Isaac and it had come down that way and it showed up over there in Canaan. So then, when we speak of these things it got over all right. But, folks, we need to understand God and we need to take the righteousness of God and the goodness of God and take time to be holy and get God to make us understand. And if we stay out of the lust of the flesh and the revelling of the world these things will come. God will give them and make us to understand for the righteous shall understand but the wicked shall not understand. So then, you are Gods. Why do you die? Why do you die? He makes it real clear. Though scientist are always trying to figure out why we die. They are always trying to figure out what will make us live but I say again Enoch, three hundred years. Methuselah nine hundred years. Noah. Look at those nine hundred years. Look at the seven hundred years. Look at all the things. Was it jogging? Oh, no. Was it lifting weights? Oh, no. Was it exercising? I'm not against those things but did that do it? Oh, no. Was it pills and medicine? Oh, no. And all those things. The Bible said a physician. The sick need a physician. Healing medicines, all these kind of things, but is that what did it? Oh, no. No. But they are ever in research. They are ever trying to find life and Satan is still trying to get to the tree of life but it's cut off. With all of his brilliance of the tree of knowledge and his Einstines they never find out anything. They still die because it is appointed unto man once to die and after that the judgment. But, beloved, we've passed from death unto life and death hath no power over us and even Jesus, as the first born, as He is so are we. And He said no man taketh My life. I lay it down and I can take it up. This commandment I have of My Father. So then, why do men die? It's very simple. It's there in the Bible. To be carnally minded is death. The day you eat of that tree and you lean to your own reasoning you are dead. Get rid of every thought and bring your thoughts into subjection to the Lord Jesus and meditate in His laws day and night for this is the Word of spirit and life. That's where death is. And it's from the old institutions of prostitution called the tree of knowledge where they're streaking, or whatever that's producing the Sodomites and the freaks, that's become your legislatures. And sin getting it's strength by the badge and the guns. As the law says, the kids will go and you can't correct them and you can't keep them from their Sodomy. Even your little girls as they are ravished. But we're ravishing them, the police officers and the judges and the dentists and the doctors, and they in prison that ravish the prisoner women, that they've discovered and discovered it in the dentist offices, as I said, and in the doctors office. They'll do it. They'll beat your kids with a stick and a billy stick and put cuffs on them and throw them in jail and behind bars like an animal. But don't you dare correct them. Satan says, Oh, no, we're going to ravish them. We're going to let them run wild and do what they want to. You bother with us we'll put you in jail. Give God a hand. They are turning the grace of God into lasciviousness. All the world is rejoicing because the blood took away the sins of the world. Let all the world rejoice. But, folks, that grace is going to be over in a little while and you're not going to be rejoicing. God is going to turn in all into a nightmare for them. But right now the king reigneth. The prophet said let all the world rejoice. So then, the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. You did it to them you did it to Me. Now they die like men. For what reason? From the lack of knowledge. The knowledge of God, Solomon said. The wisdom of God. Understanding is the tree of life. They die. They don't have time to be holy. They don't have time to listen to the Word. I would that you were spiritual. I would that you were spiritual. Life is in the spirit. Well, we could go on and go on and go on and these are just a few little bits and pieces that go on tape to give those that haven't rehearsed themselves in these things opportunity to rehearse themselves in these things and find Christ. See? We are Gods. He hath made us Gods. I am what I am by the grace of God and what hath He made us? Gods. What is a God? Somebody said, Well, I tremble and shake. I think it's blasphemy to say that we are Gods. How are you going to look at it? God's don't die. People die. One generation dies but that God lives on. Didn't you tell me that you had eternal life? Is there anybody that's got eternal life? Is that a God? Does a man live eternally? He must die but Gods live eternally. So then, you're confessing as we said, dogs to begat dogs and Gods begat Gods. It that right? And you say you are born of God? Let's give the Lord a hand. Let's stand together and sing a little chorus together as our musicians come back, worship the Lord tonight in spirit and in truth. Let our hearts and our spirits go out to worship God because if we come to church and we go through the ritualistics and the formalities of our human senses that's fine but the rain is upon the tare. Water, water everywhere and not a drop to drink and the rain is poured out upon them and they're having great revivals and they are coming together, but as I said, if the minister had stood before God he would have caused the people to turn from their sins. And when the great Holy Ghost of Christ's Spirit comes in the minister, or the ministry, it will reprove the world of sin and they all won't come together but they'll come out from among them and be a separate people. They won't touch the unclean things. Little flock. Straight is the gate, narrow is the way, few there be that find it. Strive to enter in for many shall try and not be able. Fear lest you fail to enter into the rest of the Lord because three million people were cut off, failed to enter in because of unbelief, you beware and fear lest you fail to enter into the rest. What is the rest of the Lord? Oh, my God, when we preach on the rest of the Lord. Have you ever entered into the rest of the Lord? He that hath entered into the rest of the Lord hath ceased from his own works. What is the rest of the Lord? It's when you don't struggle to keep the law. It's when you don't try to keep ritualistics. It's when you don't seek self justification and try to go good works to get to heaven, but you realize that Jesus took away your sins and the days of works are over. When they said, What must we do to work the works of God? He said, I'm the works. Finished from the foundation of the world and Paul said as them women workers worked, greet my women workers whose names are in the Lambs Book of Life. And He said, Jacob have I loved and Esau have I hated, the children not yet being born, having done no works, good or evil, that it might not stand by works but of Him that calleth. All the gifts and callings of God are without repentance. You might repent like Esau, like Judas but that don't mean you find a place of repentance. You might go before the altar and make a confession to an evangelist, you might join a church, but, folks, pray that God will grant repentance to them that you love. We're the intercessors. Father, grant repentance to them because He has to grant it. And my! what we could say concerning that. But the gifts and callings of God is by foreknowledge and predestination. Repentance has nothing to do with it. You don't decide you're going to be a super-duper as a minister. You don't decide you're going to be the man of the hour and have the great gift. You don't decide that you're going to be a Christian. That's not for you. And He makes one vessel unto honor and one unto dishonor. Humble yourself under the mighty hand of God that He might exalt you in due season for the gifts and callings are without repentance. They come through foreknowledge. You are God's elect according to foreknowledge. And Paul preached the gospel. And the Bible said they that were ordained unto eternal life they believed. All of them heard but they believed that were ordained. The others did not believe. So he shook his raiment and said, You're blood be upon your own head. Let's sing little chorus together, can we? While we sing these little chorus together the altars are always open and you are welcome to come. (Singing.) Can you sing it with me? (Singing.) Do you really believe that? Then let the Word be made flesh. What would you like to have? Did you know all of my life, since I've been a Christian, I've been receiving it. I've been receiving. Whatever I've wanted He gave it to me. He gave it to me. He has been good to me. He gave me health. He gave me happiness. He spared my loved ones. As I said, anything can happen to them. They are old enough to be on their own but He brought my children up. He took care of them. He made me happy. His blessings maketh rich and addeth no sorrow. The Word made flesh. And I will make you to ride upon the high places of the earth and I will feed you with the heritage of Jacob. I will make your blessings. I will give you the power to get wealth. I will make the Word flesh that your enemies should be at peace with you. And though they come out against you one way I'll make them flee before you seven ways for if your ways please God He maketh even thine enemies to be at peace with you. I will give you strength and your strength shall be as your day. And how long shall be your day? Eternal. To live forever and for ever and for ever and forever. And He said, And thou, oh Son of God, shall fold them up like a garment and lay them away and they shall wax old, but thy scepter is from everlasting to everlasting as a scepter of righteousness. And because thou hast loved righteousness God, even thy God hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. God anointed you above your fellows. The rest of the world, He said, are like animals to you. But thou art anointed above thy fellows. They may have money and diplomacy but you are God's. That's above your fellows. Somebody say hallelujah! I'll make them to come and kneel at your feet and know that I have loved you. Somebody say hallelujah! Praise God! Do we have to pump you up. Somebody say hallelujah! Folks, when you get this thing it's like an artisan well flowing out on the inside. Glory to God, hallelujah! (Singing.) Can you sing it with me? (Singing.) Sing it with me now. (Singing.) He fought my battles until He won it. (Singing.) Let's sing this little chorus together. Let's change the tempo of it and sing it. It comes across my mind again. Give me another key, Frank. (Begin tape two, side two. Singing.) Somebody sing it with me. (Singing.) I wander if David Paul will come back down if he's still here? (Singing.) Can David Paul come down? (Singing.) Can you give Him a wave offering? (Singing.) Said, Woman, I'll give you some water. You won't have to come here to draw. Somebody say hallelujah! (Singing.) Sing it with him now.
