This site is dedicated to the memory of Rev. George Leon Pike, Sr., the Founder and first President of Jesus Christ's Eternal Kingdom Of Abundant Life, Inc. He would have been the first to tell you that who he is isn't important, but the Word of God is all important. He dedicated his Christian life in pursuit of the high calling in Christ. This web site contains audio recorded live during worship and revival services; transcripts of some of these services; short gospel messages designed to be distributed by hand; inspired writings penned during his lifetime; and many songs he wrote during his walk with the Lord.
Although there is no dictionary definition for transology, there are many references to it on the Internet. However, none of those references apply to the meaning used here. The partial word 'trans' means 'across'. The partial word 'ology' means 'study of.' The Bible speaks of the translation of the spirit (Colossians 1:13), transformation of the mind (Romans 12:2), and transfiguration of the body (Matthew 17:2). For our purposes, 'transology' is the study of these three changes. These changes represent the ultimate purpose of Jesus Christ's work on earth, which is expressed by Paul: "Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed." (I Corinthians 15:50-51)
The earliest audio recording of a sermon by Rev. Pike was in 1964, and the last was in 1996. The sermons were recorded in venues ranging from large tents, large cathedrals, small churches, conference centers, private homes, armory buildings and others. The quality of audio recordings vary greatly, but they generally improved during his life span. We have made every effort to sonically enhance the recordings so that the message of the gospel is clear.
Many of Rev. Pike's sermons have been transcribed from audio tape, ready to be read or downloaded. We ask our readers to acknowledge that many illustrative statements within these discourses are not intended to represent verbatim quotations from the Holy Bible, but they are retained to preserve the anointing and originality of its delivery. Most all of these writings are available in the ePub, Mobi, PDF, and plain text files.
