Fullness Of Time

Galatians chapter 4 beginning at the first verse: "Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all; But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father. Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world: But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods. But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage? Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years. I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain." (Galatians 4:1-11). Seeing that God has done something wonderful here for the people. He tells us of it in the book of Galatians. It thrills my heart because it is here that God is letting us differentiate here in the book of Galatians 4, the fourth chapter, the fourth verse. God is allowing us to differentiate between the curse and the blessing. So in this we find that he tells us something that would be very mysterious as to us ever knowing it, except that through the revelation of the spirit is given to us. The Bible said that God has placed these things abundantly and above all that we're able to ask or think, even as the heavens is high above the earth, but he hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit. For eye hath not seen and ear hath not heard and neither hath it entered into the heart of men at any time those things that God hath prepared for them that love Him, but He hath made it revelation unto babes such as will learn, in that he hath revealed it unto us by His Spirit. So we find through the book of Galatians we're differentiating between the curse and the blessing. In the twenty-eighth chapter of of Deuteronomy God had said to the Jewish people: this day I set before you a blessing and a curse. You chose the one that you want. And then He detailed it in the Scriptures as to saying, If you do such and such as to disobedience toward God and my commandment then are ye cursed. But then He says, If you do such and such as to righteousness and obedience as unto God, then are you blest. And He said, Blessed shall ye be in your storehouse. Blessed shall ye be in your body. Blessed shall be the fruit of the womb. Blessed shall be all that ye have, for ye shall be a blessed people. But then and if you do not honor me cursed shall ye be as to the body, as to your health, as to the fruit of the womb, the cripples, the blind and whatever. He said, Cursed shalt thou be when thou comest in and cursed shalt thou be when thou goest out. And the curse of madness shall overtake thee. And all that you have or put your hands there unto, I will curse it. But if you will honor me and obey me all shall be blest. You know the Bible uses the terms like this, that righteousness exalteth a nation but sin is a reproach to any people. So we find that he tells us here of a fulness of time when the blessing of the Lord will be available to the people. Paul said, Because of our fall from God's presence through the weakness of Adam and Eve, the expulsion from the garden, He said because of this we have been subject to the beggarly elements of the world; and that we have been in bondage as a bondschild all the way down to Calvary, that our body as to creature is subject to vanities of this world as to the human senses because it is dependent upon the things of this world for survival. So all the way down to Calvary, we are considered as to be the natural man or the beast side of life, as scientists try to prove you know, all the way down to Calvary. But then when Calvary comes the new birth comes and we find that we're no longer as to that of the flesh but we are born of the spirit. And the Bible said, He that is born of the spirit is spirit. So we find that in Adam all die as to the living soul, now the beginning of the creation of God as to the first born is Jesus and a new posterity comes forth. So we find ourselves then a child of God, children of the kingdom. And we find ourselves spiritual beings and our livlihood as to that life is a spiritual food. As Jesus said, the manna from heaven. So then we find ourselves eating of something that we did not eat of before. We have now not only a life as to this world of temporal life, but we have life on eternal basis. And we have what we call eternal abundant life. That is we have abundant life which means filled up and overflowing and we have it on eternal basis or as an eternal security. This life is eternal. So we find that Jesus is the prince of life. He's come that we might have life and have it more abundant. So then when Jesus came at Calvary it was the fullness of time. This is something that we really need to know. I'd like for you to get acquainted with this, perhaps some of you already know it, but to those that do not, I speak to you. See, this is called the fullness of time. The Bible speaks of the fullness of time. So then we look here at Galatians 4 and 4 and it tells us that in the fullness of time God sent forth His Son Jesus, made of a woman, made under the law to gather all things in heaven and in earth into the body of Jesus. Now He said, This is as the waters of Noah to me. Whereas we know that in the Old Testament everything that was back there in the Old Testament was a type and a shadow. And those things of the Old Testament was within the veil as to say the human concept. When you say veil you're talking about the intellectual darkness that come from Satan. He is the spirit of this world, a spirit of ignorance. Though it appears it's understanding, yet ever-learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth, science falsely so called. The word science meaning knowledge. So then the veil is that intellectual darkness that Eve listened too. And when this spirit, this mind this thinking went into her life it brought death, because darkness and light hath no fellowship. And when she sovereignly through her own sovereignty gave herself to darkness, the light which is God withdrew, which means godly understanding. And the real understanding as to life as to make you to understand the laws of liberty that life may be preserved within your being. So then God had to withdraw and then come the veil of darkness. And this veil continued all the way down to Calvary, all the way down to Calvary. And it is shown to us by Moses. When God illuminates Moses He is so brilliant and so bright. And then He comes to the children of Israel and when He comes down to the children of Israel, then all of a sudden they cannot look upon Him. He's like the noonday sun, so he puts the veil over his face. This veil of course indicated the body of Jesus, that veil, the Shekinah glory of God when he came, being the prophet like unto Moses. But here the veil is standing between the children of Israel and Moses as to the illumination or we say Moses between the children of Israel and God the Shekinah. So giving a natural type of it we see the veil. When the Bible speaks of this glory that was so bright, so wonderful, the Bible says that that glory having a veil over it, that that glory was not as the glory of that which was to be revealed at Calvary. After Calvary there is an unveiling of glory. So then the Bible speaks of the Jew as being the former house and the light of that former house, not as the light that is the understanding, the glory, the revelation, the revealed mind of God, that is the heavenly treasure that's made known to us, we have it in these earthen vessels. That is the knowledge of God, whereas Paul being caught up into the third heaven. So we see that that glory having the veil did not shine as this glory. See, they looked at God through the veil. They looked at Moses the Shekinah illumination through the veil, a glass darkly. That is to say because of the law bringing the restrictions and the law, bringing the ordinances that they had to submit to and the law that stood between them and their reward. So when Jesus came Jesus rent that veil. He took that veil out of the way. And that light hath no glory, Paul said, as to compare with the light that you and I have today. So the veil was rent. That is Satan was cast out. That spirit of darkness that had followed Eve and her people, Adam's children all down to the days of Moses and over to Calvary, now it was gone. The sunlight of His glory had arisen and the dissipation of the darkness was then there. So away went the darkness, because by a sovereignty of desire we turn to God and we ask for the light and away went the darkness. See, so today we're children of light, not children of darkness, as to the intellectual reasoning of that reflector which is the mind of Satan which is called the dark light. See, we're not children of ignorance. We know what's going on. We understand because we're children of revelation. When John saw this veil rent, He said the heavens rolled back as a scroll. And in doing this he made the statement, he said, and then was seen in the heavens the ark of His covenant as to say the Christ revealed. And we've said this a number of times, Paul in receiving a revelation suddenly realized everything was allegoric, even to the Old Testament. He said with the reading of the Old Testament this veil as to the Satanic thing is still over the minds of the people, the ignorance as to God's spirit and glory. See, and he said, the veil is still over the minds of the people even until this day, untaken away when they read the Old Testament, speaking of the Jewish people. And he said, This veil is done away with in Christ, which veil is done away with in Christ, he said. So then when the light of this glory destroys the man as to that evil one that sets in the body, the temple of God, showing himself that he is God, the brightness of this light eradicating that then we come to know. We are a child of resurrection. Because what is death? He said, In the day thou eatest thereof, thou shalt surely die; meaning that when the veil comes as the elderly people use to say, This one is born and he hath a veil over him. See, when the veil is eradicated there is no death, because what death is is the veil, because the veil of darkness has cut the creature as to the image off from light which is life. So in that the light which is life, the illumination that had illuminated Adam and Eve in the Garden, when that light is thus taken away or man is cut off by the veil, then he dies. As a man that when night comes he goes to sleep, giving us a typical thing there. And when the light comes in the morning, he awakes. So the Lord said concerning the image as to which you're born in. In Adam all die, he said, That's a bastard child image as unto death. And I will despise it in the morning. And he referred to Calvary as the morning as the breaking of the light where we're born again; and then we take on His image as being bone of His bone and flesh of His flesh. So we find that the eradication of the veil is the ending of death. Like it is said in the days of Daniel, And Messiah shall come and make an end of sin. If there is no sin, there is no death, because the sting of sin is death. So if sin as we say so often is the transgression of the law, then we understand that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, in that the law hath brought our sins to our remembrance; therefore, Paul said, I was alive without the law, but when the law came, sin revived and I died, because sin is a killer. So then to transgress the law is sin. And as sin that is the sting of death. So then the transgression of the law brings sin, and sin brings death. So where there's no law there is no transgression. Where there is no transgression, there is no sin. Where there is no sin, there is no death. So Jesus folded up the law, took it out of the way. And Paul said, We therefore conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law, in that Jesus fulfilled every jot and tittle of the law. And then as Christ He came into our heart as the fulfillment within you and I of the desire of God as to the law. Therefore we are free from the law of sin and death; and today we are alive forevermore as children of the resurrection, children of the light. The darkness is now gone and the night is now past, and we are now children of the light. And in that we are children of the light, then we have Christ's Spirit within us, which is the spirit of sonship that cries within us, Abba Father. So we know that we're no longer servants but we are sons. And having passed from death unto life, for Jesus said, Ye have passed from death unto life and shall never come into condemnation. For there is now therefore no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit. And in that we are not in the flesh, the Bible said, He hath chosen us out of the flesh, hid us with Christ in God whom the heavens have received until the time of the redemption of the body or the restoring of all things. That means that the body is dead because of sin, buried in a watery grave in the lovely name of our Saviour Jesus Christ. And now our spirit at death goeth back to God who gave it. And today it's not us living, Paul said, but through the foreknowledge of God He sees us as down at the end as bone of His bone and flesh of His flesh. So we find that the darkness is past. Death is gone. See, now how did this come about? It was the fullness of time. As in the days of Noah, He gathered everything into that ark. Everything was gathered into that ark. Remember into the lower part was the creeping things where the darkness was. And into the middle part as to the twilight, the walking things, and then in the upper part where the light was as to the window it was the flying things. And remember in that ark was both the raven and the dove. For see Jesus being made sin He gathered all things into His body as to the ark of Noah. See, the ark being a type. He gathered all things in heaven and earth into that. He said, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me and every tongue shall confess. And John said, I heard things praising God under the earth, in the earth, and in heaven. So then that means that He gathered all things into that body. Being made the image of sin that took sin into the body to make an end of it, that God may smite or could at that time smite sin to take away your sins and my sins. Him being made your sins as delivered for your offensives or because you offended. Then God smote sin and made an end of sin as Daniel said Messiah would do. And then raised again as the new inner man that is to say, delivered for our justification. Delivered from what? Hell, from the grave, from death, from the sickness, from all of the things that the law could not deliver us from. So then delivered for our offenses, raised again for our justification, today, we're free. As sin come upon all of the generations because of one man Adam, and that of one offense. And death reigning from Adam to Moses over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam; death coming because of one man's offenses. So then it is a fact that when Jesus came life came because of one man's obedience. Whereas Adam's was as unto death because of one offense, yet Jesus' is unto life with many offenses as to forgive many problems and stumblings and staggerings that we go through in our lifetime. So then we see that Calvary was the fullness of time. God gathered everything into the ark. And when the raven was released as to say, Jesus conquering sin and the devil cast out, he went out. And the dead bodies floating around, that was the food that the raven had to eat. He just landing upon the bodies, or lit upon the bodies and began to feed off of the corruption. Or that is to say, Calvary, Satan going out of the body of humanity. He began to feed on the corruption of those that are dead while they live. Calvary differentiated as to good and bad, or it cut off the wicked and they are now dead. The Bible said, In trespasses and sin while they lived and Satan cast out in that Jesus said, I beheld Satan fall from heaven as lightning. There He defeated him and so he is now in the world. And the Bible said, Woe unto the inhabitants of the world for he is among you. And he is in the world and he feeds off of corruption as to them that are dead in the sight of God. They are dead with their gullible desires of the world. To have the love of the world in you, the love of the Father isn't there. So they're dead to the things of God. And Satan is feeding off of them and turning them into freaks, turning them into money mad men and lustful creatures that have no control over their passions. But at the same time you and I as the inner man has escaped through Calvary, went back to God who gave us, or that is we are hid with Christ in God whom the heavens have received until the time of the restoring, that is to redeem the body. Our body is hid with Jesus also in baptism. As many as have been baptized into Christ they have put on Christ. And the Bible said, We're baptized into this body as a spiritual membership by one spirit even Christ, and so then are we one spirit. And as His body one body, flesh of His flesh and bone of His bone, Jesus Christ being the head to the church thereof. So then we find that in the fullness of time we see the ark as to the body of Jesus. We see the revelation of what God was doing. The spirit of Lucifer went out which was the raven. And then it came no more to the ark. But the spirit of the Holy Ghost as the Holy Spirit also went out of the body of Jesus as He yielded up the ghost. As to the inner one, the Holy Spirit as to the outer that was made sin, the raven, in that it is spoken of as sinful flesh. And though Jesus done all things right, yet the Bible said, No flesh shall be justified in the sight of God by the law. Being our example He had to be as the Bible said, Great is the mystery of godliness. For God the eternal Spirit was manifested in the flesh, that is to say in the body of Jesus, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels and then caught up into heaven. So we see that the dove went out. When the dove went out it returned back to the body. See, even as in the days of Jesus when the spirit of God went out, the dove that appeared over John at the baptism or with Jesus at the baptism, when that spirit went out it went to God. But remember it left the ark, got a leaf from a tree to show life and the wrath of God being gone and returned into the ark. The Spirit of Christ left that body went into heaven as we say, plucked a leaf from the tree of life, or that is to show that life was there, that the wrath of God was gone, sin was over and death was no more. In that the leaves are the healing of the nations, rooted on both sides of the rivers, as to the root bringing forth water of life that it may have fruits of life. But anyway the dove came back. He brought this leaf, when he brought this leaf back he entered into the ark. See, that is to say, Jesus went forth. But He came back on the day of Pentecost and He entered into the body of Jesus Christ again as the membership. So then He was to remain in that ark until the wrath of God had completely passed as to the subsiding of the waters. People, John likens people to waters as to the revelation. And then at the end of the church ages when the wrath was completely gone as to the subsiding of the waters, then the new earth which is the millennium was to appear as we would say in our day. And then the dove spirit as to Jesus Himself returning and sitting upon the throne to be made king of all the earth, this brings in the new era and the new earth, which was a sweet smelling savor unto God as in the days of Noah. So we see that Calvary is the fullness of time. There it is, the fullness of time, which means that as we sing the song so often, And time shall be no more, no more, no more; and time shall be no more. Revelation 10:7, For the angel shall set one foot upon the land and one foot upon the sea, lifting his hands to heaven, swearing by him that liveth forever and ever that time should be no more. So Calvary was the end of time. It was the fullness of time as to you and I the believer, the other is dead. That ended time as to them. God would deal with them no more. You and I going into heaven. We are not creatures of time anymore. It was the times, time as to the dividing of times as to say BC and AD. So then we find that on this side of Calvary it is a heavenly episode from the 483 years of Daniel, that is ending at Calvary over to the seven years as to Daniel, the last week of Daniel. This is a separation. This is a dividing. This is the rending of the veil. This is the doing away with of the darkness of the intellectual mind of carnality that caused death as to the Jordan, getting over the Jordan. So we find that's the fullness of time and God hath gathered all things into the body as in heaven and in earth. The fullness of time, it is the fullness of time; therefore, as we say sometimes, the calendars can be thrown away. The clocks can be thrown away. Everything that marks time as to the almanacs can be thrown away, so far as the child of God is concerned. For he's never going to die anyway. He's already passed from death unto life. But someone would say, Brother Pike, why then do they still put people in a coffin? They put people in a coffin, that is to say a child of God. They do put him into a coffin but that is a sleep. Jesus said, I go to awake Lazarus, he sleepth. That is the separation of your spirit from your body is sleep. It's not death at all. But beloved friend, when God withdraws from your spirit, that is death. It is referred to as death which is called the second death, but we've passed from death unto life as to the lake of fire, the second death and our can never separate from God. God is one with our spirit, and when we lay our body down to move out of this little house, our spirit is present with God, and it remains present with God until we come back to pick up this body for the change, the Thessalonian change. So we find out that there's a world of difference between death and sleep. See, we go to sleep but we cannot die. So when they put a child of God in a coffin as to a body, he as the inner man isn't there at all, but the body, the little house is there. And that little house remains there until the day of the sounding of the last trumpet. See, but when a dies that is a sinner, their spirit departs from God. And as it was said, the rich man in hell lifted up his eyes, being tormented in the flames. And as it is said of Lazarus, he was taken to Abraham's bosom. His bosom means faith, the faith of Abraham from his bosom, that he rested within the faith. These all died in the faith not having received the promise, not having received the promises, could not be made perfect without us. But when the fullness of time come then God has brought forth that which makes us perfect. And we are therefore made perfect, in that the Bible said He hath perfected forever them that are sanctified and sanctified them once and for all by the offering up of the body of the Lord Jesus at Calvary.
