For Whom Do The Bells Toll?

1. The angels are singing,

I hear bells all ringing,

A voice speaks from heaven,

One answers the call,

A soul now is missing,

He’s entered that bliss, friend,

As the big bells start ringing,

For whom do the bells toll.

Chorus:

As He enters the portals,

On the hilltops so high,

There to be immortal,

Never to die,

He’s safe from life’s storm,

Away from the cold,

Dwelling in heaven,

The home of the soul.
