The Evening And The Morning

...a little something about faith. We've been preaching quite a bit on the spiritual things of God, as to revelation. As a matter-of-fact, yesterday for two or three hours, I guess it was, in the morning that I ministered to the Brethren. And then toward the evening, maybe, another two or three hours. So sometimes five or six hours, or more, in a day we minister and it keeps my throat pretty well pulled down. But, and then we try to talk to the Lord a little bit along, too, you know. But then there is a lot to say. We talk a lot because there is a lot to say. And ministering can be just kind of a social thing, and ritualistic with people and keep a community and keep a few people coming and remind them of religion. But then with us it isn't that way. It's not that way with my heart. It's not that way with my soul. It is a complete life style with me where I've been struck down, like Paul of old, literally struck down turn away, indoctrinated, told what I was to do. It's been my life, here and around the world, wherever I've gone. So, knowing that we did not set this place up just for a community church but rather for a launching pad, as to gospel around the world. Then we've tried to indoctrinate the people with the idea of world evangelism and the importance of winning the lost. We, as people, we don't understand the importance of the lost. I know we say we do and we think we do but we don't. See? Someone would say, Well, what would I have to do, really, to be able to understand, Brother Pike, to be able to really understand the worth of a soul? Well, to do that you'd have to go to hell and, of course, you're not wanting to do that. That's what you're trying to do now, is get around hell. But only the Lord Jesus that waded through the fires of hell knows the worth of a soul and can understand what's ahead for the sufferings and the sorrows and the heartaches, as to them that will be going that way. So then, He understands and only through Him can we understand, as He reveals to us. And it's the same way with heaven. We don't understand, as to the saved and the sanctified. We know, as to an indoctrination and we know as to coming together and shouting and praising the Lord and feeling the rain that comes down upon the wheat and upon the tare. But you would have to go into heaven to really know. So, only in Christ, as it was Paul, caught up into the third heaven, whether in the body or out of the body, he said he couldn't tell but it was said it was not him living but Christ and he began to know. And to do that he had to go through the sufferings of Christ, seeking to know Him in the fellowship of His suffering, being made conformable unto His death that He might know Him in the power of His resurrection. So, Jesus, or Christ alone can tell us. As to Christ, then He reveals to us what this great wonderful thing is. Though we say we understand, yet it is a true fact that we don't. Only He understands. Not even those that walk along in the earth, even to the level of Einstein, understands. All of their life they learn, ever learning and never understanding, never coming to the knowledge of the truth. With all of the books, all of the study, all of the things you can do. And then when it comes to this wonderful experience the Bible said eye hath not seen, ear hath not heard, neither has it entered into the ears of Einstein, that is, or any other person, never in all of the course of the world or the history of the world, the things that God hath prepared for them that love Him. We're talking about heaven, but He's revealed them unto us by His Spirit. Or that is, Christ makes us to know. So, again we see the only understanding there is, is Christ. Any human being, in being cut off through the fall, as to Adam, then that means that we're exiled from all of the great treasures of God, as to us understanding. Therefore, we have to be tutored. We have to be taught. We have to have a preacher. Without a preacher they can't hear. Without hearing there is no faith. So, he that God sendeth he must be one that will preach the Word because if he doesn't preach the word then God only allowed him to come, as to that of an interference. He wasn't sent of God. Because the Bible said if these preachers that are preaching had stood in My presence and in My council the first thing they would have done was turn My people from their sins or cause My people to have turned away from sin. So then, all of these things that people are doing, with the Charismatic move and whatever, as to the looseness of the world, whatever. A lot of people don't profess to be Charismatic but they are Charismatic. They're denominational and they say that they don't believe in the Charismatic move but they are. It doesn't make any difference. It's like a man came yesterday. He's a what they call in the world a Jesus Name man and belongs to the outstanding Jesus Name church. Whereas, they are a lot of people there, as to the cream of the crop. But the thing is, he was telling me, he said, Brother Pike, there's one thing that he appreciated about Bethlehem. He said it holds a standard but he said even in these Jesus Name churches, as to some of them, he said, I'm seeing things I'm afraid of. Like a pastor I saw the other day of one of the Jesus Name Churches, he said he was running around in his shorts mowing the grass. Or he or somebody together saw him. And he said, I'm afraid of that. And he said the women wearing their dresses up above their knees, and whatever, and he said, I can't find a standard anymore in these thine things. So they all go the same way. It's all Charismatic; that's all it is. But see? That isn't going to take you to heaven. And I know people say, Well, Brother Pike, I understand because I speak in tongues and I prophesy and I even see visions. But, I tell you again, you can do all of that and still not have the Holy Ghost. I know in the Pentecostal world, you know, they teach that speaking in tongues is the evidence as to what they call the initial evidence of the Spirit but that's wrong. Somebody would say, But, Brother Pike, surely to God you don't believe that hundreds of thousands and millions of people are wrong who teach that. I definitely do believe it. All of them was wrong but Noah in his day. So, I definitely do believe it because that's not Bible. So he that God sendeth will speak the Word and that's not Bible at all. As a matter-of-fact, we're told that when you come together you can have a tongue, revelation, whatever, as to a doctrine. Let everything be done decently and in order. And when you come together because you speak in tongues that doesn't mean you've got the Holy Ghost. Whoever__ Where did people ever get that? Somebody would say, Well, you don't know about that? I know about that because I was taught that in my youth, you know, as I was coming up and churches was all around, but it definitely is not true. So then, that means that you could speak in tongues__ Someone would say, Well, Brother Pike, now tell me, do you actually believe that you could speak in tongues and not have the Holy Ghost? And we won't get a hung up on this. We just want to comment as we pass by. I definitely know that you can. And I see people speak in tongues and go right off and smoke and do their things. And of course, you could say they had the Holy Ghost, you know, but I don't believe that. The child is known by his doings and the Holy Ghost doesn't smoke. So when we say this somebody would say, But, Brother Pike, don't you know when you say that you spoke against the Holy Ghost? I know that I may be ignorant but I'm not that ignorant. The Bible said, And they spake with other tongues as the Holy Ghost gave them the utterance. The tongues had nothing to do with the Holy Ghost. Sound comes from your vocal organs. So then, we need to keep the horse ahead of the cart to keep things in order. Though I speak with tongues of angels and of men, in that speaking in tongues goes back to an angelic dialect because Jesus is an angel and the angel is the Holy Ghost, as to His Spirit, just like your angel or your spirit, you know. But when you speak of speaking in tongues is that the initial evidence of the Holy Ghost? No. Then I say this for your sake because even somebody came in yesterday and was pressing the issue about this. Now, somebody says, Well, that just sounds sacrilegious to me. Well, now, what about this? Balaam saw visions. Now, would you say visions are greater than tongues? Oh, no, somebody would say, visions are not the initial evidence of the Holy Ghost. See? How ignorant can we be, folks? Then I would say, Well, would you say that prophesying is more outstanding than speaking in tongues. Oh, no, someone would say, prophesying is not the initial evidence of the Holy Ghost. But yet the Bible does say, up at the upper coast of Ephesus in the nineteenth chapter of Acts that when they received the Holy Ghost, as to Paul laying hands on them and whatever, that they spake in tongues and prophesied. And it does say in the old Testament that with stammer lips; not just tongues, but with stammer lips. Have you ever seen somebody just quiver like that? With stammering lips. What does that mean? That means that there is a supernatural, invisible quickening somewhere that's hit their nerve systems. And that's just like tongues. See? When they start quivering, when they start speaking in tongues, when they start prophesying, when they start seeing visions, it's just like as to these things that are going through the air, as to what we call wave lengths and there is a recorder. And if you are that as to put forth as to be a recorder of this wonderful supernatural power of God's visitation, as to that eternal quickening then it comes on you. It might come as a bu, bu, bu, like that, as to your nerve system. That's you doing that and the tongue that's doing that, but the verbal inspiration, the quickening, is God Almighty, the great Spirit and it's coming out like that. It might come out in a Hallelujah! It might come out in a shout. It might come out in a shaking all over. It might come out in stammering lips. It might come just like it does on the television. The same thing that comes on the radio, that comes out in a vocal expression, comes on the television and comes out in a visual expression. See? And it's all the same God; one Spirit, many operations. And God has proportionally allowed this to come in our modern generation, as telephone, radio, and then over here in the last times, vision to show we're getting more and more into our homeland. And more and more God is coming clearer and clearer and now the perfection of all of this is coming to pass that more and more as Christ projected on the screen of our heart and our life. Like somebody going up, an astronaut, or their projecting back on the screen while the children watch this great wonderful thing, as to the drama. See? And it means that all these natural things show the spiritual things happening, all the spiritual understood by the natural, as Paul said. And as every age and weigh point of life we're getting closer and closer and more perfected and finally it's come to where it sounds, or these little electrons going through the air, now they come together if you've got the right mechanism, as to the understanding to twist the knob, then you get all the snow out and all the static out and the first news you know you can actually see this rather than just hear it and feel it. Well, anyway, I just wanted to drop a thought or two and then we're going to ease on over just a little farther. So then, what are we saying? Tongues are not the initial evidence. Paul said if you come together and all of you speak in tongues and there be one among you that's unlearned, will he not say that you are crazy or you're mad and get up and leave, or whatever, as we would say? Said, Because even though you do well, as to speak with tongues, but he don't even know what you're talking about. He thinks you've lost your mind. Now, as I said before, I didn't have too much understanding with that until I went to some of the foreign countries and got there and I heard them preaching in their language and them praising God in their language and I was the stranger and I set there unlearned. And I thought, Well, I ain't getting nothing out of this, not a thing. So then, if you speak with tongues, Paul said pray that you might interpret. And said, Not only that but pray that you might prophesy. Now, listen. For greater is he that prophesy than he that speaks in tongues. Is he then greater that hath the Holy Ghost? Or he that doth not have the Holy Ghost? And then could he prophesy and not have the Holy Ghost? Oh, yes. Saul did and didn't have the Holy Ghost. And then we say, Brother Pike, what do you mean? I mean if greater is he that prophesy than he that speak in tongues then how is it that we say tongues is the initial evidence of the Holy Ghost? If somebody that prophesies is greater than he that speaketh in tongues, and especially going back to the fact that somebody prophesies without the Holy Ghost. When I say without the Holy Ghost, without the gift of the Holy Ghost. The Spirit was there. Saul prophesies even by the Spirit so much they thought he was among the prophets. And in our day your sons and daughters prophesy. They speak in tongues, all these kind of things. The Spirit is poured out upon every body because of the blood. Jesus is there because of the atonement and God doesn't see any sin. See? Which means your sons and daughters will prophesy and see visions and all these kind of things. That doesn't mean that they've got the gift of eternal life. See? Christ's spirit on the inside of you, that's eternal life. If you have not His spirit you're none of His. So that means throughout the world there's thousands and tens of thousands that are all mixed up. Let me say this. In Mark 11;22, "And Jesus answering said unto them, Have faith in God." I say this because right here I'd like to comment on this because that's what we're doing. We're talking about faith in the Word. If the Lord sends somebody the first way that you can recognize them is they'll speak the Word. And in speaking the Word they'll speak it without reservation of heart. They'll declare the full council of God and what they will do, they will speak it for your benefit. They won't be after any personal advantage. They won't be seeking any personal advantage as to personal attraction, or whatever. It is strictly because it is God within them that loves you and they're not wanting to be exalted and they're not wanting to be lord over you. And they're not wanting following and they're not wanting to get riches and enslave you and take what you've got. They're wanting to give to you and help you and be your leader. And what they want to do is God within them, as to want to see you to become rich and see you become healthy and see you become the person of the moment, or the man or the woman of the hour, and see you exalted and see you lifted up as the great mighty body of the Lord Jesus Christ. See? God picked David of old up, took him from among the sheepcote and while the others was running after the powers to be generals and powers of legislation, and rich, and kings, He just picked David up from a hillside out here because of his courage to watch after those sheep and because of his concern for his sheep, and willing to give his life for his sheep. The Bible said, And the hireling fleeth then the wolf comes but the good shepherd will give his life for the sheep. And so was David a man after God's own heart. It was portrayed that that was the kind of courage and concern he had about the sheep, as to Jesus. That is to say, the son of David coming to rule on the throne. Now, with this God lifted him up and when all the courage of the soldiers fell, when that great giant that stood on the hillside and opposition that no man dared to face as he bellowed out his threat, a little shepherd boy with a slingshot. The Bible said having proven all things hold fast to that which is good and he had proved his little slingshot. When Saul came with all of his gear to put on him and the sword and the shield and whatever, he just felt weighted down. He wasn't light footed. He couldn't go. He couldn't trip down the hill, you know, and he just laid it aside and said, I can't handle this. And folks, that's what's wrong with the world today. You know, somebody said, God called me to preach and I am going to preach and the first thing I'm going to do is get my gear. I need three years in college. And right then and there you are waited down with Saul's armor. You've done got into the old carnal mind, as to what Saul represented, and the intellectual reasoning and by the time you get your D.D., as to a Doctor of Divinity, and by the time you get all these other things you're so weighted down you've done lost your faith, you've done lost your lightness of heart, you're not agile in the spirit anymore. You can't do anything. See? You're all weighted down and when you meet the opposition of Cancer, or you meet the opposition of whatever it might be you don't have any faith. You don't have any perseverance, you don't have any drive. And, folks, let me tell you, it's going to come over to your house. It's going to come over to your house. I say this so often. Somebody says, Well, not over to my house, I'm living for God and Brother Pike, them kind of things don't bother me. If them kind of things don't bother you that's the best proof in the world that you are not living for God for the Bible said many are the affliction of the righteous. So, if you're righteous you can be sure the devil is going to beat on you all the time and affliction of everything is going to come to you because it is you that must face them and conquer them and lay them aside to have the faith and the perseverance to be able to help somebody else see their way and to be brought out of those situations. When you conquer those, when you master those, when you go on under severe conditions, as Paul did, suffering all the time, cast into prison, beat with rods and whatever, see? then you go on victoriously then somebody else will say, My God! If he can do it, or she can do it, I know I can do it. And men and women alike because there is neither male nor female in God. All right. Going back to just briefing a few little things here as we run down the trail. See? Now. So then, we look at these things and we say, Well, maybe, maybe there is something wrong with this. If he that prophesies is greater and this overseer of the Gentile church is encouraging me to prophesy rather than speak in tongues then maybe I've got some kind of misunderstanding. See? This is how easy you can get deceived. To think now, millions of people in the world today are deceived with that thing of believing that they don't have the Holy Ghost unless they speak in tongues and believing that if they do have the Holy Ghost they do speak in tongues. And, folks, I don't mean it wrong but this kind of understanding is what causes the mess (Pardon my expression.), the mess in the church today. Because people will live all kind of ways, like I said, smoking, doing all kind of things, watch television, set around and gaze at these things, non-virtuous, filled up with the things of the world and then get in the presence of God, like Saul did in the presence of the prophets, and the first news you know, the raining being poured out on the tare and everything starts moving, as to the spirit of God and when the water comes down they start speaking in tongues and shouting and whatever and everybody says hallelujah. I've seen them clap, hallelujah, and that woman would be one of the worst people in the community. You say, Well, you don't know. Oh, yes, I know. I went to church just like you, you know, and listened to the preacher. So then, what are we talking about? Brethren, it doesn't matter if you speak with the tongues of men and of angels, it doesn't matter if you prophesy, if you have the gift of healing, if you understand all mysteries. It doesn't matter what you have, if you have not charity you don't have the initial evidence of God in your heart. God is love. And charity is the bond of perfection. And love, charity, covers the multitude of sins because God was personified in a human body and His blood went out, as to charity, and covered the sins of all the world. So then, we know that somebody is mixed up somewhere. Now, what does this have to do with Bethlemites? It has to do with Bethlemites because of this: Bethlehem, the house of David, the city of David, the house of bread. Oh, little Bethlehem, thou art not the least among the cities of Judea for out of thee shall come forth a governor that shall govern My people and the government shall be upon His shoulders. See? And so then, people from around the different parts of the nation and the different parts of the world have come to Bethlehem. Why? Because a babe is to be born. And this babe, as to a government, a shifting of a government, the government all the way from over in Israel. There the instigation of a government, even God, who is the controlling factor, who rules in the affairs of men, that lifts up one, puts down another, works all things after the counsel of His Own will, creates the good and the evil, has His way in both, isn't that the government? Isn't that the supreme office? Isn't that the one that's in control as to in the olden days when the prophets would go, the king needed understanding, the could legislate and do whatever they wanted too as to their level of life. They could run the thing but when they got into a problem somebody had to come along and say, Thus saith the Lord! It's thus and thus and thus shall it be. See? God is still handling the affairs. So then, we know that when God withdraws, as even to America, then there is no government, that when God inspired the hearts to bring people to America to establish the government that we call liberty and justice for all, or the great American way of life, the old saying, united we stand; divided we fall, or that is to a democracy, a society, a people that wanted to unite together and put all of their wealth together as to the rich, that they might provide for the poor and to get away from the old country to where they would not be enslaved by those people, as to robbery and cast into prison when they couldn't support the boycotting system. Coming over here and God giving them a new land called a new world, working the way they did and building it up, coming__ And see? That was a government when they made the little Mayflower compact. And how spiritual it is you were spiritual. Paul said, Speaking unto you as unto spirituals. Go into revelation and take everything concerning the Nina, the Pinta and the Santa Maria and all these kind of things. Go even down to Quartez, coming in, you know, and those coming landing at Plymouth Rock. Go back in history and trail every bit of it even down to the midnight ride when the bells begin to ring in the old church belfry and break it all down in revelation and it is fantastically wonderful. It was God all the way. See? Coming from the old country to the new country it is an historical stride of the pen and the paper, of the printed page because it is called his story, or her story, so they say history. Or his story and so it is all the way. But when you come to America and every thing is finished, as to history, like it is finishing up right now, then it starts unveiling. And when it starts unveiling then it starts unveiling it to the revelation of the Son of God, or the great spiritual world that is hid, that has projected itself through a shadowy format or these types and shadows. And as the brightness of that light, as to a seven-fold thing through the church ages come, then the dissipation of that darkness and the light begins to show as to the very image itself. Or as the sun coming up over the horizon and the snow begins to melt off of the banks, then that which is covered, or that which has been veiled by the snow, it begins to reveal itself. Like a man with real shiny teeth, or a woman, when they open them lips then there is a revelation. There is a revealing. So, in simplicity as to where we can understand this thing, I'm saying that from the old world to the new world, and we've got a his story. But from the new world, going back to bring the Jews into power, to the millennium, we don't have his story as the people, collectively speaking, but we have God, Himself, as to revealing Himself, the very light, the very understanding, the things that they could not know, even coming to the ultimatum of Einstein in this day to show his story was finished, as to climb as the old serpent, into the upper lintels, or up into the heavenlies, up into the galaxies and there making the nest among the stars with a thrust of that Apollo. The Apollo, as to the bottomless pit. Him that rules the bottomless pit and there making their nest, as they called it, among the stars. From thence I shall cast thee down to hell. And sure enough, they have a right to do that. Now, I said__ Many years ago I said, And they will do to the moon. Whereas, I understand, there was a great leader that said, I believe with all my heart they won't make it. Now. And maybe he was misunderstood. Maybe it was another way. Whatever. And whether he was right or whether he was wrong, as to what he intended, I do know this. It was kind of hard to sidestep what it seemed to say, as not to be contrary, but that they would make it because God dwelt with me and said, They will make it. And he spoke to me and told me and showed me very clearly. And I remember where it was at. I was down in Alabama. Way down there at the launching pad, down there in Alabama years ago before they ever really got that thing going. And He said they will do it. And I heard Him speak so clear and He said, And though they make their nest among the stars I shall cast them down to hell. And said, Though they climb up to heaven I will cast them out. And then the Lord dwelt with me and He showed me a revelation. That's why we need the spirit of revelation. That's why we need the understanding because, even this morning, some of you that understand can see. And the Bible said the righteous shall understand. The wicked shall not understand. This great light shines in your midst, the righteous are going to understand it. Now. But you can see that even in the indoctrination of denominationalism, which is a Charismatic move, all of them will come together. See even in this that they are wrong in their doctrine. They're not on the Bible. And millions of people are in error because of this. And they are honest, good, godly people and some of them are filled with the Holy Ghost. See? But, anyway, the Lord spoke to me and when He spoke to me, as to revelation__ And I'm speaking a little revelation this morning because I'm got a good audience and I've got a good interest and I can tell that when talking to you so much in the last few days that your mind has gotten into a revelational trend. Paul said, I'd like to speak unto you as unto spirituals, he said to his audience, I can't. Jesus said, Many things I have to say unto you I'd like to say but I can't because you're dull of hearing. Said, But when the Holy Ghost, the comforter, has come He'll bring these things to your remembrance. You know, He'll reveal these things to you, as to the minister on down through the church ages, He could have said. So then, when we think about this, I remember the Lord saying to me, and He revelated something. The moon, the moon is that that shows us the time piece. And the moon and the Almanac, as to the calendars, and the stars and the star gazers, and all of these kind of things that we look at as in the heavens, they are set for signs and for seasons, for years, for months, as to the time of planting, the time of reaping, as to the cold and as to the hot. And they declare the handiwork of God because if you know these things naturally, as the natural people of the world know the Almanac, as to their planting, even the farmers, then if you can go beyond that, as to not four months and then cometh harvest but look on the fields already, as to the revelator Jesus. See? And then you get into the spirit and all those things begin to break down and you look and you say, My God! The Bible says all of the earth is full of His knowledge; all of the heavens declare His handiwork and there it is. It's been in the veil all the time, of my intellectual concept. And my God! There's God. There's God. Everywhere I look there is God. And then it begins to revelate to you and begins to speak to you just like that. (Begin tape one, side two.)...as the Lord said and there the moon. Now, I said this the other night; maybe I said it at church, maybe I didn't. But I said it to the Brethren anyway. I talk so much I don't know where I'm at when I say these things. So I said, And there it is, the moon, the corner stone of the earth. And, Job, where were you when I laid the cornerstone of the earth? See? When the sons of God leaped for joy? My! I wish we had about two or three hours just to go into some of these good things. But where were you when the morning stars sang together and the sons of God leaped for joy? See? And I said to you, I said, What is the cornerstone of the earth? And I said it is the Lord Jesus Christ. And that is right. It is the Lord Jesus Christ. And how did He get to be the cornerstone? because in foreknowledge God saw Him first. And when He saw Him first the strange thing is that He saw Him and He looked down there and saw Him being born in the form of a human being. The same thing as to what we're made out of, of the dust that forms a stone. And He saw Him, and sure enough, when He spoke of Him He likened Him to the stone that was hewn out of the mountain that came down through Babylon tearing down the kingdoms of the world. And indeed America is now a Babylon. We use to understand it. No more. See? All of them have come back together, He dispersed, He separated. He put them in separate countries, now they're all back together and they didn't come in God. Now they're all the same Babylon and this time God is going to destroy them. They're building the same tower of that old intellect making their nest among the stars and God has already cast that thing out. Bush and the legend. Now. So when we think about this, it is the Lord Jesus Christ. And when we think of Him as a stone He said to the builders, What is this that the prophets have said? The stone. Back to the stone that the builders have rejected, the same has become the head of the corner. What is the head of the corner? The moon. The moon is the head of the corner. All eyes toward the moon but that is because, as a rule, you don't look at the sun, you know. It will effect the retina of the eye. So then, you look not at the sun because, as Paul, when that light came he was blinded because he belong to the natural realm of the intellectual darkness of which Satan, being the god of that world, is the one that controls. So the scales had to fall from his eyes when he got down to the street called Straight, before he could ever see this marvelous unveiled light, as to the Jews not being able to look steadfastly unto that which is abolished, as to that light that was given Moses in the mountain because they could not look on it and live. Therefore, they had to look through the veil but we are dead by the body of the Lord Jesus Christ. And God, saying to Moses, and Moses, I will show you My glory, when he ask to see the glory, but I will only show you My hinder parts. That is to say, from Calvary back to Genesis. I will even reveal it all the way back where there is no history of it and let you see it. And I'll put you in the cleft of the rock, as to the spear that went into Jesus' side and I'll put my hand over you just like the five-fold ministry, and I'll let you see it as through the typical, the symbolic. I'll let you see it through the shadowy approach and the human intelligence. That is, as to say the law that goes all the way up to Calvary. And then when that law is finished and when the veil is rent, that's where we come in. And we do not look through a glass darkly, as precipitation, to know in part, but we are looking face to face. We are looking at Him face to face. We are looking right into his face as to the Shekinah glory that's being revealed. And the Bible said in this we have to be dead before we can see God so He killed us by the body of the Lord Jesus Christ and said, Now, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin and alive unto God by the resurrection. And looking right into this light now we're changed from glory to glory into this marvelous image of Almighty God. Which means into the light that was shown by that that was down there where we were baptizing and Sister Lambert took that picture and there the Day Star came and the image went away. And changed into God's great image which is even the Lord Jesus Christ, as to where the Bible speaks of that thing, that though there is a man in the moon there is something that speaks of someone as an angel that stood in the sun. So, when we speak of these things we go back to the though of the moon. Now look at the moon for instance, the cornerstone, everything as to darkness, it is the moon. And the sun then so fierce, so great and so mighty in it's power to devour. Like God, when God comes forth after the millennium, even though it's been restored, even though the curse has left He is so holy, He is so godly, He is so pure that when He comes forth even the earth without the curse, swoosh, it goes away like that. Every human being goes like that and there are no stars. There is no sky; there's no sea. There's no nothing. There's no nobody; just you and I that's His body, as to Jesus Christ alone dwelling in that light unto which no man can approach and no man can see, nor can see. And that is to say, this great revelational understanding that you and I are enjoying today. With the brightness of His coming it destroys the perverted image of Satan and him that sets in that body taking advantage of that blood that's on the seat of atonement while it's there. And He destroys them with the brightness of His coming because as that blood comes off of the seat of atonement, even though it has been a light, as to a fire, giving that heat as to the light and the warmth of God as it approaches us as a seven times to seven-fold through the church ages through the messengers of the revealing the end of the compact, as to moving in seven-fold even as science says and the consummation. People scorched and burned and they'll curse God and with the consuming power of this as God, a consuming fire and shoooow! and the image is gone and there is no body left but you. We explained that a little bit yesterday. We won't have time to do that, just hurrying right through it this morning just to say a few little things. It's kind of hard to do that because it bothers me but that's the way we have to do it. All right. So then, we look at the moon. When we look at the moon__ And I'm just doing this for the sake of the ladies, for the little children and pick up a few things, and a few of the men that didn't get to be in the services. And you ladies fasten in on it because some of the men have heard some of these things and some of these things they haven't heard. And some of them understand it and some of them don't. And like a brother told me yesterday, said, I'm so glad you went over that gain in the church because when you said it among us I didn't understand it and when you went over it in the church I begin to get some of that at the church. So you ladies hold on because this is your chance when you come to the church. All right. So then, we see that with this there is the moon. The moon is then the cornerstone. But if Jesus Christ be the cornerstone how can it then be the moon? Because when Jesus Christ came He came to the moon realm. He came into the darkness. And He came into this world in the form of a servant which means in your form of sin which was in the intellectual world of darkness, in that God reckoned time from evening until morning. And so then, He came in the darkness. And this light of Christ, the veil within that human body, when it came into the world there it was and no one could see it. It was a prophet like unto Moses, faithful in all of His house, but this great wonderful light was confined with the confines of this humiliating form called a man and so nobody could believe that that was God. See? And that's where they get in trouble today. They can't believe that God is going to approach them through the form of this thing, this humble thing called a man. And so they miss it because God has never come to earth at any time as to do a work except through a man. Always, in every age, He does that. He's the same yesterday, today and forever. He doesn't change so everybody always misses their visitation. And so it is with the Gentiles today. But then, there it was. Jesus came in the moon realm. Why the moon realm? And I have to hurry and say so many things in a compact way that I can never really get a message over to you, as to revelation. And so grievous it is to me but I have to work with whatever I've got; forty-five minutes, thirty minutes, criticisms, surmises, whatever. Work around all of that and get around all of the briars and still try to pick a berry or two, as we say, to make the pie. So, and I have to get around the snakes and the bugs and everything else, like when I was a little boy, just to be able to get that because they're laying under there to get them, you know, if the berries fall. So, I say then, that Jesus came in the darkness. When did He come in the darkness? He came at Calvary for the Bible said, And as unto whom the promise was given, as to the seed, which was Jesus Christ; Isaac the type of. And in the fullness of time God sent forth a seed, the Son, to receive the harvest. Like in the parable. At last I send my son. You've killed all that I've sent, as to the wise men or whatever. Now I send my own son. Surely you will reverence him. But as it was said, Come, let us kill him and lay hold upon the vineyard and now it will be ours and we won't have to share with anybody. And so they did. What will God do to those miserable men, as to husbandman, when He comes? Will He not literally slay them? And sure enough, in the seven years of the tribulation period it's clearly understood that when Jesus was on earth He spoke of that time saying__ And He cried and He said, They shall come all from the east and west, compass the cities of Jerusalem, lay you even with the ground as they entrench about you because you did not receive, as to the day of your visitation. Well, running to drop these little fillers in to where we can get at least a partial scope of the picture. So, when He came in the darkness, why did He come in the darkness? How did He come in the darkness? How do we know it was dark? Because when God came forth to create He came as the great bright and the morning star and He visited. And this great bright and the morning star created a human being, took him out of the dust, put him in the east of Eden, elevated him with the overshadowing, or the Shekinah light of this illumination to make him equal with God so He could fellowship him because man was innocent. And this illumination was as to an understanding of mind, this light, so that He could look into the spirit world and there see the tree of life that the Bible speaks of that will be restored that was taken away from man, that where he could live forever. And this great Shekinah light made this, prepared that, put it there, but to make man a sovereignty had to subject man to vanity by saying thou shalt not eat thereof, to give him one understanding here, knowledge, is that if he breaks that rule then he's lost. And Paul said, Subjecting him thus to vanity, because he was subject to make that mistake. And in doing that he made that mistake. And today he is a sovereignty but he lost his right to the tree of life. And then God said, man has become as one of us. Just exactly what Satan had said in a partial truth. God doth know that when we eat thereof ye shall become as Gods and your eyes shall be opened. But they did not know they were going to be found naked in the sight of God. And the last charge that we find, just at the change, it says, And not to come into this supper without the wedding garment. And he said, These are naked. They are blind and they are evil. See? These are they that are corruptible; the Laodicean, last Church age. See? Don't come in here without the wedding garment. That is, Put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ. Make no provisions for the flesh to fulfill the lust thereof. Lust, desire swelled out of proportion. See? You an angel, moderation. Anything above that means an angel, bigger, stronger, more powerful than you. And it's got into your body; that that defiles the body, Satan, the unclean spirit. The Holy Spirit cannot dwell there. Just hurrying along. So when they put this into a book then people can slow down and read it and study it out in the foreign fields. I wish we had time here with you to deal with you as we'd like to to where we could take our time in tutoring just like they would in school. But so then, we see that that bright morning star came and emanating from that bright morning star everything came forth as according to the desire of God, the great light, unto a nature, to a conformity according to nature. And thus it is today whether a flower, a bird, whatever, a human being. And when Adam came forth he was thus the feminine gender and the spirit was the masculine gender. And because we don't understand, as to natural people and allegorics has to come so that we can understand the invisible things of God, as to the revelation then that means that He had to take a woman from a man and yet it was still one, as to the flesh, and show us the weakness and show us the fall through symbolics, as to what had happened when it comes to the tree of knowledge and the power of differentiation as to a sovereignty of man and how today it is still the same, of putting the blood on the seat of atonement and giving everybody the same individual right that He gave Adam and Eve; to make their choice. Which way to you want to go? as to the Jews. Choose you this day whom ye shall serve, as in the twenty-eighth chapter of Deuteronomy. If you choose this it will be the curse. If you choose this it will be the blessing. And He enumerates all through the chapter of all these particulars of the blessing and the curse. So then, what happened to that light? When man chose the wrong side of life all of a sudden his light went out. His eyes did come open but it was like the dilation of an eye. It adjusted according to the intellectual darkness of corruption. And Lucifer, a fallen angel, which is still a light, a lesser light as they call it in the world, or a dark light, as they call it in the world and if that light be in you, as to darkness, how great is that darkness, as to that corruption that is within you, the Bible says. And so then, there it was, as to this infiltrating man and Paul later says, Oh, wretched man that I am, who shall deliver me from the body of this beast? Or the body of this death, as to the first man. In Adam all die. And said, For I have a desire to do good and to be like God and to perform the things of God within my heart. And I have a faith unto a law that liberates me from condemnation and sin and corruption and death by believing in the mercies of my God through the work that He wrought in Jesus Christ, as to the atonement for my sin. And having taken all these away I am His Child. But I see another law in my members that's warring against the law of my mind. Sin, that is to say, by law, getting it's strength by law of thou shalt not. Thou shalt not, Eve. Thou shalt not and the day that ye do ye shall surely die. Or, that is: Thou shalt not commit adultery, thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not kill, whatever. And though the law is spiritual and though God fulfilling His own law, as in the body of Jesus Christ, to give to you and I, to save us by judgment by putting away the body through the rent veil, giving a writing of divorcement, putting that away and being married to another, even as to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, even inasmuch as the husband is dead. The wife is never free from the husband until his death. She is bound to him as long as he lives. Why is that? Because she is his body. Can she then be free cause somebody says, Well, I put you away? God said, Don't deal treacherously against the wife of thy youth. I hate putting away. So then, that is your very flesh. You can't put her away. You can't do that. You marry another, you committed adultery. Whosoever marrieth her that is put away is committing adultery because she is your very flesh and bones. So then, here, having been married to another, even the first man Adam__ That is, coming to this as to that mind that Eve had taken on and got away from Adam, it was an adulterous thing because no longer was she married to Adam and the illumination of this light of the protection and she lost all of her wonderful things, as to the garden. And even God said to the Jews, said, I put you away with a writing of divorcement even at Calvary when they fell out of His sight, went out of the kingdom of David, come from the east and the west, as to the Gentiles, set down in the kingdom. See? And they themselves were cast out. He said, I put you away because you have committed harlotry under every green tree. So then, we see here as God trying to tell us something, as to the this first body of the beast. And having been married to another then we could do nothing, but with the death of him at Calvary when Jesus come in that form he killed that first man Adam, as to the beast. He had fell to that level. He preserved the Shekinah light of that great wonderful light from which Adam emanated. As to when this light was upon Adam He was a figure of Jesus Christ, or Him that was to come. Now when this light left him because he listened to Eve, as to partake of the other mind, then that mind had the body. Which together they were one, as to the flesh, which means the woman, the weakness. And the Shekinah, as to the masculine, left which was the morning star, even Christ, from which the man had emanated, as to the woman part, to start with, as to the feminine part. See? Great is the mystery of godliness. Now. And Paul said, I am a stewart of the mysteries. So then, we find that with this, Adam became subject to the mind of Satan. And instead of being God who is subject to that, as to a oneness with Him, here it was as to the typical things in the earth to show all people the invisible God, the fall and all these kind of things and that we were to be indoctrinated with these things. But before that we had to go through all the houses of prostitution called intellectual learning and continue in the same transgression as all flesh corrupting their way before God and the cause of all of the sinful, adulterous generation as an ultimatum of the whole thing that's in the world today, especially among the youth. See? And so then, when we go through those symbols of the format of the shadows then we go back and we start this trend back, as to the unveiling of not his story of the old house of prostitution and of all of the errors, but eliminating with the brightness of the light of God to make it as it was until it takes it back to it's originality, even going back to Israel. And then a king reigning in righteousness to bring in the millennium and the restoration of all of that which is lost by the palmer worm, as to say, Jacob, thou worm, on the belly. The metamorphosis having taken place, the butterfly is free. And now that cocoon is left and then when that comes, as to the millennium, it came out of the cocoon of America, as to this intellectual thing, and once fully restored then the glorification as to the light eradicating everything and then it's a Celestial world with a Celestial city preserved forever. And there it is, God has preserved the garden, as to bring it back to the millennium, as to the garden state. Now they partake of the right tree, as to the tree of light and understanding, and not to the tree of corruption as to the father of a lie, even Satan who diverted the Scriptures even as he did when he talked to the Lord Jesus quoting the Scriptures. But Christ within Jesus quoted the Scripture back and said, It is also written, unveiled. Unveiled He said, Get thee hence, Satan, as to the shadows of darkness. So it's very evident of what we're saying this morning in a few words. See? We're saying that the light that was there in the garden it was the bright and the morning star. But why, if it is the bright and the morning star, does God use the term, from evening until morning? Why did He not say, And God created from morning until evening? But it says, And from evening until morning and then He speaks of these things of creating, that way it was the first day and the second day and the third day, and all of these kind of things. Why does He do that? The reason is because His act of creation, as to that, being as to symbolic, a day to a thousand years and a thousand years as a day, even the day of rest, as to the millennium a thousand years, the seventh day, as to the restoration. See? He did that because we are in intellectual darkness and the world is in darkness ever since the fall. The Shekinah light withdrew though it was the morning star it became the evening star because everything went into darkness and Adam withdrew from that light and took a lesser light, as to that of another angel and that thing was as through the night, as to be an evening star. Or that is, the darkness as this star showing within that of the darkness. So then, we know there is an evening light, but is it then the morning star or the star of God at all? The bright and morning star? No. It is the moon. It is a reflector. It is Lucifer. It is that old heart of stone, as to the law, as we say. Now. So when the fall came the life of God, as to the candle of man on the inside, searching out the inward parts, that which must manifold to a seven-fold light through the church age teaching of the great messengers of God, as to the seven spirits as the candle sticks. See? Paul's churches down through that and that light so great it breaks the veil of this intellectual thing. Like a woman with a veil over her face when somebody has died or whatever, you know. We carry this in shamefulness, as to Rebecca when she came over to Isaac, and then this veil, as to the intellect, coming from the tree of knowledge, as over our face to make us ashamed in the presence of our husband. In the old country they do that even now so that you can't look on the beauty of a woman's face, therefore no lust. She is suppose to be shamefaced. We're not suppose to have that. Women are suppose to have a shamefacedness of godliness to the extent of humility and not boldness, as to protruding, all this lipstick and all this other stuff, which is of the devil. See? And the man is suppose to be grave, as to being dead to these things as to his human senses so that he doesn't make contact with the woman's spirit so they won't be in adultery because adultery is as to the spirit. I say again, as to the act of the human relationship, as to reproduction, that's not adultery, you know, they that do that a hundred thousand times over, it don't matter whether it's married or unmarried or whatever; the act is something of God to reproduce and that's why God has mercy even on the bastard child. See? And it was called the bastard child for a reason, out of wedlock, and to show a spiritual thing in years gone by. But the thing is, the adultery is even if you look on a woman in desire, because it's out of desire. Lust is desire swelled out of proportion. The original rendering, as we said, as to the word lust or desire. So then, when it makes, as to a spirit, contact with a spirit that is adultery. See? To look on her and desire her. Now, this astounded the Pharisees because Thou shalt not commit adultery, and trying to keep the law and they knew they were as guilt as they could be because when the woman was caught in the very act of adultery they wanted to stone her to death and Jesus wrote and wrote and wrote. And there wasn't but one difference between that woman and them and that was one thing: that she had been caught and they had not. And so then, it tore them to pieces and they went on their way. Jesus bearing her sins and taking the sins away, knowing He had made her a female for reproduction and that Satan had taken advantage because she was the weaker vessel. He said, Don't sin no more. And that's a good warning to all you ladies, all you women, or whatever. See? And that means that you men, which are spiritual females, you had better stay away from that adulterous thing with devils and demons out there, spiritual laying with them committing fornication and going down to even becoming Sodomites and beasts and all these other kind of things. Stay away from those spirits and the educational systems and the books out there and the televisions and the movies and all these things which are devils and demons in disguise, as to project themselves to your thoughts, and the Bible says, abstaining from worldly lust that warreth against the soul. That is to say, committing harlotry with Lucifer and becoming his body of corruption for God will leave you like a dead dog by the road for the buzzards to eat. It's like we said as to Jackie and the President going down to dine at buzzard bay, in that the corruption is already in force as of today. Well, this is straying off of the major theme of our though here, just trying to bring in a filler or two to get a full scope here of what we're trying to say. Just a little picture because it goes on tape and they have to tape these and the book will be incomplete when it goes over the seas, or wherever. Their begging for just crumb. Hurry, hurry, hurry; as we try to do. And that makes it just about impossible to ever preach a sermon to you. And that's why the world don't have it today. They judge between their bellies and getting to the cafe on time, as to feeding. As Jesus said, I have food to eat that you know not of. And, if you overcome I will give you the hidden manner, even the revelation. So then, that light became the evening star and the cocoon of that darkness, as to that envelopment of Satan taking and imprisoning that light from the fall all the way to Calvary and the metamorphosis, the veil was rent, the cocoon was left. And the cocoon, as to the body, went down and the spirit, as to the son of God inside that had been molded, went up. And going up then that meant that the darkness was over, that that great wonderful Christ on the inside of the human body was no longer within the worm but it had become a heavenly because he was a heavenly potentiality. And he was to release as we call that kinetic energy and away he went into the presence of the Heavenly Father. And that's why you today are sealed in your spirit with the Holy Spirit of Christ. And that's why you are not in the body and not in the flesh and not in the world. He has chosen you out of the world. As Brother Taylor said at the first of the service here, you are setting in heavenly places. Rejoice forever more, ye that have been translated into the Kingdom of that light that came there at John, the law and the prophets the end of that and then came the Kingdom now, you've been translated into it. We're still preaching the last generation is here. as the Kingdom message unto all the world and then shall the end come. So, He rent the veil for your sake. Made in Himself twain because he saw the infiltration within your body and the life of innocence, as to Adam and Eve who knew nothing on the inside like a child and did not charge this to them because where there is no knowledge of sin, sin is not imputed and brought it all the way down, as to the blood having been put on the seat of atonement from the foundation of the world in the foreknowledge of God. See? To allow for you. And Satan taking advantage of that, having been put out of the presence of the light of God, come into the human body and through you by the mercy to you to take care of you until God could redeem you. That is to say at Calvary, bring you out of that veil and do away with that bodily beast, as to purge it, bring in through like the woman, the purification, and then she's married to the other. See? Because she has gotten rid of the corruption, as to that, having twins and carrying these even as the wrestling of Jacob and Esau in the womb when the woman inquired as to what is this and said, Jacob have I love; Esau have I hated. Someone would say, Well, what are you preaching, Brother Pike? I'm preaching election according to foreknowledge. Let's give the Lord a hand. Not of works lest any man should boast but it is the gift of our Heavenly Father. What must we do to work the works of God? And He said, This is the works of God, that you believe on Him whom the Father has sent. Are we then the children of God by foreknowledge? Job, where were you when the morning stars sang together and the sons of God leaped for joy? Before you were ever born, while you were yet in your sins, as to be said, you were still God's. That's why you come to God. Somebody said, While I was yet in my sins, Brother Pike? The Bible said He saved you while you were yet in your sins. Now, if you had not been His son, if you had not been the elect, would He have saved you? Someone would say, Well, I can't get that. Well, look at Christ. Was not Christ within the body that was made sin? Wasn't that your image? Wasn't He made sin so you could be made the righteous body, as to the resurrected one of Christ Jesus? and live forever in His presence while God gave His only Son that He..(Begin tape two, side one.)....Him that was made sin. How is it that you, even from the foundation of the world was not hid, as to a justification? which means that you were not guilty of those things in the body. Paul said, Wretched man that I am. This body is to blame for this. There is something in there warring against my mind. That's not me. That's not my desire. If it is you and your desire why did your desire turned to come to God when you heard His voice, as to the eagle getting out of the chicken pen? So then, we see that God has wrought a good work and it was just somebody in the womb of the world that was to come out, as to the cocoon, and the butterfly had to find it's way out. Predestinated. Ordained unto the greatness of God. Make you calling and election sure. Don't go around trying to do this or do that or ritualistics, or prove you can live holy and you can do this. That's not the way it is. Check up. See how you're living. See what kind of desire you've got. See what kind of effort you're putting forth. See if the places you're going__ What it is, the child is known by his doing, and in that make sure your calling and election. Make sure that you're the called of God; before the foundation of the world elected in foreknowledge. Foreknowledge. That is, election according to foreknowledge to what God foreknew, as of you as to be His son. See? Just make sure; that's what it's all about. Let me hurry on here with just a few more words, anyway. For at least, you might get to hear this later but maybe some of them out there won't get to hear this later. Maybe a book, this book goes over here into India, it goes over here to Germany. It goes over somewhere, see? Like somebody said the other day, somebody in England was getting some tracts and whatever. See? Let me say this, because if this book goes he might not get a second book. You get this preaching sermon today, you get another one, maybe tonight. Who knows? And we can put it together for you. But somebody says, Well, I just want to go. I want to go. I want to go. Well, go. Now, so then, when it comes to this that Cocoon, that darkness, the intellectual format of understanding to the educational thing, and sure enough you become gods. Why? Because Satan is god. He is the god of this world and he knew that was exactly the way it was. It was an angel and angels can't die. See? So it was a god. And now then, ye have become gods. So, you can eat drink and be merry. You can dwell in heaven, as to the reflection of this. Whereas, he deceived your forefather Adam, your foremother Eve and now ye are their children. And now ye are dwelling in heaven, as to the reflection, in that he has deceived you and took advantage of you and become a parasite and a leech and he gets all of your life and enjoys it through the frolics of the world. While you think you're having a good time you're using up your life and he's out of the dry places and out of the dark places and reflecting that light to where he can see all these good things that's given to Adam and Eve, as to the restoring, as to them before they fall. That is, given to them before they fell. And then he'll soon use your life up and you'll be thrown into the fire. All the sap of life will be gone and you won't produce anymore and you'll be thrown in the fire. And you will have feed your belly to the full. All of your labor will have been for your belly and your mouth because it craves it of you. And instead of fasting and praying and going away in solitude instead of giving God your time, going riding, talking, laughing, eating, drinking, jolly and all these kind of things, and being fattened for the kill. And I shall slay the fattest among you, He said. Whether it be to pile up riches or whether it be to eat and to drink. So then we see that Calvary rent the veil and we are free. We are free. I'm going to stop right there because of a sudden you went out on me. Even a little bit before now; I just pressed the issue. We're just about half through with what few little fragmental things that God was going to express to you. But I can see that the flesh interest is more than hungering and thirsting after the Word. Someone would say, Well, that's insulting. Like the lawyer said, You reproach us in this, Jesus. And He said, Blind guides that strain at a gnat and swallow the camel. The blind lead the blind they all fall into the ditch. And if you go after the natural things and I teach you the natural things then we're all blind. And we all have the parties, and we all go to the ball games and we all work it up to a social benefit and talk about something that you enjoy in the flesh in the churches and turn them into a social party. But if I talk about heavenly things, spiritual things, and then the interest drains after your forty-five minutes, or whatever, then you go to feed your belly. And that means the serpent is still on his belly. The interest is still in the belly and still in the eating and the drinking and the frolicing and the riding and the looking and the sunshine and the cars and the money, whatever. And, folks, it's hard to believe after these many years but it's still here at Bethlehem in a tremendous way. So then, I feel you going out on me. And I could go ahead and preach and I could go ahead and drive because my mind is already in the spirit and we could go ahead with the revelation that we were bringing because there was some things that we were bringing because there was some things that we really needed to know, or needed to get. I told you ladies to press in and you let the men pull something on you this morning because some of them are to blame for what's going on this morning. And that's because they fed good yesterday, as to two different times of about three hours in the morning and about three hours in the evening they fed. And because they know a few of these things that we're saying they're filled up and they're ready to take their Sunday. Which it would have been a lot better if those men had eased on out and those women. I told you many times, rather than sit in the seat of the scornful, stand in the way of sinners, that you should go out. If it don't leave but five people it would have pleased me well if you'd gone out and left those five to have gotten this because sons and daughters need this. They've got to have it. They're going to get it somehow or another. And even these men are deceived. They come and set for six hours and they feel like they've got this. And my hand be raised to God they didn't get it. They got fragmental bits of it and it was only a few of them that even got that much. That's how deceived that they are. But see? Hearing they think they've got it. And when we come back for a re-run here in the church they should be the first to drive in, but with a regularity the Lord feeds them, as to this to here, they always do this on a Sunday morning. So had a keen interest when we got started here and if I had gone on singing, clapping my hands and said a little here and there and shouted at you and dropped a little drop of revelation here and a little tad of revelation here and went right on with the exuberance I could have held you just as long as I wanted to, turned it into a praise and a shout. But, folks, let me tell you, a shout was what Moses heard when he came off of the mountain but he said it wasn't a shout of victory. And what you're doing, you're not shouting the victory. You're just like Saul in the prophecy, you're just like Balaam in the vision and it's being poured out on you and you are a tare and you're getting all of that and having a jubilee and it's not a shout of victory. Faith is the victory that overcometh the world. And if it is a shout of victory why isn't your faith providing for you? Why isn't your faith healing you? Why isn't your faith moving the condemnation? Why isn't your faith, as to the shield, shielding you against the fiery darts of the wicked, as to the evil spirits that you keep allowing to creep in and to motivate and to control your life and cause an ingenuity in your life that you are steered into devastation and death. See? It's not a shout of victory. And so then, it was them that danced around the golden calf and the mind on the money and how much they made or pooled, or how much they were going to have and confident in what they had done for God with their gold and their silver. Let's stand together. Maybe one day we'll wake up. Seeing the whole audience asleep, knowing for sure that they are asleep at the midnight cry then I say to you again, When they awoke they saw His glory and His glory is that revelated spiritual understanding that's inbred within the children of God, as to the glory that shall break forth at the midnight cry, at the midnight cry. Or that is to say, this beautiful little thing that we speak of, of the little fable of Cinderella, that Prince Charming is in the land and he's looking for his Cinderella and she is the little girl with the dish pan hands and not the ruby red lips and all of the painted up eyebrows and all of the pretty things of gold and silver and the outward adorning of the flesh. She is the little girl with the dish pan hands that's hid away, that's not with the sisters of the world that's frolicing and projecting their bodies and their way of life. And when I say that I'm speaking to you spiritual sisters, as to not just the ladies but you men that are feminine and keep messing around with those thoughts and lusts and desires and all of these kind of things, as to securities and whatever. And the woman is nothing but part of you so that makes you one. You go to the feminine gender then are you feminine. If you go to the masculine gender then the woman is masculine. That is to say, if the woman surrenders to you and you go to Christ then that means that you are the masculine and you are the very body of the Lord Jesus Christ. If you surrender, as the man to the woman, go after the frivolous things of the world, as to the beggarly elements of the world to be in bondage to them then are you the feminine. Which means the fallen, as to Satan's tool. Now. All of these things that we would like to have said, as to the glory which is to be revealed within you, as to glory to glory, as to the transformating of the mind into the wonderful things of the God as to him with the little glass slipper. The little glass slipper, which means the preparation of your soul. And he was looking for someone whose feet that would fit. And He is in the land today and He is looking today and He's looking for those, as to the outer man that perishes, the inner man is renewed day by day. And this little Celestial light, preparation of the gospel as when He washed Peters feet saying, If I wash not your feet then you have no part with me. I said that to say this, that you that come up as little children, reading these kind of things, you know that God has put it there to give you a little seedling of an inclination toward spiritual things that when He gets ready to do whatever that little mystic thing comes back to you. And with this then you begin to understand how great is God. How great is God! It's like, again I say that of Pat Boone when he got the tape on the Little Glass Slipper and made the statement, I never knew there was so much gospel in a little fable, Brother Pike. And it stirred him to the core of his soul. So then, when we say this then what are we saying? Remember, at the midnight when all of the chariots turned into pumpkins and the horses into mice. Isn't that something? How could that be? Because as it is said today, it is a rat race. That's what it is. And of course, we could say something about the pumpkin that might not be too fitting here, as to the old saying, you know. But, nevertheless, you might take it wrong, you know, and it's a simple sort of a thing. But this is what it's all about and sure enough you missed it. You missed it. Someone would say, Well, you can't say we missed it yet, Brother Pike, until the curtains come down on the last part of the drama. No, you missed it. See? It has nothing to do with that, as to the curtains on the last part of the drama. This was foreknowledge as Jacob I love and the curtains coming down on the last part of the drama was just after that it was revealed that from the very beginning it was Jacob. And it just came to pass as toward the last part of the drama that he came home from a foreign land, even as the prodigal, and he came back to get his birthright, even the birthright that Esau had taken away from him for twenty years. And he that owned it finally came and took it and went back to the fathers house. And so the world has taken it through their educational system of today and we've had to back off and we have had to let them have it but the last shall be first and the first shall be last. And they that have it out there and all the frolics, as even to the little girl with the dish pan hands. And she will come to the forefront. And it will be exactly like we're telling you. And, folks, your mistake is, I'm preaching election according to foreknowledge and you're suppose to make your election sure, your calling sure. And if you don't hear this, as from the voice of the Spirit, let the church, as to the true bride hear what the Spirit is saying to the church. And if you don't hear it then that means that you're not going to know whether you were or whether you weren't, as to the foreknowledge of God as to the election. And the mere fact that you don't hear it proves that you were not for the Bible said, And this light shined in darkness but the darkness comprehended it not, as to your intellectual geniuses and that means you belong to Esau and the world. So that means that you will never prove your election because you don't even know about the Word, or the revelated Word, as to the election. And if you're just listening to a Bible story or a preacher or shouting or experience or speaking in tongues and basing your experience on those kind of things it means you're lost because the rain is poured out on all of them and millions of people will be lost that are just as religious as Cain was in making an offering. See? So that means that it's not a matter of religion; it's all over the world. People all over the world, they hear the Bible all over the world. Paul said, Whether the gospel be preached for contention or otherwise, herein I rejoice because the Bible, as to the Word, it does come forth and the gospel is preached. But he spoke of a gospel. If anyone comes to you with another gospel and we're talking about this revelation of Jesus Christ that was given to Paul strictly for the church and was to be made known in the end time to a seven-fold dimensional projecting as to the unveiling, as to the Bride of Christ, God's Cinderella that's going to change when Prince Charming comes. Well, let's sing a chorus. Though we say these things I can tell that many of you don't fathom and understand. But that's your business. My business is to preach. And I say once again, you Brethren that come that set in these groups, don't feel like you've got it. I'm telling you before God. You remember what I'm telling you. (Singing.) Brother Abraham (?) called, the one out of Nigeria that formed our crusade where we had so many hundreds of thousands of people that turned out and he's been after us for a long time now because we kind of broke fellowship with him. He called from California and he keeps calling and wanting to renew our fellowship. You pray. He wanted me to return his call and I got David Paul to return it. But you pray that everything will work according to the way God want's to work it because I don't mind working with anybody. I'm glad to work with anybody and Abraham calling yesterday it was absolutely phenomenal, as to the spiritual things that were taking place at that very moment, as to a present day truth that I was able to see right then and there of a number of things that happened. So you pray for us that everything will work out right, that we'll do what's right. Pray about the meeting, supposedly that's coming up at Brother Branham's where Abraham was also born. Abraham Lincoln. Because it has great, great significance. It's like I was telling Danny the other day. He was concerned about Missouri and the gateway of the West. And of course, the gateway of the West is where Zebulon Pike explored some things there and then along the Mississippi River and down to the Del Rio River, as to that tent meeting we had, as coming across there and what it had to do with Little Bethlehem. And I said, Danny, the arch way, like the rainbow, as to our people that went up in it. And that's the gateway, like a doorway to the West, where they would bring their pelts and in exchange sell them to the eastern people. Like the woman and the man. It's just like the rainbow. Our people went up through that and I said, You know, while we were here at Saint Charles we held a meeting in the auditorium. Had a wonderful meeting. People came out of Kentucky and the different places around to be with us. And of course, when we have this Kentucky meeting their talking about coming out of Missouri to be with us. And I said__ And of course, there have been a couple of dreams that says that we're suppose to come into Missouri and it's even as to people that are strangers have dreams. You know, they're strangers to me. They say, We know you're suppose to be here because we dreamed it, Brother Pike. But, nevertheless, while we were there Betty and I stayed in a motel that was built like an ark. Some of you might recall that. It was called Noah's Ark and I said, Danny, now the floods and the waters overflowing the banks in the time of harvest, as to Jordan, as to going back to Mississippi, these kind of things, and I said, And there is the Ark where Betty and I stayed, and I wouldn't be a bit surprised, Danny, if it was already setting in the water. Well, believe it or not, someone came to me last night and said, Did you know there is a picture in the paper and whether drawn or whether they took a picture of something, said there was an ark sitting in the water there in Missouri. Having, of course, to do with the rainbow as we would say, or the arch way.

So things are happening because, really, the revival of that great move way back yonder at the early century, the Azusa Street meeting and whatever, it really got a spark, as to something moving at the gateway of the West. And what caused it to happen at Azusa Street was because there was a man sent from Texas. Just an average fellow from an average church went to California, was suppose to speak at a place out there, in a little church or whatever and they rejected him and he wouldn't be defeated so he went and got an old barn, fixed him an old crate to preach on and he started. And it was a black man and he preached and he preached and he preach until people got so stirred until supernatural things began to take place and people began to report to the fire department that the building was on fire. Said they literally saw it burning up. And I think, according to the report, maybe again and again they saw it burning up and their fire department came out and finally such a great mighty move of God until it has just hardly been equalled, ever, since. See? But, out of that came a might thing called the Trinity church and the Jesus Name church, as to the Pentecostal people. All of them came out as a oneness. That is to say, when I say oneness I don't mean as you would say Jesus Name oneness and these people threes. But I mean they were altogether as one people. And then there came a dispute and difference came between them because of the baptism as to whether it was in the name of the Lord Jesus, as to the remission, or whether it was in the titles Father, Son and Holy Ghost. And it divided asunder. And it was suppose to do that to show the female and the male and was suppose to do that to show the powers of darkness and the powers of light. And show the woman and the man and to show the children of darkness that was to be born and the children of light, as to twins. Intellectually and as to the understanding of Christ. See? It was suppose to show these things. It was suppose to go all the way down until evening time, all the way through the light of the break in that great revival and in the end time all of them was suppose to come back together. Oh, no, somebody says, it will never be. Oh, yes, we predicted it would be. Somebody said, Well, I'll wait to see it. You're too late. It already happened and I saw it. We said in the Washington for Jesus they'll come together and we said, And they'll come together. When it comes to money they'll all through their lot together and they'll forget about baptism and everything else and they'll all together. And sure enough Washington for Jesus and there they were altogether. Expecting Jimmy Carter, as to J.C., to come out to be the head of it. And when I saw the vision, and in the vision I saw this great multitude, the mass of even Maurice Cerrillo, that preaches to acres of people, said before this great audience, I've never seen an audience like this. The grounds were covered. You that went there to pass out a hundred thousand of our tracts to the extent, so many tracts that even they said something about it on the platform up there, some leaders. See? And they were on the house tops and they were in the trees and they were all over the grounds. They were everywhere. Our people worked diligently and fervently for many, many hours. Now. I said that to say this, I marvelled when I saw the vision because in the vision I saw no head to the group. And again and again I saw great things and I saw all kind of things happen but I saw no head. And then I found out when I got there they were expecting even Billy Graham to be there, which was not given as a head but to blend in like the rest, but J. C., as to Jimmy Carter, back to that thing where they painted him a beard as to the Lord Jesus who, we would say, was suppose to be the head of that and Jimmy didn't come out with them. Whether for prestigious purposes or whatever he didn't come out. He sent a salutation and that was it. Now. I was real puzzled. I was real baffled for a long time, then one day the Lord revealed, spoke to me, because I was real troubled over it. I get troubled over the things of God, you know, unless I understand because sometimes in visions, as to the prophets of old, they didn't understand for many years. Whereas someone would say, Well, do you believe you're a prophet, Brother Pike? I didn't say that. I do say that a son of God, that prophets are less than sons of God, as to them that are in the past. And that the same Holy Ghost that was back there with them that was not in them, even as a gift, was what told them about the future. And the Bible said the same Holy Ghost that dwells in you, in that you are the very temple of Almighty God, you know, that He'll show you things to come, as to the prophetical utterance. So, the gifts and the prophets and the apostles are still in the church, you know. And as to night visions or dreams I see myself as a prophet which shows positively in a number of visions that I was a prophet and showed the visions and the visions came to pass that was shown, as to what they came to pass. When I came out of the vision they came to pass in the natural. As a matter-of-fact, there are some folks here that it had to do with their lives when it came to pass. But that still don't make me say that I'm a prophet. I believe that I am a son of God. I believe that I am saved by the grace of God. I believe I'm a minister of God because I was struck down like Paul and turned around. Whereas, I've been called an apostle, a prophet, a devil and everything else. So, I only said that to say this: I was troubled and I was really troubled over the situation and being troubled over the situation I talked to the Lord and then He talked to me and showed me and it had to do with what was said down at the Little White House on one occasion when we were preaching down there. And you that know and understand, as to what God would say then you can see. Otherwise you cannot, then I won't tell you. But the thing is, that's what it was all about. And I said that this morning to say that even with this coming back together, there they were as to the Trinity and as to the Oneness. And they did come together. So, at the end time what will happen, as to this wonderful thing. It will happen that way. Will all of these people thus be one? No. No. All of them that are called Trinity are not going to join with them that are called Oneness. Nor all of them that are called Oneness join with them that are called Trinity. No. Does that mean anything? No. All of them that's called darkness they're not going to join with all of them that are called light. Does that mean anything? Well, yes and no. We would say, Well, what do you mean by that? I mean didn't God create all people? Didn't He create all people equal? Aren't they altogether? Yes. Yes. And God has fashioned all men's hearts alike? But are they altogether as they that dwell in heaven when God said, I put a firmament between the heaven and the earth and I divided the light from the darkness, as to the lesser light and the greater light? No. No. Does that which is in the moonlight realm have anything light? Yes. A dark light; a lesser light. A shadow, a silhouette. A bright night, you can see lots of things. And does that which is in the daylight, that hath the daystar see things clearly? Yes, indeed. Yes, indeed. Well, anyway, the dividing asunder, as we saw, gobble, gobble, and the others knew exactly what they were doing. Let's just sing a chorus because we won't comment on that. It would take up more time and then you've been here and you've been here long enough to have heard what I was suppose to bring out. So we'll just go on and let you be curious. Pray for us. We'll pray for you. Be careful. When you go out don't get your mind too much on the natural or they'll take you down to the morgue and be like the worm, you know, be to thrown in so the worms can eat you. Watch. And while you're watching pray. Don't get caught away, use this great strength and light that's youth for God. And my! at the things we could say today to fill up your cup that it would run over and the jubilance and joy of the great mightiness of that which belongeth to the sons of God. David said, My cup runs over. So, let's sing this little chorus together. While we sing the altars are open and you're welcome to come if you like. Do one thing, folks. Come on out of Egypt. Someone says, But I've come out of Egypt. I know. I know. Some of you seemingly have but you've turned back into Egypt in your heart and you're going to be swallowed up by that old intellectual fad of the reflection with the consolation to eat, drink, buy, selling, as to the commonwealth in the wilderness of your intellectual inability to be able to differentiate between good and evil. So then when you come to these things where are you? Do you dwell in the earth or do you dwell in heaven? What are you? Who are you? My! There's a lot of things to know and there are a lot of things to learn. There's a lot. My! I could shout and run and leap through a troop and just live forever. Isn't that wonderful? Someone would say, Brother Pike, surely to God you don't feel like that. All liars will have their part in the Lake of Fire. Both hands raised to heaven, I feel so good in God and I can live forever without any problems. Let's give Him a hand! Somebody say praise the Lord! Hallelujah! All right! Somebody said, Don't get stirred up, Brother Pike. We won't get to dinner on time. Let's give Him another hand! Somebody say praise the Lord, especially people that love the Lord. See? We could get you stirred up if we wanted to but we're going to let you go to lunch. We promised we would and we will. But remember, people across the world are waiting for you and they're waiting for a word from God. Like the vision I saw and there stood Brother David Paul over here in front of them and he was their commander. And there I stood just a little bit it over here, up just a little higher and him right along here at the gateway of Jerusalem and I was a prophet unto Israel. And then back over here off in the distance quite a ways over here was the accountant Brother Raymond. He was over here kind of near a rock like, and he was in observation of the thing that was going on. Now, what is that? That had to do with Little Bethlehem. Like the woman that was healed...(Begin tape two, side two.)....She had the vision where she went to Jerusalem and she got her healing. And I said, Betty, that's Bethlehem. I said, We could be named Little Jerusalem. This is Israel and if she'll look in this direction she'll get here healing and sure enough she did. And she called rejoicing, as you very well know and said, I've just go to share the good news with you, Sister Betty. And she was just praising the Lord and wanted prayer again. When I prayed she was just weeping. I'd never met here before but she was getting something from God. See? The world is waiting on you, as to the sons of God. What will you do? And when they brought Jesus forth Pilot said, And what will you do with Jesus? If you want Barabbas, that is, if you want that intellectual, unreasonable thing called the human body, as to your human being, and you want that; that's what you want, knowing that he's a thief and he's a robber interwoven with no good and Paul said, In him is nothing good and that he will not and cannot perform the things of God because he's not even subject to God. He is God's enemy. Then if you want him and you're ready to release Barabbas, what then shall I do with Him that's called Jesus, as to that one within the inner confines of the prison? Shall I release Him? Oh, no, they said, crucify Him. And so then, if that's what you want to do then the Bible said you can crucify Him; put Him to an open shame. But the day shall come when you look for a Savior and you won't have one because when they killed, when they killed Jesus, when they killed Him they cut off their head and killed Him and there was no Savior after that. No Savior after that. So, as we sing the altars are open. I really feel in my heart, thou we can get you to shouting and praising the Lord, I really feel__ Now, you take this from me as a truth. I really feel God withdrawing from you people. Someone would say, Oh, my God! No! We're right there. Man! This is the great moment. This is th great hour. I'm telling you it's the hour of sifting. It's the hour of the great dividing. This is the great hour when things are falling through. Like Mom used to have an old sifter. Shake it in their hands or pour the flour in this big old thing like and grind away and all of the flour would fall through and all of the other things would be caught in that little net and she would take that and empty it out and throw it away. See? And I can see God doing that. I can see that. You know, I used the terms one time, I said, People are just being washed down the drain. And to my utter amazement I had a vision and in the vision I looked and here was a drain, just like you had turned a hydrant on. And my! I looked and little people were swoosh! down the drain they were going. See? Being washed down the drain. Why? Because like Paul told me yesterday, Paul Moore. He just came back after about ten years of being gone and he said, Brother Pike, he said, tell me something. Why did I go away from this? Said, I'll never forget this day, as he heard the revelation. And said, Why did I go away from this and miss all these things through these years? See? And that's what you've done. You went away from it, too. Present in body, not in spirit. Paul said, Present in spirit, not in body, as to him. See? And Jesus present in spirit, not in His body. But you're present in your body, not in your spirit. And in your heart you've turned back into Egypt and I can see God withdrawing from you. Not all of you; some of you are sons and daughters of God. But let me tell you something, folks. Run for your life. Get away from the things of the world. Get away from your carnal mind, get away from making money, get away from all these things. I'm telling you as a shepherd that loves you in the name of Jesus Christ. Someone would say, But, Brother Pike, we do all of these things for you. You don't go those things for me because I don't desire it of you. That's not me. That's not what I want. I desire your spirit in Christ. I desire your perfection, Paul said. I desire that you be a Christian. I desire that you live for God. I desire that you have your sovereignty. I desire one thing out of you and that is a great wonderful unity of a unification in Christ Jesus that will come together and acknowledge your election and give your bodies to a living sacrifice, a daily activity to God to project the gospel into all the world to help those that are in need and desperation that have no help or no Savior. This I desire of you. Now someone would say, You mean you don't appreciate our efforts? I appreciate your efforts. What you do in your collective efforts I appreciate it so much. You don't know how much my heart is enlarged toward you because of this and it takes God and that's the act of the early church and that's so highly commendable. But you are not to get your mind on that. Your mind is on God. You love Him with all of your mind. You serve God with all of your mind, with all of your heart. Though you labor that you might have to give you don't put your mind on your labor, nor on your money, nor anything else. See? I've worked all day long as a real young guy. Work, preach, fast, do whatever. I'd work. I've found myself working in my real early life, a hard worker, and I'd work all day long and all week long with one thought in mind, as majorly speaking as to the thought of preeminence. And that was I had a little wife at home and I loved her. My, I loved her so. If she knew how much I loved her she'd about turn cart wheels now, if that were possible. But I loved her so much I just thought she was like the only flower of springtime, you know. And I'd work all the week thinking of what I was going to buy her and what I could get her. And before I got home I spent part of my paycheck for something I had especially for her. And see? Let me tell you something, folks. Paul said, I'm jealous over you with a godly jealousy. I've espoused you to one, just one, and your spirit belongs to Him, even Christ. I've begotten you as one in the gospel and I intend to present you unto Him as a chase virgin. See? Don't make it (?) to the flesh and the things of the world and be a foolish person. See? And be sure you have the oil for without His Spirit you're none of His. Christ is that oil, see? And the night is here and the watchman is crying out. See? So I say this to you so that you might stop and think that you should love Him with all of your heart, with all of your strength, with all of your mind. I loved my wife with all of my heart, with all of my strength, with all of my mind. I had her on my mind all day long. I was using my strength for her all the day long. All of my mind and all of my strength and she had my heart all the day long. It didn't matter how many women passed by me, it had no effect on me whatsoever. I've heard these people say, Man, I just hate that woman, that woman, that woman, you know. And like an old hound dog they never had no effect any me and the Lord knows that's right. They passed by but I loved my wife, see? And that the way__ The reason was I gave her my spirit and my spirit was there so the flesh didn't have nothing to do with it because the flesh doesn't react without the spirit. It's dead without the spirit. See? And we were one spirit. What she did I don't know. Or how she felt about me, I don't know. And this is the way with it is with me. Christ, He's my spirit. He's my life; my one spirit. We're interwoven as one. My flesh is not alive; it's dead. It's gone as to the things of the world and I'm one with him and this is my life and I don't care for the hungry and the eating and all these other things. The Bible said, Blessed is your king when he eats for strength and not for gluttony or just got to get out there and get a steak, or ride and look and laugh and talk and relax and whatever. Somebody said, But you don't know my headache. You don't know my nerve problem. You don't know my stomach problem. You don't know. You don't know. Oh, yes, I know, know plus, plus, plus. I know all about that but hallelujah! glory to God! Paul was Christ even in Prison, even beat, even stoned, even ridiculed, lied about, all these other things. He was the same thing. He was still__ He was still Christ and he went on about his business and Jesus, torment by people and by devils and aggravated and killed all the day long as sheep led to the slaughter. Somebody please take the little one to where he won't do that. That's so unfair to God and to me. You know better than that. See? And I don't mean to embarrass you but that's so unfair to me. See? And right here especially right here when I'm trying to get something over at the altar call. And a lot of times people will let them do that so I'll dismiss the service, to let me know it's time to go home. That's not time to go home; that's the devil aggravating that little baby. It's time for that devil to get out and not to hurt the little baby out of a temper because you can't get things to work you're way. Somebody say amen. Now isn't there quite and peace right now. All right. I just have got your minds back and the devil didn't like it because awhile ago you wanted to leave and then when I got your mind back he was upset over it because he thought he'd robbed you of what was to be said this morning. And he did. Some many times. But we were saying a few more things to try to catch up the gap here. Wasn't going to do that and let you go. But always and always it seems like God always keeps you and you would have had enough time to have listened to what was going to be said and then you would have had a complete thought and that was all there would have been to it. All right. Let's just lift our hands up, sing another little chorus and we're going to let you go. Now, I said something to the ladies even this morning but I see we've got at least one here, maybe more down here, so we maybe had one concerned. Whether fidelity or not I don't know, but at least an effort. Some of the men came down so I'll tell you what we'll do. Since we're going to have to dismiss we'll just let you all come to the altar. What about that? Now, the ones that don't feel to come to the altar can go on to the cafe. Somebody says, Well, I didn't feel let to come to the altar, Brother Pike. That was where my trouble was when you felt led to go somewhere else. It was obvious that you did and as to where your sense of direction was. The child is known by his doings. Your doings now is to come to the altar. All right. Let's sing another little chorus together. Remember. God is going to turn you a loose and He's going to let you go like cutting a string on a kite. He's on the verge of doing it already. I told them that in Olive Branch one time and they didn't believe that. A great revival was moving there, great things was happening there. People from all over the nation was pouring in, just like the Azusa Street meeting. A meeting we had over in a place years ago, another place, I'd just come off of a fast and the Lord said, Go start a meeting. I went between towns where nobody was and I took an old barn, scrapped the soybean oil off of the floor and in years past it had been an old dance hall. It was forsaken and we cleaned it up and we started a meeting and God began to move. And I believe seven churches came out of it, as to a great allegoric thing. The fire was so great people came from everywhere and shouted until they out in the floors and people were healed. And it spread all through the mountain country until people came out of the mountain country years later and they'd say, My! What a mighty move of God! What a mighty revival! And we were remember even into the mountain country. See? And there has been great understanding. In this place there has been a great, mighty move of the tutoring, as to the voice to the translation. And this particular area set apart just for that while we mostly preached to others that are out and around, especially in our earlier life, see? And we've tried to talk with you and be ra patient with you and now things are coming around to a close. Not as to your intellectual thinking, or to the changes that you've got in mind, and to the extensiveness of what you've got in mind, and the way that it's going as to what you've got in mind. I'm telling you, you've drawn a blank altogether. You have missed it. Someone would say, Oh, Brother Pike, but I know whatever, know the follow up. No, you don't. You missed it; that's what you did. And that's why you reason like that. That's why I said something to the Brethren yesterday. In that meeting there were some of them that missed it. And even like a Brother that came to me last night. There have been a number of brethren that came to me, and even last night as to two or three brethren. And saying as to one especially said, Brother Pike, I know I've been a thorn in your flesh and one of the worst ones, he said, but forgive me. Because he really, in his mind felt that there would be a carry over until he began to realize how wrong he was. So while you're standing here with your hands up we're going to sing this little chorus and we're going to let you go. Now if I come up missing then you'll know that the Lord called me on home, if one of these days that should happen, or that as I do sometimes that I drove off for a few days, as that sometimes happens. Where I've constrained myself in the last two or three days because I wanted to go off so much because I see the lack of hunger in some of you and it's very disappointing to me. And then I see the hungry people, even like Abraham calling as to the Nigerians, and others that are calling from different countries or different places, and then I think, Why? Like a great minister made the statement, one of the world's greatest missionaries, as it must be, in his seventies now, made the statement in his early ministry when he was like a blaze of fire across the world, Why should someone, he said, hear the gospel twice when there are so many people in the world of today that's never heard it one time? And I think about that many times and I thought about that many times, and yet God doing a work here, as to a special work, He has been like a great mother to little babies as to bring us into things that eyes have never seen and ears have never heard. And yet you still, even as the Jews when God Himself walked among them, they didn't perceive and they were complacent until finally the time came and then there it was. So, it's the same way with you. And you ladies even the more. Let me reprove you even the more. At least the men are getting something to the extent that they do come around and you're not getting anything from the men hardly at all. I find that out for sure. And you're not getting anything around where we are with you in any classes other than at the church. And so that makes it a very minute thing, as to how much you're getting. Little wonder that you would be so carnal as one that came to me yesterday pleading with me to pray for his wife. Her so carnal that her mind is on the money and like a thorn in his flesh because of relatives progging at her mind because of the Covenant. And since it comes up I tell you again, the Covenant is something that the Covenant is doing of their own. I don't desire the sacrifice, but I say this: If that is their desire and God prepares their heart, that is the way of the early church, and certainly I don't want it for them to do without. As I told my wife, I said, I don't want it. And I've heard her say, I don't want them sacrificing for me. I want them to have. And Brethren, so help me God, I tell you the truth. I hope God will strike me down here if this isn't the truth. I don't want you sacrificing for me, not even a penny. I want you to eat and drink and you to have it, and your family to have it. I came here to give, not to take. Blessed, more blessed is he that giveth and more blessed is it to give. And he that gives to the poor, give expecting nothing in return, shall be rewarded of God for God shall repay him that lendeth to the poor. Now. But if you do all that on your own, as to give to God, to the needy, as to the hungry, whatever it might be, as to winning souls, pulling people out of the fire and you do that as a unit, your wife in agreement with you, and then if you make that sacrifice as the little widow who gave her all God will see that your meal barrel don't never give out and your cruse will be filled with oil and your cup will run over and His blessing will make you rich and add no sorrow and He'll rebuke the devour for your sake and Satan will not destroy your loved ones, as to the fruits of your ground. And He will multiply your substance and God will not blow on it. That is, there will be much that come to little, as it has been in the past. But always differentiate properly as between my desire and what you're doing for God because my desire is that you do everything you can for God, as to your desire of sovereignty. And if God set you as a sovereignty to take a chance of the loss of your soul in the garden surely I'm not going to interfere with it, as to a Nicolaitan doctrine, as to a constraint. The one thing God hates. So that is as to the preaching it's a sovereignty, as to the telling it's a sovereignty, as to you laboring it's a sovereignty. And from what I understand thoroughly from David Paul and all of this other and what I've heard of the people that talk to me, the Covenant is a sovereignty. See? And what you do you do it as unto the Lord and God will bless you and don't worry about Brother Pike, Sister Pike because we eat good. We live good. God takes good care of us. Last night Brother James came to the door with food. And Brother Philip helped him bring it. Brother James and Sister Christine had gone out and bought food and they do that with a regularity and they bring it to my table. Winfred is always bringing things and the Floyds and different ones always bringing us something. Sometimes the Allen's across the street makes goodies and sends them over. And there is always somebody bringing us something. See? And like the shirt I've got on even Steve Floyd and his wife, they got this shirt for me and I just happened to put it on this morning. I didn't even know I was going to wear it this morning but there is some reason for me wearing it. Nevertheless, I'm just telling you this. And then when I stop and think I hear something say, Well, you could have gone on and said those other things. We could have, couldn't we? Sure as the world, we've been here long enough to have said them and could have said them even before now and had that on tape to where people could have got it out yonder and you would have projected the gospel. Would have been a blessing but you robbed them of it and so you got robbed of it. While your hands are up and your eyes are closed we're going to sing I love Him again. (Singing.) Do you love Him? Do you really love Him? (Singing.) I'm going to ask Willie to come up. If Brother Willie will come up and dismiss us while we're singing. You never know what you're doing when you do something. It's like Brother Fountain that gave me a couple of trumpets a few years ago and he never realized what he did. A gold and a silver trumpet, and I really prized those trumpets but I gave them away, as one to one person, one to another and all of sudden it came back into view in the last few days as to what they represent, what they are for. And my! They're so striking and so outstanding and because I wasn't selfish with them and put them to where I felt they would go and Brother Fountain not being selfish and to give them to me then I saw a great wonderful, miraculous thing that appeared to me as to what I understood that had to do with revelation. You never know. You never know. While you've got your hands up Brother Willie is coming to pray with you. Pray for me and like I said, If I come I'll be here. If I'm not here it's because I didn't come. So you put all of that together and thing over it and find out how long it will take you to satisfy your appetite, as to the steaks and the eating and the drinking and how long it will take that when you're finished and you've got everything together how long it will take you to buy the clothing you want and to get the house and the cars and income and all the other things as spending, riding, visiting relatives, laughing, talking and all of these things. And when you get it all together find out where I'm at and contact me and I'll come back and we'll talk some more and we'll talk about heavenly things and eternal things and things that you can take with you. Whereas, the writer said, I brought nothing out of the world and it's for sure I'm not going to take anything out, even to your intellectual conceit of finding prestige in your few days as the worm on the belly, even that intellectual conceit what you think you might be as to project yourself. You won't be taking it either. Elvis didn't take it with him and you won't take it with you. And them that has passed on, as to the billionaires, and whatever, as to the great men of some that I know. Their names come across my mind occasionally. They didn't take it with them.
